I needed floral arrangements for my cousins wedding shower and honestly has no idea where to even start looking so like everyone does these days I started with google. Mentor is a small city with a lot of floral places around and I came across Bocks Floral Creations several times in my searches and she was the only floral place with the highest star ratings so I took my chances and let it be known I am beyond happy I did. For being a small little floral shop they nailed the exact look I was going for. This shop is beyond AMAZING. I honestly do not have enough room to write all the kind words and gratitude I have for Mrs. Bock and her staff. These women are wonderful and their work speaks for itself. They put Time, Love, and Passion into all their work and it shows. I would refer this place a million times over. Also if you are looking to rent the cases, case fillers, Even these rose gold chargers which were everything she does it at a great price. I would not reccomend this shop for wedding florals. Very disappointed with my experience ordering…read morefrom this florist. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. I was essentially ghosted three separate times during the ordering process. First, I submitted an inquiry through their website and never heard back. After two weeks, I went into the shop and was told someone would call me that day or the next. Another week passed with no response, so I had to follow up again myself. When I finally spoke with the designer, I emailed multiple inspiration photos showing exactly what I wanted: three bouquets with pastel pink and ivory flowers. She said she could do it and would call me the next day with a quote. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone for almost three weeks--until the day before pick-up, when they called asking if I was coming to get my order. By that point, I had already started making plans to arrange flowers myself because I assumed they weren't going to follow through. When I picked up the bouquets, they were bright red and looked nothing like the photos I had sent. To their credit, they did fix the color issue before the wedding, but I was still disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquets for what I paid. Grateful for the ladies at the counter that were very kind to me every time I came in. The flowers worked out in the end, but the stress and lack of communication made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be.
