Do not buy a car at Sign it drive it. I thought I was buying from a respectable place. But the truth is that they don't know what they are selling you. I've only had the Nissan Murano that I bought for two year and it's been a piece of junk. It required $9000 worth of repairs, and it broke down the first week I had it. I wanted to return it and of course they refused, instead they took a month to supposedly repair it. Be warned, shop at a dealership and with certified pre-owned cars. Family of four with small children. Our children have activities they attend every week. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Traverse from this dealership on 3/18/2021. The next day the car starts shaking. We finally get it in for them to look at a little over a week later and the entire transmission needs to be replaced and the steering is messed up and needs to be fixed. I'm being told even though I haven't even had the car 30 days I still have to pay 250 in deductible for what was obviously a pre existing condition on the vehicle. And to top it all off Ive already paid over $600 for rental car because they WILL NOT provide you a loaner while they fix your car. So WHEN the car breaks down they sell you.. either you spend hundreds on a rental car or just be stuck without transportation until they fix your car. Then in a few weeks have to make my first car note payment on a car I have only been in posession of for 2 weeks. I should not have to pay anything to fix this car and they should have given me a loaner. They won't make this right are attempt to fix this problem. Process was simple but the lack of knowledge and accuracy in filing paperwork along with lack of professionalism on a couple different ends is why I would not recommend. Upon test driving the vehicle I purchased I noticed a rubbing noise in the front right of the vehicle. I mentioned it as we were driving the guy pretends as though he doesn't hear it but states that the service department will fix it immediately the next day. I arrive the very next day for car detail and to have the issue with the rubbing noise fixed. Detailing HERE is not detailing at all. The car was washed and barely vacuumed. I spent over an hour cleaning what seemed to be animal hair and gunk from cracks and crevices n my car. Upon arriving the the service center, and informing of why I'm there, the woman states "I'm not sure why they sent you over here because you have to have an appointment and you don't and I don't have any space for your car today". Shortly after telling her which car she then stated "oh that car shouldn't have even been sold. It's in the system not to be sold because the strut is completely bad and is on back order and has been on back order for over a month" so not only was I sold a car with that should not have been sold I waited another month for the strut. There are small songs and scratches which aren't a huge deal ... I am mentioning them now because when I asked if the car had been n any wrecks or fender benders I was lied to. The part of the bumper in the back is missing and the bumper is slightly sticking out. Which could not or would not be the case if the car hadn't been rear ended of something backed into and the car been fixed. The hood is lifted slightly on one corner as if someone hit it or hit something and it was fixed. Again, neither of these a huge deal it is just being mentioned because they were dishonest about it. Another issue with the car that I immediately noticed was the brakes. That was mention as well. I was informed not to worry my service contract covered my brakes. So with that in mind I figured I would get my brakes taken care of when I went to have the strut replaced. I was informed there that my brakes were not covered. So now there an out of pocket expense from break on a car that I JUST purchased. To add to the CRAP.... I advised them that the car needed to be in MY name and the person with me was CO-signer. That is NOT the case. My notes have been sent to the other person as they have THEM listed as the buyer vs MYSELF. I called to get this issue resolved. If asked them to double triple and quadruple check that the car was n my name and not the other persons. Before leaving I was assured that it WAS. Which is an obvious LIE. Upon calling to resolve to have contract done the proper way the finance manager was very combative. I had to call back and speak to a finance advisor that was NOT my own. For the same result. Nothing fixed. Save yourself a headache. When I purchased this car I had been weeks without one and was in desperate need or a car. Had I known all the hassle and issue that would come with I could have sacrifices another couple days. read more

If I could give this company a worse review I would! Buyers look out!! They tell you make an appointment, but if someone show up before you you're out of luck. We drove over a hundred miles to have the dealers call us and say they sold the car while we were on way with a deposit. We decided to since we drove an hour and a half we would look at a VW. The car had a bad gearbox and over 90k miles! They tried to pawn this car off on us when it was in really bad shape. When we called them on it suddenly they were aware of the damage. These guys are scam artists! They can't even pronounce Audi let alone drive a manual. Delwyn seemed nice at first, but he is a con man. We went looking for a specific body style, but he insisted on showing us something different. He took us to the service shop to talk to the mechanic who said he had just fixed everything in that car. We get back, and just sit and wait. He couldn't give us a straight answer or reasons for why we were waiting. He shows us some numbers and we left. Came back 2 days later only to be told, in the middle of signing the papers, that they overlooked the Carfax. Apparently it had been in an accident and can't be sold. When we asked about seeing another vehicle, he showed us the exact car we said no to before. He was very unprofessional and tried to avoid answering any of our questions. My experience was completely opposite of Daedra E's. I contacted the dealer via email - Jeff immediately responded and scheduled time to look at several vehicles. When I arrived at Sign It Drive It, he had the vehicles pulled inside so I could comfortably look at them out of the sun/heat. I test drove an Infiniti that I absolutely loved...I arranged for a pre-buy inspection and Sign It Drive it actually had someone drive me to the mechanic to pick up the car...they made it extremely easy to get an independent analysis of the vehicle - which was in fantastic condition. Purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze in December for my niece to drive to and from school. Purchased in December of 2018. Thermostat replaced in March, covered on tier one warranty no one would give me address to mail in receipt for reimbursement. Engine coil replaced in May, not covered on warranty. When purchasing a new tire was told by NTB and Discount Tire that the tires on the car at time of sale where the wrong size. Replaced those. Same problem existed after engine coil replaced. Repaired by my mobile mechanic. Who then informed me that the plugs on the heads had been replaced indicating the car had overheated before I purchased it. So it had the same existing problem before I bought it. Once the heads are replaced on any vehicle any warranty is void with the manufacturer. I.E., Chevrolet. My mechanic repaired three leaks in the cooling system but said there were bigger problems in the engine. Got car on highway and it overheated again. Drove it off the first exit and into a Nissan dealership and traded it in on a 2019 Sentra. Sign it drive it could not have possibly done any inspection on the vehicle before they sold it. Shame shame shame. Christian- Salesman - benign Terry- finance manager (always off when I tried to speak with him) never returned call, lied to me twice during financing. Manny- patiently listened to me and promised to tell terry to call me. Assumed he did? Brandon- Assistant manager, listened for about 5 minutes and just hung up on me. Called back and he was out of the office. And I would be remiss if I failed to give a shout out to the service dept. called, left a message, they didn't call back either. So thank you Sign It Drive it for getting me a NEW CAR!!!!!! And for restoring my belief in the fact that there are dishonest people at Sign It Drive It!!!! I have to give them one star because It won't let me give them zero. So run run run as fast as you can from that little old car company in Denton. Your wallet will thank you!!! 06/05/2021 - My son made an impulse decision and traded in nicer car for an older truck, with the understanding that he could return the vehicle on Monday if he did not like it. They took advantage of his inexperience - telling him untrue statements, which they later denied. Bright and early Monday morning, (they were closed Sunday, or I would have gone then)I arrived with my son, the dealership was unwilling to cancel the contract, though we had already verified with the bank that there was no approval. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. They have no honor, completely unethical. I am amending this post to share that we were fraudulently told by the sales manager that the loan was approved by the bank and could not be canceled. After speaking with the bank directly, we learned that the loan was not approved and would receive no additional processing We explained that the truck had been returned Monday morning. The bank told us that the loan has NOT been approved, We are still trying to get the trade-in back that the dealer is slow to return. read more

Bought a vehicle from these folks earlier today and I feel compelled to give them a stellar review. You know that feeling of dread you get when you deal with most dealerships and you just know you're not getting honesty from the sales staff and the managers are even worse? None of that at Sign It Drive It. All the employees are friendly, personable and accommodating. At no point did I feel mistreated, disrespected, lied to, or pressured in any way...something I certainly cannot say about other dealerships I've had dealings with recently (I'm looking at you, Mac Churchill Acura). We test drove two vehicles and both were exactly as advertised, and, according to the research I did, were priced lower than comparable vehicles in the DFW area. After some deliberation, we opted for the cheaper of the two vehicles, and nobody tried to talk us into the more expensive choice or tried to change our minds. We completed the paperwork and were outta there, fast and easy...it would have been much faster, in fact, but everyone there is so likable, we spent half our time in conversation about non-car related stuff...just a great group of folks and I'd have a beer with any and all of them. If you're within driving distance of Denton and looking for a pre-owned car, I definitely recommend this place. Extremely difficult to work with. Never experienced such rudeness from a car dealership before. I was very polite and adhered to their policys but it was almost like they didn't want me to buy a car from them. I worked on getting details about a car for over a week and that was like pulling teeth compared to other dealerships and when I was ready to finance, the said they would have to get back to me this weekend because there was an appointment on the car, same day and the car was sold. I had been in contact with the sales men every day and he knew where I was. I wouldn't have continued to work with them if they didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for. Almost relieved that is sold because they were so horrible! I'm having to buy a new car because I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. After being distraught over the accident, I could have used some kindness and this place did not deliver. I'm not so much disappointed that the car sold as I am in their lack of kindness and willingness to treat a fellow human with respect. Very arrogant. Worst car experience ever (I'm in my 40's). I visited this dealer the mid-August as we had been looking for a good used luxury car for my wife. After searching the entire DFW Metroplex area we found what we believed to be a great deal in at Sign-it-drive-it located in Denton Texas. It was an hour drive with the wife and three kids but the car looked great, the price seamed good and I figured since we were paying for the car outright it would be a quick and simple process. We arrived at 3:30 to see the car and go for a short test drive. The car needed detailing, missing the floor mats, had two new tires on the back and two dry rotted ones on the front. Car drove and sounded great - back to the shop around 4:00 to make purchase. I told them before I would commit I wanted them to confirm they had the floor mats and that they would replace the two-front dry rotted tires (they were six-year-old tires with lots of cracking) as I felt they were NOT safe. My sales rep was new to the company and quickly handed me off to his sales manager to complete the deal. I told him we needed someone to find the missing floor mats and have the two front tires replaced prior to get it ready for pickup. Sales manager told me and wrote it on his deal sheet that they would find the floor mats have them in the car prior to delivery. He said their price on this car was the best for this model in the entire state of Texas and they would not throw in two free tires as the ones on the car had passed inspection but would mount and balance two new tires if I purchased them. It's now 5:00 PM, kids and wife are getting hungry, I have an hour drive home and I say fine - I'll pay for this this brand of tire - you mount and balance prior to delivery and away we go except he keeps asking me if I would like to finance the car for 36 months, showing me what my payments would be etc. I did not ask for this and just wanted to sign a promissory note and get the hell out of there as it was a Saturday and I would have to come back with my cashier's check on Monday to collect the car. He tells me we are next in line with the finance department and that my wait should not be long. It's now 7:30 PM (they close at 7:00) when we finally get in front of the finance manager to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. Again, I'm hit with finance options after telling him I just wanted to sign the promissory note and be on my way - kids and wife were hungry and I needed get them fed. Complete the paperwork and hit the door at 8:00 PM and figure that's the end of it...was I wrong. Make the call to them at 8:30 AM Monday to confirm when they will have the tires on the car and the car detailed and ready for pickup. Junior sales rep. must call their offsite shop to see and get back to me. After a couple of calls and emails back and forth with no updates it's 2:00 PM, I have an hour drive so I say screw it, head that way thinking the car will be ready by 3:00 PM. Wrong again as it was not detailed, did not have the replacement tires that I paid for (seems they could not find that brand with their supplier and could not locate a comparable replacement) and worst of all NO FLOOR MATS... Not happy at all at this point - wait 15 minutes to speak to the sales manager who seems to know nothing about the floor mats even though it was him who wrote down that they would find the mats on the deal sheet in front my wife and me. Now furious, I give them the check (did not bother to stick around for an adjustment in the cost as I'm not even sure they charged me for the tires) and take the car as is - dirty, no floor mats, almost dead battery in remote and past due for an oil change according to the windshield sticker. I'm guessing if I would have agreed to the 36-month financing I would have been treated better? On a side note one of the dry rot tires blew out will I was driving it to the shop to be replaced...like the gift that keeps on giving. Bottom line - avoid these guys. read more

I really don't even know where to start. Just like with any potential car-buyer, these guys were very anxious to call, text, email incessantly and see what kind of deal they could put together for you. I get it....they are a car dealership....that is to be expected. But once a car (Honda Pilot with low mileage) and a price was settled on, they provided me with the paperwork to sign .....and low and behold, it was the price that we discussed but, now all of a sudden that "agreed upon price" included a trade-in that I gave them an opportunity to give me a price on but I had declined to trade-in. SO guess what??....a few different managers were spoken to and then decided to give me the vehicle for the initially agreed upon price, minus the trade-in they tried to dupe me on. So now, we are continuing to go over paperwork and one of the items was the fulfillment "promise to fix/repair" note that was put together on a few issues with the car that they would correct, prior to releasing the car over to me. It was a relatively minor thing that had to do with trim work along the top of the vehicle that was not seated well. It was documented that this would be repaired. So after the paperwork was worked out and I let them know that I would be getting a cashier's check to pay for the vehicle, we left the lot and headed home. Oh, and against my better judgment, they sold me on the level 2 warranty protection plan (I'll get to that later). I had told them it would take about 4 days to get the money moved to get a cashier's check. A couple of days later, they tell me that they need the $$ right away; therefore, I jumped through hoops to wire money to them (on Jan. 2, 2019). At this time the vehicle was paid for. I asked them if the trim was repaired and if not, when could I expect it to be so I could pick up the car? Now enters the service department....and the worst part of the whole experience! First of all, communication is an afterthought. Once I was able to speak with service department, they said that the car would not be ready for a while because they were still trying to locate a windshield that they supposedly already paid a vendor for. A windshield???? Why???? This is the first I'm hearing about this. As far as I can tell, someone screwed up and decided a windshield needed to be replaced rather than the trim work that was documented on the "promise to fix/repair" note. Fast forward to January 12, 2019....the windshield has been replaced and we can pick up the car. Guess what??....there was a new windshield but the trim work had not been touched!! The service dept. manager was giving me all kinds of attitude when I was questioning why the trim work was not repaired, and he said nobody told him. Ummmm.....really, because it's on the "promise to fix/repair" note that I have a copy of. Of course then....he starts barking that he can put some super glue on it to hold it down but it will damage the paint....almost like he was daring me to let him do it. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. We'd been without the car that we paid for 10 days earlier, so I decided there was no way we were letting them keep the vehicle. We would just have to deal with that on our own. BTW, I did ask the salesperson that sold me the car for help and assistance with the issue (since it seemed the sales folks and the service folks did not communicate well), and he stated that he would. He asked me to text photos of the damaged trim to him and he would see what he could do. I never heard from him again. OK, so fast forward to April 6, 2019. We've had the car for about 3 months, put about 4,000 miles on it (now at 38,000 miles). We're driving the car and the every light on the dashboard comes on. So, I put my scanner on it and it is coming back with multiple cylinder misfire DTC's. Take it to Sign it Drive Service Department on April 9 at 9am. They don't look at it until the end of the day. They state that they are trying to get in touch with the warranty company (of which I purchased the policy with through Sign it Drive it) to see if the problem/repair would by the warranty company. If there was any communication, it was because my wife and I were reaching out to Sign it Drive it not the other way around, as one would expect. We needed to know what to do, how to move forward, what contingent plans we needed to put in place, etc. After Sign it Drive it sitting on it for days, my wife and I reached out to the warranty company and spoke to two different people at two different times without waiting. Of course, within this same timeframe Sign it Drive it was saying they are still waiting on a response. So after all that, Nothing was going to be covered. Sign it Drive it provides me an estimate with zero discount, courtesy, goodwill program....nothing. Of course I said thanks.....but no thanks. BTW, they refused to provide business owners contact info. STAY AWAY! read more

Stay away. Not a bad initial experience, I was greeted promptly, shown the car in a timely manner, the test drive was fine, and they allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. After that, the price-gaming kicked in when you speak with management. The listing price IS NOT "the price" and does not include any repairs needed (in our case an additional $670 in "certifications") and fees ($320). Their $320 "Fees" include Title $33, License $10 or $50, Registration $2.50, Inspection ?, Emissions ? yes, but their $150 document fees, unknown storage fees, and others were not detailed or included in listing price until we asked multiple times. They call all of their fees "state-mandated" and are unwilling to work with you or build them into the listing price. After walking away, they called back two days later willing to remove the $670 certification but the car would be as is and no wiggle-room on the listing price if we did the repairs ourselves. The fees were what they were, arguing that everyone charges for them. Explaining that I'm willing to pay the state and dealer fees but requesting the listing price be lowered by that amount, we were unable to move forward. Just be aware. You're being drawn in by decent pricing online but the backend, unlisted fees, pending repairs, and their posturing will frustrate you. The two stars is for the effort and responsiveness of their salesman, Brandon (not the negotiating manager, Brandon). It's a shame he wasn't allowed the negotiate anything himself. ALL of these vehicles have problems and not just a scratch or dent, like LEGIT you will be paying $$$ probably days after driving it off the lot. DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this crew. You will absolutely regret buying a car here, they are super responsive, helpful and go out of their way in the beginning...WHY because they just want that sale and what you get is a busted vehicle that they will tell you as soon as you drive off the lot...See ya, good luck and even though its warrantied...they will find a reason to say "you broke it", "it was fine when you drove off" and that is not covered." Of course, Duct Tape and super glue will hold for a bit, eventually things will start to show and fail. Regardless of how desperate you are, do NOT buy a car from these frauds. I recently purchased corvette and within 3 days noticed small engine noise because test drive was at 35 miles an hour to their service who vouched for the cars. I drive 45 minutes to their shop and they stated maybe issue is under manufacturing warranty. I took to dealer and got the item fixed. Company would not reimburse a simple $300 bill 40k purchase. This place is horrible!!!! We drove out here twice. The first time we went to Denton to look at trucks at Sign iIt Drive It , we looked online and called before coming. There was one particular truck we were looking at for our 16 year old. The website had the truck as available and we were told on the phone it was available. We get out there and it was gone. We were told it was sold earlier. There was only one hour and 45 minutes between our call and us physically being there. We should have learned but gave them another shot when we found another truck on their website we were interested in. We drove out again. When we went to test drive the truck it had the check engine light on and the salesman had to jump it to get it running. Concerning but were told someone had probably left the light on. We drive it and my son loved it. They said would put in shop on Monday to check out. My husband spoke w on Monday and said having someone to come check out on Tuesday. Tuesday our mechanic checked and called us. My husband called them and said we would purchase. We were told we would have to wait because someone was there and they might want to purchase. I purchased a vehicle 9/1/18 , the AC went out 9/18/18, we called them and they told us they couldn't help us bc it wasn't a mechanical issue. Then on 10/2/18, over a month later, they call and tell me there's been an "oversight" on our financing paperwork. All I had to do was come in trade the vehicle that was compatible to the one I purchased and re-sign papers. When I got there they gave me two options, a dirty old Ford Flex that was completely run down & a Dodge Journey (which I had been advised not to purchase this type of vehicle) from family AND a guy that used to work there! So I turned down their "kind" offers because neither one were compatible with our original purchase. They said those were my only two options or I could turn in my keys and get my deposit back of course not including over $100 in work at GoodYear to fix the air, not $420 in Car Insurance coverage, just the TWO THOUSAND I put down not letting me know the previous conditions in the first place. Needless to say, the staff is completely disrespectful. Nathan Glass lied and told me he didn't know who was in charge of finalizing deals (finance guy) and then I replied " hmm how funny" & he replied yeah I know it's pretty funny. Which I got all of that on my voice memo record app (: so this company obviously thinks it's funny to see a mother take out her kids car seats and lose a vehicle with no other options. They treated me like it was my fault and with any advice here, I would just advise EVERYBODY TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!! DO NOT COME TO SIGN IT DRIVE IT TO GET A VEHICLE. I was interested in 2 cars on line. I called on a Tuesday afternoon to verify cars were available and scheduled an appt the next afternoon. I called that morning to verify the vehicles were still available. Christian told me the Honda Pilot had been sold the night before but the Nissan Pathfinder was still available. I went in for my appt, Christian was busy but handed me over over to Ken. I told him I was interested in the 2013 White Pathfinder for $13,980. My car was paid for and what my parameters were to purchase today. He went to look for the car and came back about 20 minutes later to tell me that it had sold the night before. I told him I had verified that morning the vehicle was still available and he then said there must have been a mistake. But he did have a black Pathfinder. It told him no, and found interesting that he didn't mention the price difference to me. When I said no, he asked "what, you don't want a black one" I told him I no, I didn't want to pay $6000 more! Then the guy at the desk said "How about a Highlander". I then got up and left. Felt it was bait & switch as the Pathfinder I came to look for was sitting in the parking lot. No sign of the Pilot I had been interested in yet the one I was ready to buy was still there! Bait & switch and not professional at all. I went to Sewell in FT Worth the next day and purchased a black one that I had also found online.
