My wife owned a florist shop and sold it last year so when our anniversary came around this year I had to find a florist shop. I checked for them in our area and decided to use Pawlaks Florist they delivered when they said they would I ordered a dozen roses and my wife said they are beautiful and they are almost two weeks that we had them and they still look great. I was on my way to visit my great grandmother in the hospital and had stopped to get her some nice flowers for her room, and had picked out a nice basket in the glass window. Amanda was helping me and noticed that some of the flowers looked a little wilted and took them to the back to wrap them, and while she was doing that, she actually took out the wilted flowers and replaced them with fresh ones.!! shout out to Amanda . I wish I could express how much I love this flower shop. I personally have never been here but my husband has been buying me flowers from here for every special occasion and just because since the day we met. I have kept every card ( most hand written) that have come with these beautiful flowers. Every time he gets me flowers , they will last 3-5 weeks. I obviously change out the water and take care of them but they are definitely not your basic 5 day flowers. Thank you Pawlaks for being apart of my marriage and for helping my husband show his love to me the past 3 years. 12-21-19 and many more to come. I have been thinking of picking up some flowers for my wife the last few days as the winter weather had her a little down. Since moving to Parma in September of last year, I pass by this place very day on my way home from work, and noticed on their sign that they had Tulips for 14.99 a bunch (one of my wife's favorite flowers) so I decided to stop in. They had some men doing some remodeling in the front so it was a little noisy. I could see 3 lady's in the back working. I noticed a small button (there was no sign on it)- I assumed for a bell, pressed it several times (in between the sawing and hammering), but I heard no noise or no one looked up (guessing it did not work). One lady walked into the back, back out of view. Shortly after one of the remodelers walked in the back, back , and I assumed told the one woman that there was a customer up front, (they both came out and looked at me). At this point one of the 2 women I could still see, walked up front (I assumed to take care of me) but no, she got something from a printer in a little side office (She did not even acknowledge my existence- she could have said I'll be with you in a minute, but NOTHING and I am a big guy in a red jacket, there is NO WAY she could have missed me). I waited a few more minutes. I was getting ready to either call them on my cell phone and tell them I had been standing there for 10 minutes or walk out when the same lady that came up for the paper from the printer came back to take care of my order. Things must be gangbusters for florists these days if they can just ignore customers. I did get the flowers and leave. My wife was happy. I am not sure that I will stop back there. I realize that a $14.99 order for tulips is not going to make their year, but since I am new to the area, I do like to frequent local businesses, and I purchase flowers several times a year (and usually not during the busy times). Guessing I'll have to find one that is a little less convenient, but appreciates their customers, more than they ignore them. read more

We went with Pawlaks for the flowers for our wedding and I was so impressed with their work. We only needed my bridal bouquet, wrist corsages and boutonnieres. Everything turned out beautifully but, I have to rave about my bouquet! It was absolutely stunning! The day we met with the owner she went over in complete detail the types of flowers she would use for the ideas that I had. We went over a few pictures and although I had a pretty specific idea I encouraged her to do what she does well and create a fabulous arrangement and that's what I received!! So many people complimented on how beautiful it was and were in awe of the flowers that were exotic and not like flowers you see often. Prior to our wedding day, Shauna prepared a very detailed invoice of every flower that would be in my bouquet as well as the cost, which was not bad at all for what I was asking for and especially for what the finished product was. We first learned about this flower shop when my fiancé got me roses and tulips for valentines one year and the arrangement was breath taking. The other thing I really loved was that she made a basket for our flower girl with ribbon matching her dress and filled with rose petals, it was perfect and our flower girl loved it! I have used Pawlaks for many occasions. They are always helpful and professional. Today, they took it to the next level. I had a dance recital to go too and went to Pawlaks for flowers. Well, they were closed but I didn't realize that until I walked in (they were having work done, so the door was still unlocked). The kind woman told me they were open for me . While I've been here many times. I've never seen her before. This is just how well they treat people. She listened to my request and made a beautiful bouquet on the spot. My son and daughter in law live in St Louis. They always have a floral arrangement sent every year for Christmas. Unfortunately Pawlaks was chosen by the site he went through. First of all I did not receive the item they chose. I received the worst looking plant I ever saw. The bow was crumpled up and tossed inside the pot. Flowers were half dead.there was 1 pine cone taped to a 12 inch stick.Looks like a 3 year old made up the pot . Do not deal with this florest if you want good looking plants. Tried to make an event special from out of state (NATIVE OF OHIO AND OF PARMA) but special is far from what was received. I don't wish this company anything but good tidings but if you are looking for something "special" keep shopping. Dropping over $200 was met with great disappointment. read more
