I had my first meeting with Rosanne today! As a young bride, I've been let down and had a lot of stressful meetings requiring vendors. I am so happy to say Rosanne was not one of them! She was so welcoming and helpful. Our initial meeting lasted less than a half hour as she was able to answer all of my questions without me even having to ask, and envisioned all of my flower pieces from bridal bouquet to boutonniere's with a total of 21 pieces she took everything under her wing to come up with the most beautiful arrangements! Ordered flowers while out of town, to be delivered to my partner at home, for a special occasion. I returned to find they had not been delivered as promised. Neither I or my partner recieved any calls to attempt delivery or notify us of delay. When I spoke to the florist, she first claimed that they reached out many times and we didn't answer. Then the story changed, and the snowstorm made it impossible for them to deliver - Sunday, when there was no snow storm. She didn't apologize, told me she thinks there is nothing wrong here. I love this place! I used them in 2011 for my wedding and ever since they are my go to florist. I've used them for my sons prom and they did a great corsage for his date. I asked for it to be "blinged out" and that it was. My son passed a few years ago and I go here when I go to his grave. They are always so nice, I ask for a bouquet for the cemetery. They ways ask a price point and put it together right there. They allow me to pick colors from what they have available even whatever flowers I would like included. Even when I have no energy to decide they put something beautiful together. I love this place and will continue to give my business. Great people, great customer service and great pricing. read more

The product here is fine, the customer service for the most part, however, left much to be desired. I ordered 24 carnations and some greens a week before my event date. A 3pm delivery was requested, but come 3, nothing had arrived. The delivery man called at 3:15pm, asking where the flowers were to be dropped off. He didn't arrive until 3:45, 15 minutes before our event was set to begin. The greens were not delivered, and when asked where they were the delivery man became very accusatory and defensive, claiming we did not place such an order. He eventually went back to the shop to bring the greens back, but by the time he arrived (45 minutes later), it was too late to incorporate the greens into our table settings. I called the business the following day to clear things up, and was rudely greeted by the same delivery man. He became very hostile when he heard why I was calling, despite my attempts to explain myself. I eventually was able to talk to the florist who took responsibility for the mixup and apologized. However, she made no effort to compensate the inconvenience, even when I explained the offensive and unprofessional demeanor the delivery man had exhibited towards myself and members of my organization. I understand it's a small business and that mix-ups happen, but such should be handled graciously and with more sympathy. read more

Diamond's has been my go-to florist for two decades. Be it a single iris for my beloved, or a birthday bouquet for my children, I could always count on them for the flower I wanted to bring. They were also helpful in helping me find something that would surprise and please with only a vague hint from me-- "Something that smells good to go with that iris please." If all the warm smiles of appreciation on the other end, over the course of two decades, are any indication, 5 stars are not nearly enough! read more

I've tried a bunch of florists around the Cleveland Heights area over the years. Each one has managed to eventually disappoint me, leading me to search for a new florist. I've finally found Diamond's - they have reliably made arrangements that make my wife (and me!) go "wow!" even at more-modest price points. And when I just had them make a big arrangement for our 15-year anniversary, they went beyond even what I already expected. I had to write a review. Their arrangements are fantastic, even with specific instructions. Their prices are comparable, and they deliver on short notice. Their flowers are fresh and last a long time. Over and over again, they've come through for me. I can't ask for more from a florist. read more

I was looking for a florist to do a birthday delivery to my daughter at work. It was already mid-afternoon and I didn't know her work address but they said they could get it to her before five regardless. I looked at the photos on their website and told them which ones I liked. They told me what changes they'd make based on the flowers they had in stock. I think the final arrangement was even prettier than the one advertised. Very pleased. They're now my go-to florist in Cleveland. read more

The flowers were fine, the service was unfortunately horrible. I spent $100 dollars on flowers and when I asked for a receipt the man on the phone proceeded to yell at me because he said he already sent the receipt. When I explained that I did not receive anything, he proceeded to tell me the paperwork had already been filed as an excuse not to send a receipt. I'm not exactly sure what's so difficult about sending a copy of a receipt, it shouldn't have to be a an argument or a discussion, will definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

This was not my normal florist that I had used in the past due to the fact that there were closer to University Hospital where my son-in-law was hospitalized since I live on the west side. I used this florist based on the reviews that I read. However I had order the Blooming Jack O Lantern at the premium price. Went to see my son-in-law since he came home last night and was truly disappointed in the flowers that he received. The container was not what I had ordered it was a wooden crate with a pumpkin face that looked like something that a five year old would have liked and the flowers used were as not pictured. The autumn colors were not very bright and they were very dull looking. I am so embarrassed with what he received. For the price that I paid I expected so much better. If what I had ordered was not available then they should have called to le me know instead of sending what they did. Which I had used another florist. Will be calling this florist to let them know how truly disappointed I am. read more

I needed to order some flowers to send to my sister and I needed them to be delivered same day, so I decided to take my chances and call up a random florist near her house to see if they would do it. I checked out a few websites that looked kinda shady and then found Diamond's Flowers. I called them up and the woman I spoke to was really nice and said she could deliver the flowers that afternoon. I told her how much I wanted to spend and she asked what type of bouquet I had in mind. I said that I wanted to do a bouquet of hydangeas or a bouquet of gerbera daisies. Unfortunately, they didn't have hydrangeas and they didn't have many gerbera daisies, so I told her to do a mixed bouquet, but specified I wanted no baby's breath. I prefer bouquets of just flowers and no fillers. Fillers of greens and especially baby's breath are so outdated, right? I also told her that my sister likes pastel colors best, but that I would leave it up to them to decide what looks best with the flowers they have available. My sister called later that day to say she got the bouquet and sent me a picture text and guess what? It was full of baby's breath! That kinda ticked me off. She said the bouquet was really pretty, but the colors were slightly odd. They did have nice flowers in there though, so I do feel like the bouquet was worth the price I spent, but I guess if I ordered from them again I would need to tell them specifically what to put in and not leave it up to them to do a mixed bouquet. read more

My dad passed away suddenly and we needed to purchase a spray for his casket. The florist recommended to us by the funeral home didnt have adequate photos on their website. We were from out of town, so we just started calling around. When we reached Diamonds, Jim was very helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. He also went out of his way to verify the time of the visitation to make sure the spray was there in time. We received many compliments on the arrangement, including compliments from the funeral home staff. Diamonds will be my new Cleveland florist when I need to order flowers! read more

Do NOT use this florist! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Diamond Florist in Cleveland Heights, OH one day in advance to deliver flowers to my daughter for her 30th Birthday. She is a Doctor so I had given them her telephone number to call her to arrange where to deliver the flowers since she has a difficult schedule. They apparently called her once and left a message in the afternoon of her birthday. (I had also asked them to call me if there was any problem but did not receive any call). I found out around 7:30 p.m. that evening that she never received the flowers and tried to call the Florist but it was already closed so I left a voicemail message. The next day I waited until around 9:30 a.m. to call but the voicemail message said it was full so I was unable to leave another message or speak with anyone. I called several more times and finally reached "Jim" around 11 a.m. When I told him who I was and that my daughter did not receive the flowers he immediately became very defensive and unfriendly to me. I asked him what could be done about it since she did not receive the flowers on her actual birthday and he said nothing because it was MY FAULT! He said my daughter should have returned his call and he didn't know where to deliver the flowers. He said he was waiting until 6:00 p.m. for her to return the call. I reminded him she is a Doctor and perhaps was unable to take the call or didn't recognize the number and he could have tried to call again or to call me. He said he was too busy to call her again and said he didn't know he was supposed to call me for any problems. The man was so irate that I tried to calm the situation to remind him that I am the customer and my daughter the recipient and he is the service provider and if wants to have referrals and future business he should be nice to his customers. He kept insisting he didn't do anything wrong and had no intention of doing anything to rectify the situation. In fact he eventually said to me that he had not processed the credit card payment so he was just going to cancel the order! I was so upset that I just hung up the phone. I called the credit card company to verify that the charge had not been processed and when I explained what happened to me, the bank representative told me that she actually lived in Cleveland around the corner from this florist! I'm quite sure she will not be using this florist and alerting anyone she knows not to use it either. I may live in out of state, but I'm still a customer and Jim could have been nicer to me on the phone. I didn't expect the flowers for free but he could have reduced the price, offered an upgrade or at the very least a simple and sincere apology. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by how tastefully done my order was. My dad passed away and I called Diamonds to make the spray for the wake. We told them some characteristics about my him including that he was a die hard Browns fan. They went above and beyond by placing a Browns hat & Browns themed ribbon on top of the spray. They did it in such a way that it was very tasteful. The flowers were large & fresh. Everyone commented on how good it looked. Thank you Diamonds for sending my dad off with such a beautiful memory. read more

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I have never been treated so rudely as I was in this establishment. I went in to order corsages for my son's prom and walked out without placing an order due to how poorly I was treated. The woman who was waiting on me neither had the time nor patience for my business. Not to mention, the store is absolutely filthy and cluttered. It appears as if no updates have been made in 30-40 years. Considering the line of business, I would not trust this "establishment" to handle a floral creation. And from reading the other negative reviews on this site and others, it appears their poor customer service is common thread. Buyer beware!!!! read more
