I was essentially ghosted three separate times during the ordering process. First, I submitted an inquiry through their website and never heard back. After two weeks, I went into the shop and was told someone would call me that day or the next. Another week passed with no response, so I had to follow up again myself. When I finally spoke with the designer, I emailed multiple inspiration photos showing exactly what I wanted: three bouquets with pastel pink and ivory flowers. She said she could do it and would call me the next day with a quote. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone for almost three weeks--until the day before pick-up, when they called asking if I was coming to get my order. By that point, I had already started making plans to arrange flowers myself because I assumed they weren't going to follow through. When I picked up the bouquets, they were bright red and looked nothing like the photos I had sent. To their credit, they did fix the color issue before the wedding, but I was still disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquets for what I paid. Grateful for the ladies at the counter that were very kind to me every time I came in. The flowers worked out in the end, but the stress and lack of communication made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

Because of that, we needed to have her buried the very same day she was brought home from the hospital. Honestly, I'm still not sure how I held myself together enough to do any of this. My daughter and I walked into Weidig's that morning, overwhelmed with grief, crying, barely able to get the words out. We arrived mid-morning and needed multiple arrangements - flowers from the grandchildren, flowers for my mom from the siblings, and individual flowers to place on the casket - all for that same day. Not only did they manage to create and deliver everything within just a few hours, but the flowers were the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. The arrangements I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. In facts, I've gotten better flower arrangements from the supermarket for 1/3 the cost. I was super frustrated and disappointed until I came across Flowers on Main. I was shocked how fast they delivered the arrangement.
