Fantastic Service! I tried to order from a company pretending to be a "family owned" local florist but was actually a large chain that uses an overseas call center. Long story short, by the time I figured out they had screwed things up it was almost 2:00pm on my anniversary. I contacted Sunshine and Hannah was extremely helpful. They immediately put together a gorgeous arrangement and had it delivered to my wife's office before the end of the day. This is the kind of service you just can't get from large chains. I absolutely love sunshine flowers. Being military it's not always easy to be at special occasions and they always provide the best customer service and beautiful flowers. Below are just some of the flowers this shop has sent my mother-in-law and they always bring a smile to her face. Even today they were so kind enough to call me to tell me the vase that was in the picture of the flowers I had chosen was discontinued and offered so many different kinds I told them I completely trust them to pick the right one to make the flowers beautiful. We always go to Sunshine Flowers for all our flower needs. They impress and amaze me every time. My grandma was recently diagnosed with Leukemia after 2 years of severe heart conditions that are unable to be fixed now due to the cancer. Today would have been her 61 year anniversary with my grandpa who passed away 6 years ago. Every year he would get her red and white carnations for Poland colors(where they are from). She was in the hospital this morning and was transferred into the nursing home and they delivered the flowers immediately after I called to make sure she received them while she was still in the hospital to brighten up her day. I was very impressed and happy with the fruit basket that I got from Sunshine flowers. I called them at 1 p.m. on Friday and they were able to deliver the fruit basket that afternoon. They were very accommodating and the lady I spoke to on the phone took great time and care to make sure that everything was right - the order the address - everything. The family the fruit basket was being sent to raved about it and said it was wonderful. I also really appreciated their delivery procedures during this covid-19 time. They deliver your items, ring the bell, then go back to their car and call the recipient to let them know that it's there. I think that's a great way to do it. Fantastic mom & daughter shop! Hannah was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. She's a great communicator. Most importantly, I can tell she really enjoys and cares about what she does. Very disappointed the wake started at 11 a.m., I never saw the flowers . They said they were delivered at 12.00. I left shortly before 12 so by the time the funeral home notices them, because they drop them off in a room without notifying anyone. Who knows if and when they were put out on display. All other arrangements were there before 11.00. What's the point! I feel like I just threw 100 bucks down the drain. read more

Went There and received the worse customer service ever. The owner let me know I was clearly putting her out . Didn't even bother wrapping an expensive flower arrangement I bought. Had to balance in my lap on the way home. When I asked to maybe put baby breaths on she snapped at me and said I don't do this when it's busy here. even had a hand written sign on door saying not open till 10 a.m. so I had to take two trips. I went to get flowers for my gf after work and I arrived a few minutes after they were closed. The woman working there saw I was outside and she unlocked the door and let me in. She was very helpful in helping me decide which flowers to choose to make for the bouquet. It was a great experience overall, and i didn't expect that kind of customer service by her letting me in after hours. I called Sunshine Flowers during a desperate moment. I had ordered flowers online from ANOTHER local florist shop and had received an e-mail that they could not process my order. This was completely aggravating because the e-mail came through an hour before the flowers were to be delivered at the funeral home. I was very concerned about being completely embarrassed with the appearance that I had not sent flowers to the funeral home. I quickly googled and found "Sunshine Flowers" and called. When I told them of my problem, they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They actually got my arrangement to the funeral home within a couple hours and it was beautiful. I had even asked for particular colors and they were able to work it out. The customer service from "Sunshine Flowers" was amazing and the work was equally wonderful.
