Once I selected my brand, he pulled out all the colors that I could select in that shoe. He took so much time with me. He was very patient. As I looked around, I noticed that the other sales people also seemed to take great care of their customers. I ended up buying a brand I had never tried and I love them. To benefit those using a search engine to investigate this company I will also state that the websites that I am aware of that they use to conduct "business" is other-side-travel.myshopify.com and theothersidetravel.com From my experience I would advise people to steer clear. I am currently discussing the possibility of legal action against this company depending upon their efforts to resolve these issues.

I visited this location during their last Tent Sale a month or so ago. The prices are good on some merchandise, but really over the top on others. You definitely want to know your product price points when shopping here. You can find some bargains at their tent sales if you're an extreme size (really, really big or really really tiny) but you're hard pressed to find bargains in the common sizes unless the item is defective or damaged. The customer service is OK. I found a bridle at the tent sale without a price. There was an empty bag with a price in the same bin. I asked the girl who was working the tent if the bridle belonged in that bag and she said, "I don't know" and walked away. I thought she was going to find someone to answer the question. When I ran into her a few minutes later, I asked if she had found out if the bridle went in that bag and was the price correct. "No, you'll have to go inside." It would have been nice if she'd said that the first time I asked.

I was only going in to browse this time, as I had no immediate need for anything (in fact we're just about to move, so I'm trying to purge, not gain anything else) but I was tempted by a few things still! On top of secondhand clothing, shoes, and jewelry they also have a selection of local goods/crafts for sale including soaps, other toiletries and jewelry.
