See my review of it. Mary Jane Ferris, wedding and event coodinator extrodinaire, sent me to Ferris Steakhouse for a venue. Then she connected me with Brenda, SociallyArtistic for all my flowers and decor. OMG Brenda is unbelievable! She worked with me and completely understood my personal, crazy situation of family etc. My daughter decided the colors for the wedding because she is a busy doctor and hates shopping. Brenda was so understanding and let me wait until my daughter told me the color of the dress she chose before we decided on our pallet. So cool. Socially Artistic delivered all the bouquets and boutonnieres to the church for the ceremony. She was there when we all arrived and pinned the flowers to the men and made sure all the ladies had their bouquets and corsages. It was a little hectic bug Brenda was like a rock in the torrent. I also got a wrist corsage for my mother-in-law. It was exquisite and perfect. My mother-in-law spent a lot of money on her gorgeous dress so I did not want to stick a pin in it. She loved her flowers. In fact, she has not had one word of criticism for the entire wedding and I've been her daughter-in-law for almost a week! I am just getting to the reception. Brenda and her team turned the party room at Ferris Steakhouse into a fairytale scene! Glorious hydrangeas an roses of every pink hue everywhere. And lovely candlelight at multple heights all around the room. There were candlelit flower garlands on the fireplace mantle and over the doorway to the party room. Every table was laden with small and large arrangements. Unbelievably charming!!! There was a topiary on the appetizer table that was magnificent. I told Brenda that I wanted twinkle lights and she delivered! Our reception was magical, thanks to Socially Artistic and Brenda's magic. Now I will tell you how easy Brenda made the whole thing. Really easy. Whether your wedding is in 2 months, or a year or more, call Brenda. You will be so happy you did.

The first time I spoke with her she invited me to meet with her in person and made me feel at ease to choose her as my coordinator. About a month before the wedding, we met again to go over all the final details. She was extremely helpful in polishing up the last minute details, such as how to add some time to the ceremony. Any uncertainty I had, she had a solution, and a good one! She was very responsive to me during those days leading up to the wedding. The wedding was so well put together the day of. She helped coordinate and communicated our bridal party schedules. She was calm and comforting during what could have been a stressful time. She set up all of my décor in a perfect way. Everything was just perfectly coordinated. I highly recommend Brenda for your wedding. Although we didn't hire her for her full planning package, I am certain she would do a fabulous job on that as well. The location is also nice and central in case you are trying to bridge East and West siders. The outside of the building looks plain and has a warehouse feeling about it and the inside is industrial looking. BUT, inside is decorated well with pictures of art (see my attached photos). There is one large room where the fitness event that I attended was located. There might be smaller rooms inside too but I didn't look out for them. Bathrooms are located inside as well. The fitness event I attended was awesome. I know the owner of the Beauty Boost so I got a free ticket to attend since I'm an unofficial ambassador. There were 3 classes that lasted for 20 mins each. I enjoyed the high intensity cardio/strength class and the yoga class. I didn't stay for the last class since I wanted to head to church. At the event, there were vendors stationed in the lobby. They handed out information about their business. I loved trying samples of protein drinks and little protein bites. I've been attending events at the Union Club for over a year now and a half now (since Sept. 2024). I attend these events through the CCWA speaker events. Many great speakers have come to the Union Club to speak on global topics. The dinner served at the private speaker events that I've attended is always delicious. Normally there is a starting dish such as a salad, then a main course such as salmon, beef, or steak along with a side, and the meal ends with a dessert. The building is old but it has been well kept over the years. It does get cold inside sometimes so perhaps the old nature of the building is an issue with heating but I am not 100% sure. The chandeliers in some of the rooms are beautiful with intricate details. The great reading room is quiet and serene with plenty of comfortable seating. There is one ballrooms and separate rooms to the back of the event space. The vibes are industrial sophistication - gorgeous exposed brick walls, wood details, and abundant natural lighting. I can absolutely envision a wedding here with juxtaposition of delicate and rough. I love exposed brick walls, so for me the venue was just perfect. It was also just right for the Cleveland Vintage Market. It fit in plenty of vendors and attendees with still sufficient room to roam. Marigold Catering: There were sandwiches and cinnamon rolls for sale during the event offered by Marigold. I did not try either. I really enjoyed Marigold catered food at other events I've historically attended at other venues around the city. Service: I interacted with the security staff at this venue. They were so friendly and great at directing the foot traffic. Parking: Parking is available at a surface lot next door owned by Marigold. If you're up for a show walk, Nautica Pavilion is also a good parking choice. Ubering to this destination is pretty easy, GPS shows an accurate location. SPACE -- The interior has one large room with tables and chairs and about 2 private smaller rooms for taking phone calls. Wifi (internet) is included. There are different membership packages too because you need to pay to use this space. If you work from home or need a day out of your office, then I recommend the Co-Lab. Maureen and Rachel worked very hard to make sure that everything was organized and tailored to meet our needs, from the first meeting through the reception. Our wedding was truly customized to be exactly what we dreamed of. The CoLab and Lounge spaces are both visually stunning, making for many Instagram-worthy photos. (And we didn't have to spend a ton on additional decorations!) I loved the soft look and feel of the CoLab for our ceremony and dessert table, contrasted with the speak-easy style of the Lounge where we had the bar and dancing. And we were able to have it all without asking our guests to relocate between the ceremony and reception! It seems perfect for hosting mixers giving attendees opportunities to mingle in various areas. The space seems to comfortably fit a lot of guests. According to the Lounges website, they offer tours and allow inquiries about space rental. I can absolutely see someone leveraging this space for networking mixers, entrepreneurial panels, or a group photoshoots. It's definitely a blank canvas with a lot of potential. It's also one of the few artistic places in the city that have a building of their own offering more privacy. Surprisingly, there are a lot of parking options - meters (with QR code payment) and adjacent parking lot. It's great to have so many parking options. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the Lounges.
