The store and selection was smaller than other chain and even other boutiques, but they still have the fits and styles I was looking for. The fitting room was private and nicely appointed. The service was exceptional. The dresses were lovely and surprisingly priced. I tried on a 400 dress that was fantastic and a 4000 dollar dress that was beyond. I made an appointment through emailing the store, which was super easy. When my mom and I came for my appointment we were told to look around at all their dresses. The dresses were separated my designers. There was about 7 racks of dresses, as well as a sale rack. Something unique about this bridal store is how you can pick dresses out to try on. Above the racks there is a little lip where the hangers can sit perfectly. Each time I found a dress I wanted to try on I just pulled it out and hung it up on the lip. Once it was time to try dresses on, one of the workers helped me get the dresses on. This was helpful, because I often couldn't find the floor! The worker was very nice and personable. Each time I would walk out in the dress workers would ooh and aww. One ended up coming over and staying for most of the dresses! I would recommend brides come try this location!

They had so many beautiful options at affordable prices, and if you're a bargain hunter, they had some amazing sale prices (some beautiful dresses for $99-150!!!). Susan was so sweet and kind. She didn't care how many dresses I tried on and she gave great opinions and advice. She was so knowledgable and even called a designer's shop on the spot to get more info on a dress for me. I purchased a Casa Blanca dress. I added custom measurements for only $35. After my purchase, Casa Blanca will make any changes to the dress, send me a mock sketch for me to approve, and then make the dress of my dreams! I was shocked how affordable this was (for example, I'm going to raise a vneckline to a boat neckline by adding lace across the top... only $55 extra for this custom change!). I could have bought that same dress anywhere by hunting for it closer to home... but I chose to buy it from Annabelle Bridal because I had such an amazing experience there! The store is also running a crazy special this month: free hem AND free press/steam... saves me nearly $300! Thank you, Susan and Annabelle Bridal for helping me find my dream dress!

We got another bridal shop to contact the manufacturer and they confirmed that Bling Bridal did not pay for our dresses so that they cannot ship them to us. They are very unprofessional and will not answer our messages or respond back to multiple other brides and bridesmaids that are facing the same issues. We want a refund!!!!!!!

I usually wear a size 8.I understand bridal runs small but not this small. When I went to pick up the dress, it was HUGE! My mom, sister, and myself expressed these concerns with the owners of the shop. They assured us that the alterations would be no big deal. After we left, I still had my doubts. I sent them an email to express my concerns once again. I was then told that they couldn't send the dress back and get a smaller size. Fast forward...I start having the alterations done on the dress. Needless to say, it is no longer the same dress because of the extensive amount of alterations that it needed. I am no longer able to use the dress. Less than 2 weeks before my wedding I had to go find a new dress. Truly a nightmare for a bride. I contacted the shop and gave them every opportunity to fix the situation. They were nothing but rude to my sister and I. They took no responsibility for their mistake! I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
