I would not reccomend this shop for wedding florals. Very disappointed with my experience ordering from this florist.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. I was essentially ghosted three separate times during the ordering process. First, I submitted an inquiry through their website and never heard back. After two weeks, I went into the shop and was told someone would call me that day or the next. Another week passed with no response, so I had to follow up again myself.
When I finally spoke with the designer, I emailed multiple inspiration photos showing exactly what I wanted: three bouquets with pastel pink and ivory flowers. She said she could do it and would call me the next day with a quote. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone for almost three weeks--until the day before pick-up, when they called asking if I was coming to get my order.
By that point, I had already started making plans to arrange flowers myself because I assumed they weren't going to follow through.
When I picked up the bouquets, they were bright red and looked nothing like the photos I had sent. To their credit, they did fix the color issue before the wedding, but I was still disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquets for what I paid. Grateful for the ladies at the counter that were very kind to me every time I came in.
The flowers worked out in the end, but the stress and lack of communication made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be. read more
