This guy is MAGIC! On July 11th, I found myself at a dead end. Mom had no flowers. My plans were to make a grand entrance, after seeing my mom again in two years, coming from Los Angeles, California. I went over to the near by grocery store that went to growing up and they did not have the goods that I need. Instead, Flowers that were on their way out to the trash. I quickly Google searched the nearest florists and came across Cloud Florist. A nice little boutique shop 3 miles out. I thought I'd give it a shot. Out comes this guy with is cut dog, ready to help. I had told him my struggles and what I was up against. This gentleman understood immediately and started going to work. I had told him a few things extra that I need him to add to the recipe like color alterations. He took this complex concept and went to the back behind the magic curtain like some wizard out of the Wizard of Oz. About 20 minutes later, this guy comes out with the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. Decorated with these awesome corsages! I had to tip the guy well because he .are my day!!! I live in Hawaii and was trying to order flowers for someone in Cleveland. I called on a Sunday afternoon, about an hour from closing time, and they were able to send an arrangement within an hour of my call. The flowers were beautiful and they even added a lovely, tropical anthurium to the arrangement since I and the recipient are from Hawaii. I made many calls to many different florists, one of the well-known recommendations actually hung up on me because I didn't know my friend's hotel room number, although I tried to tell them I could get it. I highly recommend Cloud florist.. and you should read about them sometime, three generations in business for over 100 years. I can see why they are still in business! this is the most AMAZING flower shop, I work at the holiday inn Cleveland clinic I see the most beautiful arrangements come thru here for guest, but for case western graduation these were prize winning bouquets. when guest saw these bouquets, they called to have last minute bouquets made and the shop had them delivered within the hour. read more

Overall: They did a great job delivering to the Cleveland Clinic, which isn't easy. The flowers looked very nice and lasted over 2 weeks. Flowers: 4 stars. They were very nice red roses with some baby's breath and greenery. The vase was plastic and colored green, but it looked nice. They supplied a styrofoam type food inside the vase which helped the flowers last for almost 2 weeks. Service: 5 stars. They delivered to an employee at the Cleveland Clinic, and arrived by noon. Most other florists only said they'd arrive by 5pm. Price: 5 stars. For a dozen roses in a vase, the price was $50 with free delivery. Other florists in the area were $65 to $75. read more

Initially the friend did not receive the basket, but after calling the florist, they vowed to go back to the hotel where it was delivered and check, and give be a follow-up call. Not only did they find it was the hotel's miss, but called to reassure me that it had been taken care of. Wowza!!! I ordered the "Lively and Lucious" floral arrangement from Cloud Florist. I am a flower connoisseur, and boy was I impressed. The flowers were super FRESH and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The arrangement itself was perfectly put together. It looked way more expensive than it actually was, which is a nice change from the typical florist shop (usually I feel ripped off). He told that flower just came in that morning and was in bud which extends the life of the bouquet.
