The arrangements I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. In facts, I've gotten better flower arrangements from the supermarket for 1/3 the cost. I'm pretty sure I placed the order at like 8:30 this morning and they were delivered by like 11am and they were even better than pictured. I could be happier. They made her day and mine!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a florist …read more The arrangement looked NOTHING like the photo, the flowers were drooping and literally looked like they recycled them from the trash. I called and spoke to an employee who was beyond rude and told me the only thing she could offer me was sorry she blamed the fact that I ordered through another company and said that they could do substitutions which I understand however the arrangement was not even in the same hemisphere as what I ordered and the rude nonchalant attitude of the employer made it even worse !!!! I was beyond embarrassed when my friends husband sent me a picture of the flowers. I left an honest review on their facebook page and they blocked me

I would not reccomend this shop for wedding florals. Very disappointed with my experience ordering…read morefrom this florist. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. I was essentially ghosted three separate times during the ordering process. First, I submitted an inquiry through their website and never heard back. After two weeks, I went into the shop and was told someone would call me that day or the next. Another week passed with no response, so I had to follow up again myself. When I finally spoke with the designer, I emailed multiple inspiration photos showing exactly what I wanted: three bouquets with pastel pink and ivory flowers. She said she could do it and would call me the next day with a quote. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone for almost three weeks--until the day before pick-up, when they called asking if I was coming to get my order. By that point, I had already started making plans to arrange flowers myself because I assumed they weren't going to follow through. When I picked up the bouquets, they were bright red and looked nothing like the photos I had sent. To their credit, they did fix the color issue before the wedding, but I was still disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquets for what I paid. Grateful for the ladies at the counter that were very kind to me every time I came in. The flowers worked out in the end, but the stress and lack of communication made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be.
