I've been to plenty of Potbelly locations, and the food is consistently good. This location,…read morehowever, is one of the most poorly run I've visited. It is also in a weird location, and the inside is set up strangely as well, which makes the experience feel awkward from the start. I ordered a Chicken & Cheddar Skinny and a turkey sandwich. The food itself was exactly what you'd expect from Potbelly, so no complaints there. The problem is the operation. There were five employees working, yet almost no attention was given to the customers standing in line. Instead, everyone seemed focused on online orders while the in-store line barely moved. If you're going to ask customers to come into your restaurant, they shouldn't feel like second-class customers behind the app. This isn't a staffing issue. It's a management issue. With five people on the floor, there should be someone owning the front line and taking care of the people who made the effort to walk in. Instead, it felt disorganized, inefficient, and frustrating. The food saved this from being a one-star review, but the way this restaurant is being run needs serious attention. Management needs to rethink their priorities and create a better balance between digital orders and the customers standing right in front of them.

They also have a nice section of chips and cookies. Our order taker and sandwich maker Sara did an awesome job waiting on us and helping with sections seeing it was our first visit. The dining room is much better than most sandwich shops in that there is plenty of room along with their atmosphere. Love the potbelly stove in the store.

We were told that this bakery basically does the baking for a chain family group. So, knowing that we wanted to check this place out. They have different types of baked goods and loaves that you can purchase along with sandwiches and your usually coffees. This is connected to a restaurant right next door, and so it's a quick in and out if you're in a rush. Or if you want to sit around and have your baked good and then leave, there's seating as well. The Avocado Toast with egg was good, but nothing particularly special. I enjoyed the English Sourdough bread and bought a loaf of it. We devoured the hand-cut fries. The 4 bite-size Ozzie Rolls were fun to try. The Chocolate Espresso Chew Cookie was moist and fudgey, sweet ending to our meal! Plain Croissant was standard. The Pink Drink with housemade syrup, coconut milk and strawberries was refreshing and tasty. It was my pick from the Strawberry Lemonade and Dragon fruit Lemonade. The Lemonades were a bit too sweet. I ordered the food to dine in and it was packaged to go. I wish the food could be prepared for dining in. It's a pet peeve of mine to see all of the grease oozing out of fries in a brown bag. There were also Styrofoam plates and plastic straws, wish there were more environmental-friendly products. Might be back for brunch if there's a dine-in option.

Truthfully, we didn't know it was a Greek grill spot until we were craving Gyros. Gyro was awesome (ask for extra tzatziki or add it to the gyro) We didn't get anything else this time. The store is clean and has a couple dine in tables. But the real move is to call your order in for pick it up! Probably our move for future Vienna festivals, parties etc. Staff was great...super friendly. Price was reasonable...cheaper than Chinese and healthier. Happy to find a new local spot.

It was our first time ordering pork-meat gyros and they were really good. We ordered a side of Greek roasted potatoes, as well as French fries. Those potatoes were excellent. They were full of tasty flavor. Lastly, we ordered a chicken gyro platter. It was good too. The pork meat gyro was delicious too. Where Plaka Grill fell down for me was on the side dishes. The salad was wilted and plated in the same container as the meat and rice. The steam from the other hot dishes could have caused the wilting. I was not a fan of the rice either. The other people in our party were fine with the rice, so maybe it was just me. I have heard about Plaka Grill as a family dining destination. I think looking at the reviews and sharing my experience, they need to revamp a few items. We still enjoyed our meal and the portions were generous. I am so sorry that I forgot to take pictures.

The texture of the noodle itself is really soft and a little sticky. That's how I like my noodles. I have not come across this noodle type at other pho. The quality of the beef brisket was so tender and fresh. The soup base is so good you could probably finish drinking all of it. You order at one of the three touchscreen kiosks or with a staff. The waiters are friendly and work fast. Note, you have to clean up on your own. The tables aren't the best tbh but I like the lighting. It's not fancy but it was working for me. The food taste great but you're definitely paying Tyson prices at $20 pho. The smallest, tinest drinks are $5 At night, the parking outside has plenty of spots. I imagine they'd be full during the day. No sweat though. There's a parking garage to the left of the restaurant. Oh and I built my own pho with beef brisket because I didn't like all the ingredients that are in the signature ones.

We arrived in the late morning/early afternoon and there were still a decent amount of people inside, as well as coming and going. They have seating indoor which is limited, and they have several tables outside. FOOD: ~Ice americano (3.5/5): solid. On the lighter side for our preference. ~Pastrami Sun City (4.5/5): This sandwich was really good! Complex and non-muddy flavors. ~Jetski (3/5): Personal preference. It had good flavors, but it felt a little one-note for us in terms of texture. ~Pretzel bagel (2.5/5) with garlic and herb cream cheese (4/5): The pretzel bagel was a little too soft/not toasted enough for me. The flavor was okay. The cream cheese was PACKED with flavor though. Overall, will definitely hit this spot up again.
