Pricing transparency matters, and if costs increase for same-day orders or demand, that should be stated upfront rather than presented only at checkout. The ordering process itself was frustrating. I had to repeat myself multiple times and spell out nearly every word for the representative taking my order, yet the birthday card still had our names spelled incorrectly. After realizing the issues, I called back to verify the birthday card information and was told I would need to speak with the owner, who later returned my call. The owner offered only a $7.99 refund and provided no meaningful explanation beyond saying they "don't charge a surcharge," while also acknowledging that prices increase for demand and same-day delivery. Regardless of terminology, charging more for same-day service without clearly disclosing it in advertised pricing is misleading and creates the impression of false advertising.
