i was shocked yesterday when i received a Flower bouquet from my husband...i saw Vicks website mentioning that we are florist and we are the best and bla bla 12 red roses dumped in a vase ..with 6 white tulips a pink ribbon have no clue what a pink ribbon belongs to in thew bouquet and a chocolate bar put in a plastic bag.... literally plastic bag and not a box or .... flower bouquet with no taste. i would rather go to Costco or sam's Club and collect a $35 arrangement million time better than this and he paid $200...$200 read more

We were extremely disappointed in a Succulent floral arrangement we ordered through FTD, and was supplied by Vic's Floral Inc. on Fleet Ave in Cleveland. Pictured was a beautiful assortment of healthy, colorful succulent plants, that we wanted sent to Baker Funeral Home in Berea, OH. What was delivered was a box of dirt, WITHOUT a single succulent, but instead 3 different ugly house plants, that died in less than a week! I emailed Vic's to tell them their planter was an embarrassment among the other flowers and plants at the funeral home, and we felt they did a BAIT & SWITCH on the order we chose and paid for. They ignored my request to make this transaction right, so obviously don't care about their customers. I did receive a small refund that came directly from FTD when I sent them a picture of what was ordered, versus what was delivered. What a shame that a florist listed under such a well known company (FTD) would not care enough to respond to a customer, after delivering such an underwhelming planter, to a grieving family, when it should have been a lasting memorial to their loved one. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this Florist for any occassion, and I see from other customers they have also had bad transactions with this same place. Buyer beware! read more

I highly recommend Vic's Floral! I live in Arizona and had to send flowers to a friend that was in the hospital from breaking his neck. The family had told me he would be released from ICU the next day. I placed the order to be delivered the day he was expected to be released. They tried to deliver on the day I had asked and could not successfully deliver due to him still being in ICU. The delivery guy called me and said they will call the hospital every morning to see if they can deliver that day. They did just that. When the flowers were finally delivered days later, it was a freshly made arrangement - not the arrangement from the original delivery attempt. In my opinion, Vic's goes above & beyond to satisfy their customers. They even offered to refund the order if they couldn't successfully deliver the flowers. I had ordered flowers for my best friend's funeral through the funeral home's website and my order was sent to Vic's. I had ordered a premium bouquet and not only were there not as many flowers as shown in the pictures, but the arrangement was delivered on a Friday for a Sunday funeral. So by the time the funeral started, the flowers were already drooping. Another individual also purchased the same bouquet as me, but they ordered the standard one. Theirs was prepared by a different florist and was much nicer than what I received. When I reached out to the store directly, I was yelled at and told they don't get paid enough for the flowers so I got what they were paid for. This is very unprofessional. I will never get flowers from here and will make sure that if I am ordering through a third party that they don't go through here. I ordered flowers, chocolate, and a card to be delivered to my girlfriend's place on Valentine's Day, but a break was happening the week prior so I had to change where the order was being delivered. I did so an entire week in advance and they still delivered it to the original (her) address. Made a bad day worse. I wouldn't trust these people - I was extremely clear over the phone a week in advance about the change in delivery address. read more

Had flowers delivered for my birthday from my sister in Georgia. I was not here for the delivery but came home to a notice they were here. I was a bit worried I wouldn't get them til the next day but I called they were back at my home in five minutes with a beautiful arrangement. It meant a lot receiving it on my actual birthday. We ordered through FTD and Vic's fulfilled the order. We were notified that the flowers were delivered and they were not. These were for my mother's birthday and she was in hospice care so time was important. After calls and emails to FTD, they were delivered the following day. The components of the arrangement were there, but it was not artfully arranged and simply stuffed into a vase. Some of the greenery was broken and hanging. The roses did not even last 3 days. Thank goodness it is the thought that counts. We won't use FTD or Vic's again. read more

I am skeptical about purchasing flowers online. Biggest worry is the flowers not looking like the pictures. Well I hate to say that is what happen with Vic's but it was way better than the picture. I order a ALL fruit basket no handle on it. I was to have a1 full pineapple bananas, oranges red and green grapes .I happen to come to their house about an hour after delivery ......BOY I sure glad I made 40 minute ride . The basket had no pineapple ,grapes bananas all I saw box of crackers ,coffee, some apples an orange in a brown Easter basket .I call them the owner told me that this other company farms it out to him and I need to take up with them. This all took place on 12/19/2017.The also said they delivered it at 1730, yet when other company said today the will give them until 12/22/17 to care of what was suppose to happen on 12/20/17.I just saying the other basket was ok if that's what I wanted and spent less MONEY...I do not understand why a order could care less? read more

I just had to write a review and have posted a picture of seriously one of the most beautiful bouquets I ever have received. My daughter lives out of town and sent a birthday bouquet to the salon I work at. From the moment the delivery man walked in till I left with them clients were in awe. Not only were the white roses so full and perfectly opened but the white Casablanca lilies were outstanding and filled with beautiful silver artimesia. Oh and I must add that the vase was so awesome that I will keep it and diffently fill it again. The designer did a outstanding job, the quality of flowers were perfect and gorgeous and the scent was heavenly! I will highly recommend their work to everyone and they now are my new florist for future orders . Vic's initially communicated with me but has not responded and I am really upset and do not appreciate the lack of customer service. Very disappointed with this arrangement. Ordered through Teleflora and added a $4.99 "congratulations" balloon. It was for a woman's retirement. This ugly balloon is what she got . I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from Vic's on Tuesday. My co-workers must've looked this place up in order to order me local flowers to the Cleveland Clinic. The flowers were so pretty that I thought they were fake. Also, they smell great. What in most pleased about, besides the color, is that these flowers are outlasting the other 4 that I received. Vic's Floral saved the day!! Last Friday I ordered an arrangement through FTD to be delivered to a friend in the Cleveland area. FTD originally used a different florist (Brennan's Floral) to fulfill my order. The arrangement that my friend received bore no resemblance to the lovely photo on the FTD site. When I called FTD to complain, they offered me an upgraded redelivery. When no flowers arrived, I discovered that Brennan's refused to redeliver. My order was then turned over to Vic's Floral. I have a side-by-side photo of the two arrangements. Vic's is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy and appreciative, both to Vic's Floral and to FTD. read more

Do yourself a favor and pick another company. extremely rude. I was suppose to receive "surprise" flowers for my anniversary and they called me telling me they could not find my workplace, essentially ruining the surprise. My husband and I stopped in to discuss flower arrangements for our upcoming wedding back in January. Gina was very accommodating and agreed to talk with us even though we dropped in kind of unannounced and the shop appeared busy. She gave us some great ideas and within hours she called back to give us a finalized estimate. We decided to order our wedding flowers from Vic's, which included about a dozen boutonnieres, a few small floral pieces for the wedding table, and a large central arrangement for the wedding table. The boutonnieres were simple but well-made and exactly what we wanted. The main centerpiece was also beautiful and incorporated all the ideas we had discussed with Gina. The Vic's staff assembled the main centerpiece on-site at our wedding venue and even made the arrangement to account for my shorter height at the wedding table! All-in-all, we couldn't have been happier with the flowers we received and the professionalism of the staff. read more

The flowers looked great the day of arrival but the next day three were dead. Website said the roses should be good for 7 days. It's been 5 days and all but 3 out of 18 roses are dead!! The florist shop will NOT refund money to the person who bought them for me but are willing to send an arrangement tomorrow. After speaking to them on the phone they told me the flowers I originally got must have come in 2 days before the arrangement was made. The buyer of the flowers is very disappointed and we will never order flowers from Vic's floral again. I really hope the new arrangement has fresh flowers and that they last longer read more

While I was recovering from surgery, an out-of-town friend sent me a floral arrangement, which I assume she bought through an online floral delivery service. However she purchased it, the order was fulfilled and delivered by Vic's Floral. The arrangement was beautiful, and I was incredibly impressed when a week after I'd received the arrangement, the flowers looked practically as fresh as the day I received them.
