Go somewhere else! Their customer service is awful. Their employees do not receive good training and it is very obvious. Half of their employees do not know the menu well and have to consult with other employees every time. They do not deliver proper items as ordered--I ordered the oatmeal and was handed only the cup of oatmeal and a fork (ummm? Ok?)--no toppings, (no spoon). When I asked for toppings I was rudely told the oatmeal does not come with toppings. I countered that it does come with toppings as pictured on their menu and as I have previously ordered and received it at many Starbucks stores. The employee rudely walked away and came back with a single bag of dried fruit and no other toppings to offer. I was so disappointed and surprised by this poor customer service that I just drove away--I won't be coming back to this location. AT ALL. (P. S. I visited this Starbucks today and had a really disappointing experience. I asked to purchase a cup of ice and made it clear multiple times that I was willing to pay for the cup. The staff refused repeatedly, without explanation, even though this is a simple and reasonable request. I've been dealing with a severe sore throat, and ice is one of the only things that brings relief. Instead of helping, I was forced to buy an entire drink just to receive the ice I originally asked for. Customer service felt dismissive and unnecessarily rigid. I hope the store's management will address this and ensure the staff is properly informed about basic service standards. Use to be one of my favorite spots but they have a new manager and she's is way to lenient. The girl with that red streaks in her hair does more talking then working and she got my drink wrong today and then lied about it. The drink tasted like warm milk with no caramel. I asked for a Caramel Macchiato with blonde espresso, extra hot, extra caramel but what I got was warm foam milk with no caramel. Girl had an attitude when I asked about the drink and by the way this was at 6am on a Saturday and no one was there but me and maybe one person at the drive through so it's not like she was busy. Also the bathrooms are crawling with gnats and the front store floors where littered with paper wrappings the music was so loud I couldn't even hear the girl taking my order and she couldn't hear me. i always have a great experience visiting this starbucks before i head in for work due to the friendly customer service. However, there is particularly always one employee working the drive-thru who shows that she isnt happy shes on the clock everytime i have the "pleasure" of being serviced by her. not sure of what her name is but she looks like the actress, Heather Matarazzo. She rolls her eyes, has me repeating my order multiple times due to her not listening, and she throws the food at me. maybe she doesnt specifically enjoy me coming there for whatever reason but she makes me not even want to come back to this location honestly. Omg this location is actually a legit vibe. I love almost everything about here except for the fact that I can't afford to come here every day. First of all the baristas are so sweet and lil cuties and attending I love the diverse attitudes of everyone. And the fact I wish I could be their friends especially lavender hair . I think she did it to match the new lavender matcha drink if you ask me . Idk why everyone hasnt given 5 stars. The Dyson hand dryers are like a cherry Shirley temple. They are the coolest science as well if you you look up you can tell the architect and the owner knew that we need to see the ventilation system and all the fun construction builder things. Will continue to love Starbucks forever !!! I go to this Starbucks every weekday morning. It doesn't open until 530am, I usually get there 5-8 minutes before they open & just read my book until they open. There has been 2 times this month that didn't open at 530. Once the mgr had a flat & was running late (understandable). Then Friday I waited in the line with 4 cars behind me & 3 people waiting at the door (to be unlocked). No order was taken, I waited till 535, nothing. I drove up to window & knocked nothing. I called to make sure they were ok nothing, after 10 minutes I left to go to the Starbucks on Marsh ln. I would give them 5 stars if not for this. When they do open on time Alex usually knows me & asks if I want the usual. Yes please, do you have your cup? Yes ma'am, ok drive on up. I am done in 2-3 minutes. They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it & it's so hot & delicious. No one wants to be around me without my coffee especially that early in the morning. By the time I got there, my drink wasn't ready but it didn't take long not to mention it gave my the opportunity to look around and see what they had to offer. I love looking at the clearance racks whenever I am in a Starbucks. Not much on the clearance and this location itself is a little small. I am not an avid Starbucks customer, but when I visited Kroger the sign for the Dragon Pink Drink caught my attention. It was smooth and extremely tasty. I decided to go to this location today to feed my craving for the same drink, big mistake! They gave me a refresher, when I realized it was the wrong drink I told them I would keep it, pay for it, and still order the dragon pink drink. What did I get? The same Dragon refresher drink, with lemonade and a dab of milk. Which honestly is disgusting! The sad part is I paid for the drink in full because I figured I made the honest mistake of ordering a refresher. But, this place has no idea what drink I'm asking for and the fact that they gave me a refreshing lemonade drink and added milk to it is gross. The milk looks just like spoiled milk looks like on an expired day. I paid for it, will throw it away and learn to just return to the same location I had a great experience with. Hanging out after a long day and kick butt zumba class. I decided to use my stars before they expired for a much needed coffee and water. I was greeted by a barista right away and then another greeted me and took my order. She wasn't the warmest of baristas, but she did take my order quickly and added ice to my coffee, so I did not have to get a hot coffee, which was one of the things I had to order to use my stars--smile. First of all, the wait was over 20 minutes even though there were plenty of people seen working. The tall pineapple matcha drink tasted like a bunch of matcha powder mixed with water. The pumpkin nitro cold brew tasted like water and powder (an indescribable taste). All the drinks were watered down because of the melted ice. I was hanging out near this Starbucks for 3 days judging a speech and debate tournament. It was early in the morning to late in the evening. Of course in the mornings, I had to have my Caramel Marchiano and Sous vide egg bites. That's the best way to start the day off with. I never did go into the location but used the drive-through for 3 days. Honestly, the quick service, smiles and peppy voices made me feel right at home and gave me the opportunity to smile back. This is a pretty decent Starbucks located right off of 635 with not as easy access off of the feeder since you have to go around and around through a maze of streets to get to it but once you get there you'll find out that this is kind of one of the newer Starbucks and not on its last leg like some others. The WiFi is strong here since I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot with four bars of strength instead of to like some other places while enjoying my Frappuccino. While this location often does deliver normal Starbucks quality drinks, I have only ever had bad experiences at this particular store. Customer service is fine, they remember our drinks and hand to us with a smile. Coffee tastes fine when it's made correctly. However this is the only location that consistently delivers dead shots. OFTEN. You can smell it and out of the 5 days a week that I get coffee, 3 of those days my shots will be dead. Another issue, plastic shards in the drinks....? This is the third time I've experienced that. I don't get it. While I have never swallowed them, I have thought each time that I simply had a piece of ice in my mouth and attempted to CHEW it. My first time at this location was a disappointment BUT i figured, just one bad day-- tried it 3 other times and AGAIN DISAPPOINTING! Every drink ordered with ""no ice" somehow turns out with extra ice. I always order the trenta in all my teas and refreshers and venti's in my frozen drinks. Nothing is ever filled to the right size as ordered. Every tea i get is watered down with unrequested ice and my baked good always taste OLD! I got the green tea frappe that i ordered with no whip one time and they added whip but it gets better-- in order to conceal the whip they mixed it in with a spoon so i ended up with a matcha whip swirl. it's unfortunate that this is the closest location to my job! they're horrible with service and never fail to make sure that your order is just as horrible. I made a mobile order on my phone for a mango Tevana with limes literally 10 minutes or more prior to going to the store. I also decode to order a cookie right before entrenched the parking lot. I go into the store and the cookie is ready but no drink. My drink was sitting there for another 5 or so minutes awaiting someone to refill the limes container.
