The store was laid out very well and upon walking in you wouldn't have any idea it was a second hand store. They do stock some shirts and clothing etc that's not used, but all the major gear is. They also have lots of nifty stickers for sale to jazz up your car or water bottles. I was really impressed with the selection and quality of the gear they had and it was all at a price point I can get behind! I didn't make any purchases that day because we're about to move and the last thing I want is more stuff to pack, but as we have a baby boy there's a few gear additions we need to get for successful family outings, and so I'll definitely be back to high tor soon for those! She made sure every pair of shoes we tried on would be a perfect fit and would stay that way once the shoe was broken in. We were buying Birkenstock's and when she learned it was my first pair ever she made sure I knew that I should only wear them a couple hours a day for a week. They also give you 20% off a second pair and a percentage of your sale back in the form of a gift certificate to use on your next purchase. This is a great incentive to make a future purchase but the real reason we will be back is because of the attention and truly personalized feel of the experience with our associate. Everyone was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. They didn't make us feel like we needed to make a decision and get out. I recommend everyone visit their store.
