They've consistently delivered beautiful flowers on time and to the correct address. The flowers have lasted about two weeks. What more can you ask for? I wanted something special for my niece's wake after she passed away suddenly. Since she had a passion for sunflowers, I knew that she would love the "Love Lives On" spray, which featured sunflowers. Working with the designer over the phone, I asked if we could swap out the lilies on the right side for more sunflowers, and she said she could! I placed the order, but after thinking about it a bit more, the next day I called The Flower Gallery in Medina back to ask if we could personalize it a bit more by moving out some roses on the left side and replace them with more sunflowers, and that also was possible. The second designer mentioned that sometimes sunflowers can be smaller than other times of year and even not as beautiful, but they would use their best judgement to make it beautiful. I ordered a planter with flowers for a celebration of life. I went in specifically to see the plants abd pick the flowers for the arrangement. I was told it would be delivered to Waite and Sons on Friday since the service was at 10 am Saturday. To my dismay no flowers. I had to run back and forth to try and find what happened to my arrangement. Flower gallery said it was delivered and Waite and Sons said they didn't get a delivery under that name. Never again will I use Flower gallery, nor have any flowers delivered to Waite and Sons. read more

Very disappointed in the arrangement my mom received. I ordered the flowers pictured in the wooden box and they sent the ones in the lime green vase. I have ordered flowers online many times so I understand substitutions need to be made but 1. The taste level is atrocious 2. I ordered subdued flowers and they sent them in a lime green vase? In whose mind does that make sense? It's not even close. 3. I feel cheated because the arrangement they sent obviously uses flowers of lesser quality, I don't think most of these flowers are 'rare', no roses? I really question the taste level of these designers and will never trust them again. Better off going to the grocery store because that's the same quality of these flowers received at a much higher price. read more

I purchased two identical arrangements for my Christmas table. Simple nothing crazy. What I received was two different floral arrangements different vessels and different greens. They were supposed to be deluxe but sparse as hell. Originally ordered through flowershopping.com. I will never use either again. The day the first one came (as they only sent 1 originally) I complained and was told they will not take them back or refund. Highly displeased. They are patient as I see what they have in stock vs a general idea of what arrangement I'm looking for. I use their website first to find a starting g point, then knowing odds of them having those exact flower/color combos available are likely low, we work together to achieve the same feel. Totally undependable. Would give them zero if I could. Placed an order late Wed for either Thursday or Friday delivery. They called to say they needed more money to deliver by Friday(what? the place was close to their shop and they had a full day at this point). I chose something from the website and added about $10 to cover everything, just to give them some leeway. They called, follwing their email, and said they would handle it. Then I get an email from them saying they cancelled the order. It was now 1pm my time, 4 pm Ohio time on the day I wanted it delivered so now I have to scramble to find someone just to deliver on Friday when I wanted it there by Thursday. So completely unprofessional. I work in the industry and was placing this order for a client. I was above their minimum order by about $30 and didn't purposely chose something from their website with instructions that I knew they may have to make changes. Instead of taking care of me they just cancelled my order and left me stranded. Awful service. Would never ever use them again. To leave a client in the lurch is just beyone unprofessional. If you are going to refuse an order do it early in the day, don't leave me hanging. read more

I was thrilled to have flowers delivered to me for my birthday. Unfortunately half of them died within 3 days of delivery. The three roses and a lily and snapdragon were dead within two days. They do not use fresh flowers. My husband was already disappointed at the amount of flowers. He paid an extra $25 for a full bouquet and there was only 12 stems total. He called the owner and they were unwilling to fix the bouquet or provide some new flowers, and said the designer used the amount of flowers for that price point. Unfortunately this business is a rip off in my opinion I would not recommend at all. Grocery store flowers last way longer! read more
