Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. Disappointing Experience. Clear Pricing Without Hidden…read moreCharges. Will Not Use Again! I had a very disappointing experience with Sissons Flowers & Gifts. I called to order what I believed would be a $55 bouquet, but my total unexpectedly came to $81 due to added same-day delivery/demand pricing that was never clearly disclosed on their website or Facebook page. Pricing transparency matters, and if costs increase for same-day orders or demand, that should be stated upfront rather than presented only at checkout. The ordering process itself was frustrating. I had to repeat myself multiple times and spell out nearly every word for the representative taking my order, yet the birthday card still had our names spelled incorrectly. After realizing the issues, I called back to verify the birthday card information and was told I would need to speak with the owner, who later returned my call. The owner offered only a $7.99 refund and provided no meaningful explanation beyond saying they "don't charge a surcharge," while also acknowledging that prices increase for demand and same-day delivery. Regardless of terminology, charging more for same-day service without clearly disclosing it in advertised pricing is misleading and creates the impression of false advertising. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and careless mistakes made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.

I showed them inspo pics and my colors. They showed me different options in their showroom for everything from table numbers, vases, candle holders, big round flower backgrounds for our sweetheart table etc. They helped me handpick all the options. I felt guided and never pressured. I looked forward to seeing my wedding day vision come true! On the big day they were super flexible as they had to set up in record time due to restrictions in our space. They delivered my bouquet that morning and it was BEAUTIFUL! They even had some fresh flowers for the hairdresser to arrange in my hair! The church looked fabulous, every flower in its place and so very perfect! My husband had SoBLoom provide florals for his family home to take pictures that morning. They were gold and rose perfection! SoBloom MADE our reception what it was! The flowers on the head table, petals across the memory table, tall gold vases with florals, to small floating candles! They did it ALL! It was breathtaking! The sweetheart table and headtable looked better than ANY of the inspo pics I had shown them! They really nailed it! I cannot recommend SoBloom enough! If you are a bride who wants amazing florals and designers who are so friendly and easy to work with please use SoBloom! P.S. They even have floral preservation and they handmade a beautiful resin display with my bouquet so I can see it forever!!!! We were extremely disappointed in a Succulent floral arrangement we ordered through FTD, and was…read moresupplied by Vic's Floral Inc. on Fleet Ave in Cleveland. Pictured was a beautiful assortment of healthy, colorful succulent plants, that we wanted sent to Baker Funeral Home in Berea, OH. What was delivered was a box of dirt, WITHOUT a single succulent, but instead 3 different ugly house plants, that died in less than a week! I emailed Vic's to tell them their planter was an embarrassment among the other flowers and plants at the funeral home, and we felt they did a BAIT & SWITCH on the order we chose and paid for. They ignored my request to make this transaction right, so obviously don't care about their customers. I did receive a small refund that came directly from FTD when I sent them a picture of what was ordered, versus what was delivered. What a shame that a florist listed under such a well known company (FTD) would not care enough to respond to a customer, after delivering such an underwhelming planter, to a grieving family, when it should have been a lasting memorial to their loved one. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this Florist for any occassion, and I see from other customers they have also had bad transactions with this same place. Buyer beware!

Well, I had an issue with this last one I received the other day as the container they sent it in was too small for the amount of flowers to live past the first day. The day after I received them, when I got to work they were all falling over, petals dead on the floor! HOW SAD! Then I checked the water level and sure enough it was from not having enough water. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. It was more of a courtesy call as I have purchased from their lovely store and like this business, and I was looking for kindness and an apology as I have been a customer for over 2 years. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. IT was The ATTITUDE of the lady when I called to tell them about this was rude and uncaring, she basically said what I needed to do was take the flowers all out of the container and recut them and put them back. As if I would do that after spending over $100.00 for a flower arrangement that should stay an arrangement - it should only require watering which is what I did. She said I could take a picture and email it to her if I wanted! '0" customer service- shameful! INSTEAD I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE I TELL PEOPLE TO NOT WASTE their hard earned money for a bouquet that will die the next day! WIsh I could post a picture but there is not a spot to do so.

I ended up at Off Broadway through recommendations from various people. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!
