Employees continue to hurriedly walk by for 20 minutes, despite a half-empty restaurant, as I stare each of them down desperately but politely trying to garner some type of service or acknowledgement. We went here for brunch and it was packed. Despite that, we were seated quickly and everyone was super friendly. The girlfriend loved her banana walnut pancakes and my BLT was perfect. When a simple sandwich is made perfectly, it is no longer a simple sandwich, but instead a work of art. My BLT was just that. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and the bacon was the perfect level of chewy and crispy. It had a very hometown cafe feel which was nice and I think really separates it from the new fad fitting brunch place. This cafe has roots and you can tell it's not straying away from them. The menu was standard, but they execute their meals wonderfully. I do have one "complaint" that isn't exactly a complaint more of an observation. The Tabasco sauce at the table was a ruse. It was Frank's hot sauce in a tobasco bottle. They fooled me, but it still was good. read more

Enjoyed the breakfast. I had the Siena breakfast with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage and bacon and waffle. I don't recommend the bacon. Turkey sausage was very good. Great and friendly atmosphere. I heard the Rubeun was very good and the french fries looked fantastic. That is on my menu for next time. Met the owner who said that he could do a turkey Reuben as well. Not impressed with the breakfast food or ambience. It was mediocre across the board. I ordered the chicken and cheese omelet, it was pretty bland. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fried chicken and his feedback was the same, it was good but not great. The bright side is that they have a small patio that is pet friendly. If you want a breakfast that is actually seasoned, I highly recommend this place! Great turkey sausage, hash browns, biscuits, and coffee! Oh and they know how to cook grits! Not the watery, instant, lumpy mess! My son loves their french toast and the burgers. I have recommended others and they had nothing but kuddos for the delicious food! Introduced my neighbor to Siena today...the hardest part was deciding between breakfast and lunch! We both ended up ordering lunch: I had the pastrami and swiss on marble rye, and she had the tuna melt. This was probably the second best pastrami I've ever had (the best being in a kosher deli in NYC)...very thinly sliced, nicely served and tender. My friend said hertuna melt was very good as well. Not sure how this place got so many good reviews. The waffle special is served with 2 crispy bacon, 2 eggs, and 2 sausage links. The food was not bad - only sub par - a child could prepare the same quality meal at home. The table top was sticky which made me wonder how sanitary the restaurant was, although it appeared visibly clean. The waitress was not rude but definitely not friendly - I honestly don't think she ever smiled. After she dropped our bill off, we waited 10 minutes for her to come back and get our payment. The breakfast specials were only $9.95, but a coffee and a flat Diet Coke (which was never offered a refill btw) was $2.50. Our total for two people was $27 & change. I agree with the other review, IHOP or Denny's would have been far better. read more

Came for a late breakfast on Good Friday. This cute little cafe was quiet that day, but it quickly filled up as we ate. The location is easy, in the OReilly shopping mall and parking is plentiful right in front. The decor is simple but warm. Our waitress was quick and efficient, but not super friendly. The menu has the classics at reasonable prices. I had the 2 eggs with turkey bacon and my group shared a stack of pancakes. We also had coffee. Everything I ordered, I thoroughly enjoyed. The pancakes were dense and fluffy, the eggs were rich and most importantly, my coffee was strong! In the end our waitress offered to split the bill, which I always appreciate. We were in and out pretty quickly, just a few lbs heavier. Great spot! read more

I've been to this place a few times and I really want to give them a better review but they've been very inconsistent. Sometimes the food takes too long, sometimes it doesn't. That is my biggest complaint. They food is average for a breakfast/lunch joint. Ate here for lunch, a couple of sandwiches with soup and salad. It was good. Tomato basil soup was good and the house salad was pretty much what you would expect. A little light on the tomato and cucumber. The Reuben was good and hot while the tuna melt was good--a little too much butter on the toasted bread. Service was quick and attentive so went from 3.5 stars to 4. Worth a try if your looking for a sandwich. read more

If I could give -1 rating, I would. I ordered the corned beef and eggs. The description said corned beef hash. They should have called it potato hash. It was all hash brown potatoes with just a bit of corned beef. Both the corned beef and eggs were very greasy. There was a pool of grease under the food. The grits were tasteless and so thick I could spackle sheetrock with it. Service was slow.
