Excellent place to purchase flowers , great selection. They have a wonderful web site which is just like shopping for anything else . Nice ad ons , and the vase they put the flowers in is a durable one not some thin piece of glass garbage great prices for every budget and supports small business instead of the corporate slugs! Thanks Jindra for the prompt delivery of my wife's flowers !

We asked for the cross to be added from another floral option--she was very accommodating.

I'm not from Cleveland, so I had no idea what florist to go to. When my partner's brother died, I had a horrible experience w/ the place that his funeral home recommended (1800 flowers that went through Wickliffe Flower barn), so I was once bitten, twice shy. We had another death about a month later. This time, I found Jindra's on Yelp, and it had great reviews, and noticed it had good reviews. Still hesitant, I called instead of ordering online. She took so long and was so patient and ind with me, and made something truly beautiful. I hope we don't have any more funerals soon, but I would use her for any needs, and strongly recommend her. Don't go anywhere else. This is the place. She is kind, patient, and makes beautiful flowers!

Jindra is simply one of the best! My wife loved loved loved the fresh flower arrangement designed by Jindra to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I described general colors and type of flowers my wife enjoys and the designer at Jindra made the beautiful arrangement shown. It's now nearly one week after the flowers arrived and they still look fresh and wonderful!! I ordered at noon the day before our anniversary and was surprised that Jindra was able to deliver that same day within a few hours! Very unexpected but really made our day even more special. This was the first time I ordered from Jindra and was so very impressed. Thanks Jindra!!

I live in the Pennsylvania and I called this florist to purchase an arrangement for a funeral in Ohio. I spoke with Katherine and asked questions about the different sizes of their arrangements. She said the price and the scale would be the only difference. I asked about the tax rate her response 8%. We discussed the price of 3-Wreaths: $125.99, $99.95, and $88.95. I said he $125.99 item was out I was not going to pay that much. I asked about the size in terms of width and height. Instead of answering my question she began to quote me price for a basket arrangements in the range of $49 - I told her that was not what I asked, I asked about the size of the arrangements. She told me that some people cannot afford even the small basket in fact some people could not afford anything. I asked her about the type of flowers in some of the arrangements she gave extremely long explanations for everything. When I tried to ask more questions based on what she was telling me, she did not stop talking, or would not allow me to complete a sentence before she interrupted. I became annoyed and told her "I am speaking" you keep talking over me and not listening to what I am trying to say". We discuss a basket arrangement, and the question of size (height and width) came up again. I settled on a basket arrangement for $89.95. We discussed that size would be the only difference, the assortment of flowers and everything else would be the same as advertised. I offered to purchase directly with her at that point she told me delivery was $12.95 but. 'if I purchased online it would be free'. I went online to purchase it calculated a delivery charge of $12.95 a hidden service of $9.99. I say the service fee was a hidden charge because unlike their delivery policy (which I failed to read beforehand) there was no disclosure any place on the site regarding the fee. I called back and spoke with Patty to question the delivery charge and she told me she heard (Katherine) tell me I would be a charged. I told her I did not hear what she heard; she adamant about the fact that I was told. It felt as though Patty questioned my integrity like I was trying to get something for nothing. I told Katherine Patty was stupid and what she should have done was to say she was sorry if I misunderstood or I was not told. Instead, she was defending something she was in fact wrong about. I told Katherine in blatant terms my order would probably be screwed up because I was outspoken that I did not appreciate the service. expectation was met at every level. The arrangement did not contain the flowers that were show-cased online, the basket and the vase had absolutely no resemblance. I received an e-mailed with a picture from some who called themselves JP with no further information. JP turned out to be owner. I called and spoke with JP about the discrepancy. She admitted that she made some substitutions with the flowers. She made what sounded like an insincere attempt to placate me with an apology. No mention of the inferior basket, no thank-you for your business,-a show professionalism in spite of her how she perceived me. She did take the time to tell me about her training as a florist and color matching. a defense mechanism, which was probably born out of the fact that I told them I was trained to be professional in the industry that I worked in . Her explanation was irrelevant, and her actions were contradictory of the care her company says it has for their customers. This was about what I ordered and what was agreed upon. Her attitude was less defensive once I partially explained the reason for my attitude. She offered to refund me I told her I was a person of moral character and I ordered her product (which she said was out for delivery) and would not accept the refund, but I would like to have the $9.99 for the undisclosed service fee refunded. Conclusion : Never asked how much I wanted to spend instead, stereotyped. To Katherines credit, she did offer some much-appreciated suggestions. I do consider her a nice person, just not equipped to handle complex calls. I believe her intentions were good. JP told me how they cared about their customers when in fact she did the arrangements and did not contact me to say she made some changes, in her words, "she made an assumption." She was aware there was a problem, apparently my worth did not merit the courtesy to access the situation. In my opinion she acted with indifference, micro-aggression, and subtle revenge. She offered a refund an apologized and tried to placate me, my stand, she should not have treated me this way in the first place. I know how *capitalism exploits and rips people off some more than others. What this has done for me is to sharpen my shopping skills to become an informed consumer making sure to get value for dollar. I was short-changed not for the *afore-mentioned, rather it was done with a spirit of meanness, revenge and ill-equipped to be objective in a situation.

I live out of town and ordered the winter wonderland bouquet for my mom for christmas, and the bouquet looked more like a mini funeral arrangement, not like the photo on the website at all. All the flowers were there I suppose, just arranged in a clumsy way, I guess spring for the deluxe. She liked them fine, but her impulse was to put them on her alter, where she lights incense for our ancestors. I wanted to these to make her happy ! :(( Probably wont order from here again.

Received an Orchid last year from a friend that's still going even with my bad plant luck. Today I received a beautiful arrangement from a friend on a particular hard day of the year for me. As a flower lover, I've had good & bad experiences, & Jindra's has been one of the best. Couldn't be happier with my arrangement!

For my latest order I selected the "Designers Choice" arrangement and while I didn't receive a photo, I was told they were "Splederiferous" by my grandma. I'm hoping I can get someone to send me a photo, but I know from previous gifts that they always look amazing. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and the variety of options, as well as the option to include a gift message. I was also able to schedule the flowers for next day delivery. Since I've ordered a few times I'm also on their email list and they send promotional emails, including reminders around the time of previous orders which I thought was really thoughtful. I also liked that they sent email updates notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. It allowed me to call my grandma to make sure she received them/knew that she had a gift waiting for her at home. While not necessary, I'd love it if they could add a photo to the email so I could see the arrangement too since it's a long distance purchase, but they do such a great job as it is. I'll absolutely be ordering more from Paradise Flower Market in the future.

Had flowers ordered for my grandmothers' funeral. Large order 900$ plus tax. This including both my…read morebrothers, and my father and self. Asked for easel arrangements. Wanted full flower arrangements and were willing to pay extra to make this happen. All sibling arrangements were to be the same except different colors. They were not. My specific easel was pink Roses and Lillie's. Flowers showed up to the funeral home wrong, missing Lillies and not full at all. I had maybe 20 small roses and 6 inches apart between each flower. So not full either. My mom saw them first and sent them back for Lillie's to be added as that's is what we paid for. I show up to the funeral home and see what they delivered. My heart sank with disappointment ---They looked terrible, wilted, beat up, and sparse. I mean terrible. No joke-- Wilting and browned, dead. My brother's easel didn't even make it to the next day to the church service/burial. We could not go into the store because they are "closed for covid" it's Jan 2023.. We called to voice our upset and "Lynn" who told us it was "well worth the price" then put us on hold for 35 min and waiting for us to hang up, never returned. That is how they treat people grieving. Rip them off, send dead flowers and then never return to the customers on "hold". Do yourself a service and don't go here.
