If I could give a 3.5, I would because overall the ambiance, staff, food in the restaurant, yard, rooftop were great. I'm docking 1.5 literally how a staff member in the cigar room was. So let me break it down by area - Started at the restaurant, was packed but our waitress was attentive and gave good recs. Also was very communicative when busy and came back to walk us through how the property is laid out and where to explore. Brussels were great & so was the Mac n' cheese. Our drinks were tasty and strong. Would definitely come back for this. Upstairs there is overflow seating and a balcony, stairs also to lead you to a higher area in the silos. Beautiful view & the bartender was friendly & chatted up a bit. Also knew boundaries and when to give space when we move outside. Drinks were consistently good out here as well. Would definitely come back just for the outdoor vibes and drinks. Also manyyyyyy TVs on the property to watch any sports we wanted. Finally, wanted to end the night in the cigar room. Good selection of cigars & ambiance was good on entry. Here's where things went downhill. One bartender (male) was hustling. Literally running through the whole cigar room, super kind, and trying to help / take care of guests where he could. The other bartender (female) focused on one male the entire time, despite him having someone with him: he was a pretty chatty Cathy too so idk if she didn't know how to pull away or what. But literally stood there for 30+ minutes trying to get her attention and it was very evident that she was feigning like she couldn't hear us. I initially asked for water while I looked at the menu and it never came. The only guests thereafter served by her were the older white males. Finally my husband loudly said "excuse me" and she barely acknowledged us. Thankfully the male bartender came and asked us how we wanted our cigars and she finally put in our drink order AFTER he asked us how we wanted our cigars cut. No sense of urgency or care. And she only catered to a specific crowd / person. Anyway, I feel for the male bartender in the cigar room - shout out to him for hustling. Wish we had him from the beginning & this spot has a lot of potential to grow. I would move that girl from the cigar room because that's a heavy hitter area and if she's schmoozing only one customer at a time - the other bartender & the venue may be losing out on more. I know most people would think haters only post but this is my first very critical review of a person or aspect of a restaurant. I genuinely hope to see this place grow based on most of the aspects but I hope that bartender changes the attitude or placement here - left a bitter taste to the end of our night. read more

My steak was cooked perfectly! Service was attentive and friendly. Management stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. I love the ambience and the rest of the menu looked fabulous. First trip last weekend. Sat outside in what I would call "the yard". Food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing. Very reasonably priced drinks with best bourbon selection around. Awesome venue with many unique gathering spots throughout the venue. Will definitely go back! read more

The place is very cute and clean! The hostess was very sweet and friendly and the atmosphere is unique. The place has great potential and just needs some pointers. There was only a signature drink menu and we could only get a wine menu (upon request)- no bourbon or beer menu could be found by our waitress even though the place was not busy. Do not come here unless you have a reservation. As a local I was excited to try a new place with so much potential. We arrived and at the host stand they told us they could not seat us for over 2 hours unless we had a reservation. This would make sense EXCEPT there were around 20 empty tables and only about 5 parties currently eating. They turned away all parties in line except those with a reservation. They kept claiming they needed to keep the kitchen from backing up. Unfortunately they do not seem to be interested in serving people at their restaurant. When going online reservations were not available for the casual dining area. We were looking to be sat in the outdoor casual area not the "fancy" restaurant. They claimed it is because they are new, but they have been open for nearly 2 months at this point. read more

My husband and I have been here several times. The food is well worth the money spent! The ambiance is amazing. We got a private tour the first time and we absolutely love how they turned the silos into a cigar lounge. Very trendy. Need more places like this in Celina! We want to bring all our friends here!! Super disappointed with our recent experience. Food was average. Service could have been better. And the wait for our table and then the food was ridiculous! Not to mention the vibe has really changed, seems there has been a lot of staff turnover. This place seemed very promising with the potential for live bands, as well as the plan to showcase college and pro football on the big screen and in the cabanas. But it has not lived up to the hype. We went several times in the early months and thought this place was going to be great. Seems the GM is no longer there and he was awesome...big guy, I think his name was Eric. We loved him and his vision for the place was incredible. Just has become another failed attempt at what could have been an incredible venue!!! read more

I have gone to the silos twice with my family and both time we were told that they had a private event going on and or a waitlist both times I noticed the same thing there is about 4-5 girls standing up front as hostess and one man and when you ask to be seated all the girls look at the man for him to deny you because you have a child with you and keep in mind there was about 20 open seats I could count. Horrible service if you have kids don't even bother trying to go here they are trying to keep it like a 5 star restaurant in manhattan when they are in celina tx. We met friends for supper on a Saturday night. It's a nice looking place with potential. But the service was very slow. Our server took drink orders that took 25 minutes to arrive, and it wasn't all that crowded. She eventually took our food order and promptly disappeared. We didn't see her for another 40 minutes. She reappeared and told us our food order had never been turned in to the kitchen. Somewhere in there, a manager appeared and apologized. In all fairness, he tried to make it right as best he could. The food showed up a little later, and it was OK-nothing spectacular about what we ordered. My husband's fries were cold. I had the Cobb salad, and it was pretty good. I'd asked our server earlier if we could do something to recognize one of the couples in our party's wedding anniversary, like a dessert or something (I was happy to pay for it!). She said it would be absolutely no problem, and promised to do so. She never did anything. She forgot that, and really appeared to forget our table existed. It's too bad. Also-the ladies room was in dire need of TP. None to be found in my stall. Very nice manager, and nice surroundings. But they definitely need better help. read more

From the moment we walked in, the host Bailey set the tone for a great evening. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Even though the restaurant was busy, they were calm, organized, and incredibly accommodating--checking on our reservation and getting us seated quickly. Our party of 2 arrived at 6 on a Wednesday to an almost empty outdoor seating area to be told very rudely that we could not be seated due to large parties coming in later but they seated the 2 people in front of us. If you can't seat 2 people that early then close the place for a private party. No apologies or hope you come back another time. They did not care. Not how a new business should be run. read more
