My wedding was in January, and they assured me that the flowers would be fine. I asked if there was anything we needed to be weary of, or perhaps if we should use some non traditional elements so we didn't rely so heavily on the flowers lasting through the cold. I was assured they would be fine. The day of the wedding the bouquets, men's flowers, corsages and etc. arrived in disarray. The men's flowers were all mislabeled and the mothers' corsages were crushed. We were unable to reach anyone at the shop for help. We were also hugely disappointed with the flowers at the reception. They were just lack luster, and much smaller than promised. All of these things do not begin to bother me as much as the email response that I received from a series of phone calls with the owner, in which he chose to personally degrade my character rather than show any level of compassion.

So he didn't deliver the flowers! He tried the next day and finally found it. Even though on my mailbox has the numbers on it.. It takes a special kind of person to not be able to find a house. It looked nothing like what I ordered l, wrong colors and flowers and extremely small, even though I ordered the XL flowers. Pictured was a beautiful assortment of healthy, colorful succulent plants, that we wanted sent to Baker Funeral Home in Berea, OH. What was delivered was a box of dirt, WITHOUT a single succulent, but instead 3 different ugly house plants, that died in less than a week! I emailed Vic's to tell them their planter was an embarrassment among the other flowers and plants at the funeral home, and we felt they did a BAIT & SWITCH on the order we chose and paid for. They ignored my request to make this transaction right, so obviously don't care about their customers. I did receive a small refund that came directly from FTD when I sent them a picture of what was ordered, versus what was delivered. What a shame that a florist listed under such a well known company (FTD) would not care enough to respond to a customer, after delivering such an underwhelming planter, to a grieving family, when it should have been a lasting memorial to their loved one. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this Florist for any occassion, and I see from other customers they have also had bad transactions with this same place. Buyer beware!
