On the big day they were super flexible as they had to set up in record time due to restrictions in our space. They delivered my bouquet that morning and it was BEAUTIFUL! They even had some fresh flowers for the hairdresser to arrange in my hair! The church looked fabulous, every flower in its place and so very perfect! My husband had SoBLoom provide florals for his family home to take pictures that morning. They were gold and rose perfection! SoBloom MADE our reception what it was! The flowers on the head table, petals across the memory table, tall gold vases with florals, to small floating candles! They did it ALL! It was breathtaking! My brother's easel didn't even make it to the next day to the church service/burial. We could not go into the store because they are "closed for covid" it's Jan 2023.. We called to voice our upset and "Lynn" who told us it was "well worth the price" then put us on hold for 35 min and waiting for us to hang up, never returned. That is how they treat people grieving. Rip them off, send dead flowers and then never return to the customers on "hold". Do yourself a service and don't go here.
