Besides doing an excellent job with the arrangement, everyone we met was friendly, personable and full of helpful suggestions. Price-wise, they are great. One relative sent a basket of live plants that she ordered from an on-line florist that she paid $100 for. She hen she saw it, she was devastated - she could have purchased a similar or larger basket for $30-40 at Giant Eagle. The casket spray cost the family $266. Our $150 pedestal arrangement had more interesting flowers and was nearly the same size. So impressed by this florist! We'll definitely return for their seasonal items, which are so attractively displayed in homey settings.

I took them back to Pam, the owner, and she was so shocked and apologetic. She immediately offered to replace them. Not only did she replace them, she personally delivered them to my home. They can't be delivered until Tuesday....all I want is my flowers to get to their destination so I said okay. I just get a call saying they cannot process my order unless they have the 3 digit code on the back of my CC. Seriously? The flowers now won't be delivered until later this afternoon! This has been a fiasco and when I voiced my frustration to the woman on the other end she stated, we've been having problems w our online orders. That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. That's why we are so glad we found this place instead of the big box stores.
