I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

They did a beautiful job hemming the dress, and everything looked perfect. After I picked it up, I realized I had lost some weight and needed additional tailoring in the chest area. The owner understood how important the timing was with the wedding coming up and very kindly offered to expedite the alterations. Amazingly, they had it ready for me within just a few hours. There was an entire family sitting on the floor inside the store eating hamburgers and fries, with the smell of food throughout the sales area. One person was wrapped in a blanket. The atmosphere felt chaotic and completely unprofessional for a men's clothing store. I ended up putting my items back and leaving without making my purchase. I expect a much more professional shopping environment from Men's Wearhouse than what I experienced here.
