I was not able to be on site when the flowers were delivered, but on arrival I was overjoyed at how beautiful everything looked. We were so pleased with all his suggestions. I purchased a few different succulents and find that their quality is definitely above average (seriously, check out my photos, they don't even look real). I also found a few new plant babies (an English Ivy and a Caladium) that I have been super happy with so far. I also had the pleasure of meeting Michael himself, and he is such an inspiring and inviting person! He cares so much about his work and is a true delight. I walked in and was completely blown away by the fragrance of this shop. It smelled amazing!! Then the most colorful amazing person came out to talk to me. I actually had to give her a hug because she just screamed awesome! I originally asked for 2 bouquets for my benefit last Weds, I had asked them to be donated. However, the owner said no, that I had to give a significant amount of notice and contact the marketing department. Which is fine. So, I purchased two beautifully done bouquets for my benefit. Worst customer service ever! My husband had purchased a potted plant in a beautiful bowl for me. Within a week, the plant was dead. I took it back to the shop and told them what happened. The owner was there and proceeded to scream at me IN FRONT OF SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE that I had killed it by overwatering it and "should never be allowed to touch another plant!" My jaw dropped and I was so stunned I didn't know what to do. A very nice employee, an older woman, took the bowl from me and suggested putting in an artificial plant, as I really liked the bowl. Do you like being yelled at? Well, if so, this is the place for you! After asking for a small favor, the clerk said she would have to ask the owner. That was fine with me, but when he came out from the back, he yelled at me for "badgering" his employees and for being "inconsiderate". I think it may have been inconsiderate for him to yell at and berate me! All he had to do was say "no, we can't do that unfortunately" and that would have been enough.
