10 stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my friend from 2 other florists shops in the area yesterday they absolutely dropped the ball both times. The arrangements I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. In facts, I've gotten better flower arrangements from the supermarket for 1/3 the cost. I was super frustrated and disappointed until I came across Flowers on Main. I was shocked how fast they delivered the arrangement. I'm pretty sure I placed the order at like 8:30 this morning and they were delivered by like 11am and they were even better than pictured. I could be happier. They made her day and mine! read more

Ron and Marcello and crew are fabulous - Ron was my point man and new exactly my vision and responded at all times. I was doing business from CA for my son's rehearsal dinner and it went flawlessly! We met on Wed. (Before Memorial Day, no less) and he executed my plan for flower arrangements, cascade of flowers for Welcome sign and extra eucalyptus for dessert table (ribbon used is also exceptional)- he personally went to the venue on Friday & placed flowers and made suggestions. I made a last minute call to them for a dozen yellow roses with a vase. They didn't have a dozen yellow roses but were able to do a half white half yellow dozen which I honestly wanted some white ones anyways so it worked out better than I expected. An hour after I called my order was fulfilled and I was blown away with what I received. The roses were very vibrant in color and everything was all around perfect for what I wanted.the customer service was very nice as well, I would 10/10 recommend them and they will definitely be getting my business in the future. read more

Ron and Marcello of Flowers on Main made my dreams come true! Honestly, these two men (and their lovely crew) are the single biggest reason my wedding ceremony and venue were as absolutely stunning as they were. I asked for a whimsical, romantic rendition of Princess Diana's bouquet with smaller, matching versions for all 6 of my bridesmaids and Ron brought my dreams into reality! From importing real olive branches to picking the most beautiful sunflowers and queen protea I've ever seen. I could not have had a more lovely and undoubtedly talented florist for my wedding day. Our ceremony arch was drop dead gorgeous! Our cake was decorated with elegant perfection and our tables were classically romantic. This florist is great! My sister and her husband live in this city, but I do not. Therefore, I have to rely on a florist with whom I am unfamiliar to get beautiful flowers to my family. Our niece recently passed away, and not being from Painesville, we placed our order through Ava's Flowers; an online service similar to FTD. When we arrived to the funeral home, we were extremely disappointed to find that our very expensive ($160) arrangement looked nothing like the flowers promised online. The piece was supposed to be full of pastel flowers and 40" wide. Some of the flowers were wilted. Easily 60% less flowers than the photo on the order sight. The piece was just thrown together with no thought to the impact it would have on a grieving family. Shameful! read more

Mixed experiences here. First off they are a little pricy but not exorbitantly so. Flowers have been fresh though. First delivery for my wife's birthday was on time and what I ordered. Second order was placed 2 days prior to Valentine's Day with special instructions for a 3 hour delivery time frame. Called my wife an hour and a half after they were supposed to be delivered and they had not arrived. Called the shop and no answer so left a message. Showed up to the shop a half hour later and they were just starting on my arrangement. When questioned the delay I got a snaky remark about the work load on Valentine's Day. First off there was plenty of notice and secondly if you can't fulfill the requested delivery window Call the customer! At any rate it took another 45 minutes to make my arrangement and the colors were not representative of the one shown on line. I was specifically looking for more earthy tones and not the dyed pinks and reds of the holiday but I guess that's what they have at the time. Oh and they did not refund me for delivery even though I had to pick up the arrangement myself 2 hours and 45min late. All things considered I will have to give it a lot of thought before giving this place a third try. read more
