The store was laid out very well and upon walking in you wouldn't have any idea it was a second hand store. They do stock some shirts and clothing etc that's not used, but all the major gear is. They also have lots of nifty stickers for sale to jazz up your car or water bottles. I was really impressed with the selection and quality of the gear they had and it was all at a price point I can get behind! I didn't make any purchases that day because we're about to move and the last thing I want is more stuff to pack, but as we have a baby boy there's a few gear additions we need to get for successful family outings, and so I'll definitely be back to high tor soon for those! After more research it became apparent that they have a lot of complaints and scam allegations that may very well be justified. To benefit those using a search engine to investigate this company I will also state that the websites that I am aware of that they use to conduct "business" is other-side-travel.myshopify.com and theothersidetravel.com From my experience I would advise people to steer clear. I am currently discussing the possibility of legal action against this company depending upon their efforts to resolve these issues.
