    A lame excuse for a $100 floral arrangement...I could have done better myself... DESPICABLE AND EMBARRASSING TO GIVE TO MY FRIEND!!

    I ordered flowers thru TELEFLORA and Wickliffe flower shop fulfilled the order,Not sure why because the delivery was in Brecksville..what I received was a sad excuse for a flower arrangement for my bff coworkers birthday..I was embarrassed by what I got.I paid $100 for a grocery store bouquet in a crappy ass vase and 2 balloons...You should be ashamed of yourselves...See what I ordered and what I received... Despicable!!!

    Thinking this arrangement cost 60€ through Teleflora makes the Wickliffe Flower Barn a laughable enterprise: 8 carnations (3 pink, 4 fushia, 1 purple), 3 stems of white Astromeria, 1 stem of tiny roses that wilted on day 2 and fern. Not worth the price, not nicely arranged and this silly oversized, poor quality pink bow to compensate for the meager bouquet. The arrangement was ordered as a round bouquet, NOT as one you have to place against a wall as it has a front and no back. And the Mason jar as a vase--really? The order was placed to be delivered on my birthday and was delivered the following day. No one ringing the doorbell, no phone call. I discovered the arrangement by chance, on my front step, unprotected (no box, no clear cellophane wrapping), all flowers in the wind, the tip of some Astromeria broken. To add insult to injury, my husband called about this order to verify the actual date of delivery. One week later, he still expects the call back he was promised. A long time to hold one's breath. Is there one sole reason to recommend this flower shop? If there is one, it is not obvious. Every single one of their choices was made in poor taste.

    Never again. Ordered through Wickliffe Flower Barn online (Teleflora) on Thursday 5/7 and it gave me a delivery date of 5/8. Called the florist at 4:45 on 5/8 to inquire about my order. She said, almost verbatim, that she couldn't tell me the first thing about my order as they were swamped. What? I got that - day before Mother's Day, I understand. My point to her was that the order said delivery on 5/8 and it was their name, WFB, associated with that order. I also said that had the website said delivery on 5/10 or any other date than I might have made alternate plans. Long story short, the flowers did get delivered on Mother's Day but let's just say they don't resemble what I ordered very well. I understand there may be substitutions but this is a bit underwhelming considering the deluxe price of $55. Usually I order from PROFLOWERS and they tell you exactly what flowers and how many you'll get. Not here.

I've always ordered through the website and every arrangement I've ordered has been thoroughly enjoyed. For my latest order I selected the "Designers Choice" arrangement and while I didn't receive a photo, I was told they were "Splederiferous" by my grandma. I'm hoping I can get someone to send me a photo, but I know from previous gifts that they always look amazing. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and the variety of options, as well as the option to include a gift message. I was also able to schedule the flowers for next day delivery. Since I've ordered a few times I'm also on their email list and they send promotional emails, including reminders around the time of previous orders which I thought was really thoughtful. I also liked that they sent email updates notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. It allowed me to call my grandma to make sure she received them/knew that she had a gift waiting for her at home. While not necessary, I'd love it if they could add a photo to the email so I could see the arrangement too since it's a long distance purchase, but they do such a great job as it is. I'll absolutely be ordering more from Paradise Flower Market in the future.

Both my sister and I ordered funeral flowers for my father-in-law's service--one order placed directly through Flowers on the Vine's website and the other placed through FTD via a local florist. Both orders had the correct funeral home, date, and time. I even emailed Flowers on the Vine the day before the service to confirm receipt. When they responded, they sent the wrong order details--my sister's FTD order--which is how I discovered her arrangement had been routed to the same florist. When I arrived at the funeral home an hour before the service, neither arrangement had been delivered. I called Flowers on the Vine twice, left multiple voicemails, and sent an email. No one answered and I received no return call. The funeral home staff checked all entrances multiple times during the service--no flowers were ever found. After the service began, I finally received an email response and went back and forth with the owner over several emails. While I understand mistakes happen, there were multiple opportunities to fix this situation, and no attempt was made to resolve it proactively. At one point, the owner asked ME what I wanted done--despite the fact that no product or service had been delivered. The obvious answer was a refund, which should not have required my suggestion. The owner claimed she had photo confirmation of delivery. When I requested it, she sent a photo of the outside back door of the funeral home--with NO FLOWERS VISIBLE. This is not proof of delivery. She then stated that drivers are "skittish" about taking photos inside funeral homes, which doesn't explain why there were no flowers in the exterior photo. This is also when I learned deliveries are handled through DoorDash. I was also unable to get a clear answer about whether there were other flower deliveries for the service, which meant we couldn't properly thank other senders. I requested refunds for both orders on January 9. By January 15, no refund had been issued, and the florist my sister ordered through had to call to get the FTD order refunded. After I followed up multiple times with no response, my dad's direct website order was finally refunded on January 18. NEITHER REFUND WAS PROCESSED WHEN PROMISED--only after persistent follow-up (multiple voicemails left and 15+ emails over 9 days). This experience felt disorganized at best and dishonest at worst. The only reason I chose this florist was because they ranked highly in Google search results. If I had not been physically present at the funeral, my family would never have known the flowers were not delivered--which is especially concerning for anyone sending flowers from out of town. Additionally, the business phone number has no identifying voicemail message, calls frequently go unanswered, and communication is extremely unreliable. This was an unacceptable experience during a very sensitive time. I would strongly advise choosing another florist.
