    Adjacent to Lumen Field.

The location next to Lumen could not be better. The hotel is pretty, clean and great staff. We ate breakfast and dinners there multiple times. The food was terrific. Our favorites were the biscuits and gravy as well as the bagel breakfast sandwich which I had served with gravy. The servers were super, SUPER nice. Maria is the best. We will return to this hotel. 12:00 noon check out was appreciated.

Literally across the street. I'm so smart. Lol.

This hotel is greatttttt for the exact purpose of being close to T-Mobile arena for my concert!! It's about 1-1.5 miles away from pikes place and .5 miles away from Chinatown. I love the service here. Staff is friendly. They have valet. The hotel is clean and gorgeous. The rooms are very nice and clean. Has a second sink with a fridge and microwave!!! I planned it for the purpose of being able to walk home after the concert and it is literally across the street. I am so excited!!!! They have room service which is directly the same price as food from the restaurant so I've been able to enjoy food from our room rather than going into the restaurant for basically the same price. Would totally recommend.

We chose this hotel with proximity to Wamu in mind. I can confidently say we will be visiting again! Every single staff member me and my friends staying with me loved every interaction. Rooms were clean with a nice modern design. The whole trip we were talking about how soon we can come back! We loved the downstairs restaurant and it made it easy to get to our concert in a timely manner. We really appreciated the small nice gestures, it went a long way. Thank you to the staff, we will see you soon!

Recently renovated with modern vibe, the Silver cloud is a conveniently located hotel in the heart of the Seattle stadium district. -valet parking only which is common in the city hotels but I always hesitate a bit. They parked my car and marked the wrong spot so it took a bit for them to locate it. - this place can be a zoo for big shower games. Plan ahead. - located across the street from T-Mobile park and diagonal from Hatback. In house restaurant is Jimmy's, featuring typical American fare. Fun atmosphere on game/event days. - in room offerings has a Keurig. This is your only coffee option in the immediate area. The restaurant ( Jimmy's) opens at 7am if you'd prefer to order in house. But bc of this, I highly recommend the hotel offers paper to go cups in the room. - modern updates are a huge improvement from the once stale and dark traditional decor. Bed was comfortable and room felt clean. - a trade off on the location is noise. Be prepared to hear everything at the stadium, street noise, sirens... - after my first visit, I was hesitant to return as it just felt dirty. But after the updates, I'd return for the convenience.

Down the street from Silver Cloud, walkable.

Amazing location and amazing staff! We flew into Seattle to visit T Mobile park and could not have had a better place to stay. Directly across from the ball park, down the street from the Seahawks Stadium. Everything about this hotel was great, great rooms, great people working there and a great restaurant! Wish there were more locations... this is definitely my go to in Seattle!

We stayed here one night over the weekend after going to a nearby event and found the location and amenities to be good. Our check-in, check-out, and valet service for our car were all easy and without complication. Our room was definitely above average and decent sized. The price for being in the city was very affordable, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I thought the large shower and shower seat was particularly nice. I also enjoyed the second sink at the bar, which made two people getting ready simultaneously so much easier. We didn't have a chance to check out the gym, pool, or lounge; but it was nice they had all of those available. Overall, it was one of our more pleasant stays in Seattle. We usually find hotels to be overpriced and then they under deliver. This place was the opposite, and that was refreshing.

Amazing hotel amazing location. Rood top views and room views of the water, and stadiums. The hotel is located in the middle of both stadiums. Walking distance about 30 min to Pike Pear and the Needle. The hotel is beautiful inside also and the cost is not high at all. The staff is wonderful. IRIS was working the front desk and she was AMAZING. She was there for everything we needed and then more. I recommend this hotel for your needs.

Came to town to watch a Sounders game. The hotel is right next to Lumen field and T-mobile park. Great restaurant/bar in lobby. Valet parking $48 Definitely would stay again. Rooms were very clean and modern.

Room service, the restaurant makes a pretty delicious burger

Is the roof top pool and jacuzzi/hot tubs open at night?? If so what time does it close?

Are the rooms with the spa whirl pool worth it?

I mean if you have time for a bath it was dope! I don't have a bath with this at home so I enjoyed it!

The staff definitely leave something to be desired. I found them a mixture of condescending and rude. We requested early check in and where informed our room was not ready. Than watched them check in couple after couple. 2.5 hours later we got our early check in. A whole 15 minutes early. This was after it supposedly took them 45 minutes to clean the room. Now on to the room. The room was modestly sized with furniture shoved into every available space. The floors are plastic and cold. TV lost connection no less than 5 times forcing us to miss a few minutes of the show to reboot it. The best part was the bed. Very comfy bed. The comforters they provide are not designed for tall people though. The bathroom was not great. The shower is small with a temp control that sticks causing jumps in water temp. From luke warm to scalding quickly. For men beware the toilet. The water level is so high if you have to sit down to potty you will need to squat or parts might find themselves taking a swim in murky waters if you know what i mean. I would have normally told the staff all of this but the icy frosting on this stay was check out where the staff gave no greeting, didn't ask how the stay was or even express any positive sentiment towards us. In a city full of places to stay don't be fooled by there advertised low price. You end up with a low price experience for a high price in your check book.

It was about 3:15 pm. He had to check with housekeeping to see if the room was ready. No joke.....almost 45 minutes went by and housekeeping had not replied. Meanwhile, a half dozen people were greeted and given their room keys. I tried not to get upset and I said to the young man, I don't mean to sound rude but this is really disappointing. He wasn't phased. He had the personality to a wet sock. The manager was running in and out behind the counter. Nothing was happening or being communicated to me. Finally, after a very long wait we were given keys to our room. I asked about any type of breakfast or happy hour. They don't offer any of that. The room has no little refrigerator other than a cooler drawer filled with outrageously priced snacks and alcohol. Good thing we didn't have medications that needed refrigeration. There's no microwave. There's no condiments for coffee or tea. There's a Nespresso maker for those people who enjoy Nespresso. I'm not one who particularly enjoys Nespresso. There were no pods anywhere. I asked for some at the front desk and I was told that it's hidden in the room somewhere. It's Christmas not Easter and I'm not going to play hide and seek for the crappy coffee. The furnishings were modern and cold. The lack of the little niceties that are standard everywhere else aren't here. The least they could have done was provide quality customer service and not by someone who seems like they would be better off employed in a funeral home. Pros, view and location Cons, pretty much everything else.

It is a very convenient location, just minutes away from the Seattle Farmer's Market and near to Chinatown. While we had access to early check in with our credit card, our room type (suite) was not ready yet and actually ended up not being ready until around 4:00 P.M. (regular check in time) so we did have to drop off our luggage and decided to walk around. When we came back and our room was ready, my husband did call down and mentioned it was our anniversary since they had confirmed in previously but we didn't see anything in the room, and they were very kind to bring up a little treat for us including some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room itself was spacious and clean with a great view of the city (we had a corner view). The bath tub had a fun feature (water to fill the tub came from a ceiling faucet rather than attached to the tub. The towels were large and fluffy and overall ambience was relaxing with a couch in the room. Check out was smooth and they had our bill ready and everything was easy/correct so we did not have to worry. We also did have late check out, which was pleasant as we could have a leisurely morning. We did try the restaurant (All Water) both for dinner and brunch the next day. Service was very slow unfortunately for the restaurant (it took 1.5 hours while the restaurant wasn't busy, and they did forget our side of grilled broccolini until after we finished our meals/reminded them). We tried the tuna hamachi crudo, clams and mussels, roasted hen of the woods and grilled broccolini. The tuna hamachi crudo was good, though I was hoping for more brightness in the flavor. I enjoyed the clams and mussels as well as the roasted hen of the woods overall, but felt the grilled broccolini was a little too dry (seemed grilled without any oil or seasoning). We did also try a few seasonal mocktails which were delicious and the highlight of the meal. Brunch the next day was take out and we went with a steak and eggs and a caesar salad. Both were solid, but note that the caesar salad came with actual little sardines, so for those picky eaters, this may be a bit much.

The main issues I had were as follows: - A lot of the "extra perks" disappeared. When I checked in last time, I was greeted warmly and gifted a glass of champagne. I don't expect that exact thing every time, but when staying at a premium hotel like this, little things really make the experience a lot more enjoyable. It felt starkly different this time in terms of the service and generosity -- much more generic. - My room was far noisier than my previous visit. I'm not sure what changed, but I could hear noises from other units and from the street much more loudly this time. - On noise, the AC unit in my room this time was much noisier as well. Generally speaking, I still think this is a great hotel, but I had a disappointing experience this time vs my prior stay. I will give it another shot next time, but with caution.

The provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion worked well and had a nice light citrusy scent. There was a Keurig machine in the room; not my jam but helpful in a pinch. We always got stocked with dark roast coffee pods, which is my preference, whoo. Also an empty mini fridge which we were able to use for beverages and leftovers. The 7th floor has a nice little seating area outside the bar where I was able to get some quiet work done one weekday, and the outdoor terrace offers a mountain view on clear days. The fitness center is small: just two treadmills, one recumbent bike, an elliptical, a peloton, and many dumbbells, but I had no problem getting a treadmill run in each morning before 9 am. Water bottle fillers on floors 1 and 4 were super convenient, too. The valet parking is very convenient but pricy. You might want to check Spot Hero or similar to see if you can get a better deal on parking nearby. All told I was impressed by this hotel and I think we will stay here next time we return to Seattle.

Our last two nights of our journey were spent in Seattle at the Shafer Baillie mansion. I would highly recommend staying here. The location was great for getting to downtown and all around. It is close to the Cap Hill neighborhood with shops and restaurants. There is plenty of street parking in the vicinity. The mansion itself is part of what was known as Millionaire's Row. It was built in 1914 and has been well cared for over the years. When we came back from one evening out, we all gathered in the Library and set up some charcuterie and wine to share from our travels. It was so cozy sitting all together and chatting about our adventures. The rooms are historic with modern conveniences. Our room was the Queen Ann Hill. We slept soundly in our comfortable 4 poster bed. There was a helpful step stool for me to climb up as I am vertically challenged. It has original pushbotton light switches. It had a beautiful full length mirror. There was a flatscreen TV, but we had so many wonderful activities we did not use it. The bathroom was updated but still fit with the historic look. There were two showerheads in the tiled shower. Breakfast was lovely. I, personally, have a great deal of food allergies. There was ample selection that I was able to enjoy just as much as anyone else. There were breads and pastries, jams and spreads, yogurt and fresh berries, and a hot breakfast dish. Hard boiled eggs were available as well as cheeses and meats. There was a coffee bar that was available all day that also had tea and cocoa. We sat at the long dining table enjoying each others company and conversation. We got to meet some of the other guests which added to the experience. The greeters always opened the door for me, the check-in desk staff were courteous and always had a smile, and the checkout process was also quick and ended with an invitation to return to the property the next time I'm in Seattle. The temperature controls worked great, the bed was very comfortable and had an adequate number of pillows, the bathroom was well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The bath towels were large, soft, and plush. The frosted door to the water closet was a nice touch for the sake of privacy if you were sharing the space with someone. The shower was not huge but it was more than adequately spacious for me. There were 2 robes hung in the bathroom (though I didn't use them). The small table and chairs near the window were convenient and comfortable to work from. The view from my room was very nice, especially during clear days when you can see the water and the mountains in the distance. The room was always well maintained after the typical morning cleaning as well as during turn down service. I appreciated the staff placing slippers by the bed and how they always nicely arranged my toiletries in the bathroom, replaced used towels with fresh ones, and even placed things on the table in the bedroom (like my charger, earbud case, eyeglass case, and so on) neatly for when I returned. The bar area at the back of the restaurant was a nice little area and had a table large enough for our group of around 8-10 to comfortably sit at while enjoying a nightcap. My breakfast the day I checked out was also high quality and my server Nathan was pleasant, timely, and honest about prep time of some items I wanted to order but was constricted due to a time crunch. In general, every staff member I encountered was pleasant, eager to help, and always smiled and made eye contact when speaking with me. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and have no complaints. This property is one of the top 2-3 Four Seasons hotels I have stayed at over the past several years.
