Lady who helped me on the phone told me they wouldn't have the dark pink version of the two flowers shown on the website (the other flower was a paler pink). I agreed that it could be substituted with a white version of the same flower that she said they had in stock. She asked for a deposit so I gave my credit card information to pay for the whole order. I picked it up a week later as we were leaving town on Friday and was surprised to see the combination of white flowers, peach flowers and pink ribbon. The package itself was very nicely done and would have made a nice gift had the colors not clashed. I was surprised again an hour later when the shop called me asking me to verify my cc number. The male caller had me read him the number and stated one of the numbers was written wrong. After hanging up it occurred to me that the shop must have had my card information written out and attached to the order for over a week. Overall, the people seemed nice but it's concerning that the color combination was poor and the handling of credit card information not secure.

Bridesmaids stayed at a hotel the night before our wedding and put the boutonnières and bouquets in the fridge to keep them fresh. Unfortunately the brides bouquet was forgotten in there, which ended up ruining one side of it. Upon many attempts to try to salvage what was left of the bouquet to no avail. The only option was to conceal the bad side of the bouquet and hope that the dead (yellowish in color) white roses would not be seen in any of the photos. We literally had less than an hour until pictures we about to start. I called Amy and explained my situation. Without any hesitation she had sent Brittany out with the remaining white roses they had in stock. Brittany was able to perform a miracle within less than 30 minutes. The bouquet turned out beautiful and thankfully we were able to proceed without skipping a beat. There's not enough words to describe how Amy and Brittany went above and beyond to help save a brides day for a first time customer. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have gained a new loyal customer. You are my go to florist from here on out. I will also be spreading the word on this to all family and friends.

Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the flowers were truly the most beautiful I've ever seen. She listened carefully to what I wanted and created arrangements that exceeded all of my expectations. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail were exceptional. I am so grateful for the care they put into everything. I have definitely found my new florist and will be using The Secret Garden for all of my future floral needs. Well, I had an issue with this last one I received the other day as the container they sent it in was too small for the amount of flowers to live past the first day. The day after I received them, when I got to work they were all falling over, petals dead on the floor! HOW SAD! Then I checked the water level and sure enough it was from not having enough water. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. It was more of a courtesy call as I have purchased from their lovely store and like this business, and I was looking for kindness and an apology as I have been a customer for over 2 years. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. IT was The ATTITUDE of the lady when I called to tell them about this was rude and uncaring, she basically said what I needed to do was take the flowers all out of the container and recut them and put them back. As if I would do that after spending over $100.00 for a flower arrangement that should stay an arrangement - it should only require watering which is what I did. She said I could take a picture and email it to her if I wanted! '0" customer service- shameful! INSTEAD I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE I TELL PEOPLE TO NOT WASTE their hard earned money for a bouquet that will die the next day! WIsh I could post a picture but there is not a spot to do so.

I ended up at Off Broadway through recommendations from various people. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!
