The rim was badly bent and I was just hoping to get it "true enough" to hold the tire and tube. Isaac was a magician! He worked on it for about 20 minutes using all his skills and expertise and got it fixed up as requested. It wasn't pretty, but it was worked. And, they gave me a great price, too! These guys know their stuff and are "nice" too! I would absolutely trust them with my real 29er MTB!

I was Very Impressed with his knowledge and this will be where I buy my next eBike. He even took my contact info to call me when a model I am interested in will be in stock for me to test ride. AND he called me with an update! For my background, I am pretty technical, even tuning my own bikes and have all the necessary tools, so I get to know the capabilities, strengths and weakness of each type of bike. I have had 4 eBikes over the last 2 years and recently sold my bike to upgrade as I am now more experienced with eBikes and want more than my last bike could offer. I have had Cadence sensing, Torque sensing, 20" wheel folding, mountain eBike and commuter eBike, and have learned about each one. Ismael was able to help me with deciding on my next eBike and now just have to wait for them to be in stock as it is a new model!!

My son's electric bike had a flat and it was already past 5pm, so the place we normally go to was…read moreclosed -- he really wanted to get his tire fixed since it is summer and this is his main transport. We arrived at Rides N Motion off Northern around 530pm. They were quick to let us know they could help us and my son unloaded the bike from my car to bring it inside. They checked it out and while they were, I scoped a light and really wanted to get that for the bike -- it was not cheap ($60) but they didn't have many options and I wanted them to install - luckily they didn't charge me for the install just for the light and then for fixing the tire. Also they up-sold me on some tire protectant -- hopefully it will be worth it! After getting all checked in they said the bike would likely take 48 hours -- wow, didn't expect that (the other place we go gets it done same day)! Sure enough on Friday evening about 48 hours after dropping off the bike, I got a text to pick it up. Pick up was easy as I had already paid, but the parking lot is small and there was something going on at another one of the businesses so it was particularly busy. Overall it was a good experience -- since they are open later we will likely be back -- plus my son was scoping an upgrade in the shop.
