Bad service and they made every single drink order wrong. I don't mean by the amount of pumps or the amount of ice or the taste .... I mean ... ICED came out HOT ... CARAMEL FRAPP came out COFFEE FRAPP ... MILK when we asked for SOY ... PASSION TEA when we asked for PASSION TEA LEMONADE ... and maybe 5 other drinks that I can't even remember off the top of my head. Then on top of that the workers are unfriendly .... I'd give this place 4 stars if the traffic wasn't so horrible. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is there's just a perfect storm of too small parking lots and two very popular businesses right next to each other. There's barely room to move through a drive-thru, and if you do park you have to wait for a good samaritan to think of someone else for 5 seconds and allow you to backout without attempting to rear-end you. That being said, the service inside was great, great barristas, great food, and since most people were doing drive-thru there were seats available inside. It's not a large location though so don't automatically count on open seats! read more

Despite having a drive-thru and tight parking, this Starbucks is decent-sized and well-staffed. When my 10-year old daughter and I went this past Thursday, we were greeted and attended to quickly. We ordered two teas and a blueberry muffin and we were very satisfied. We would definitely return to this location if Out near the DFW Airport again. read more

Worst service and chia ever. Took 8 minutes after the chia was ready for the cold drink to be made. The chia was horrible. The staff was rude and when I spoke to the shift supervisor I was told they are understaffed. My drink is not even drinkable. read more

Just right off Freeway 635 in Irving and located in a busy gas station strip area sets this small Starbucks up for a logistical challenge. Parking is limited. The drive through is very slowwwwww. Very. Why not place your strongest, most efficient associate in this area? On my last visit, I only ordered a to go yogurt. It's pretty simple and straightforward. There was no greeting, hello, good morning. Nothing. After 5 minutes of just sitting at staring at the employee run around looking for my yogurt, I almost left. I can churn my own faster, with less sugar and no preservatives. Thank you very much. For a company that prides itself on job training, this location seems to have a systematic problem on this issue. Which is sad. Basic common sense, which I know no longer percolates in everyone's mind, just would say, basic rules of business. Acknowledge your paying, supportive guests. A little, simple warm hearted sincere hello is always nice. It's a start. Tell me you cannot locate my item, apologize, and ask for help in locating it. Easy right. But none of that happened. And there was no sorry that took a few extra minutes conversation either. Ok. Maybe next time I happen to be in the neighbor and want anything from this store. They can just throw the food out the drive through window while swipping my Starbucks card. Wow. Having customer service expectations is a painful let down. The less we expect, the less we get in return. It's a pathetic downward spiral. My newest concerns: are there gluten free food items? I think there are only 2 healthy options, an organic Avocado spread and a cheese snacker. That's it. The one gluten free breakfast sammie they offer still upset my stomach. Something tells me it's not wheat free. Or it has horrible high glycemic index rice flour that would spike your insulin faster than the wheat. Which only exacerbates the entire reason for eating healthy. No wheat. No gluten. No preservatives. No junk fillers. And all while being an insulin smart food option. And speaking of food ingredients. My other new concern: sugar content. My first try of their lemon curd yogurt was carb heavy. A quick read on the nutritional label will shock you. Hang onto your Spanx. It has 38 grams of sugar, not total carbs, just sugar; A snickers candy bar is 27 grams. It's tasted overly sticky and more like a lemon meringue pie, than a healthy snack option. Disgusting and disturbing at the same time. Who approves this junk?? The berry granola yogurt, has 29 grams of sugar. Again, sugary, too sweet. And not healthy. If I wanted a candy bar, I would of bought that. No. I am trying to get a quick, convenient, and healthy food if that is okay?? Starbucks is really missing the que. And does every drink they develop require 70 grams of sugar or more?? That's negligence. One 16 oz drink that has enough sugar of 3 candy bars. Goodness only knows the fat content. All this while our country struggles with obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, adhd, and other serious health problems. I say kudos for creative products. Just lay off the sugar and preservatives will yeah. Your profits might actually increase if you offer real, healthy, nutrionally dense food at a fair market price. I waited 5 minutes just to place my order because everyone was just standing around looking at paperwork. No one likes their job here. Love Starbucks customer service 99% of the time. Today, however, the barista was not in a good mood and took it out on customers. I had to repeat my order several times and his short temper could have ruined someone's day and I hope it wasn't the customer after me; who he was very snappy with as well. Don't even waste your time. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line just to get to the parking lot. Because that's literally the only way you can get to parking spots. Get to the door and it's locked. The guy behind the counter just stared at me and another girl trying to get in. I called and apparently they are having issues with their computers. So instead of putting up a sign or letting people know at the door they just stare at you until you leave. read more

I ordered an Iced Chai Latte (or "Iced Chai Tea Latte" if you are like me), and before receiving it I realized I wanted one with coconut milk instead. The young lady was nice enough to let me keep both the one she already made and the one I asked for afterwards. The problem with the rating is that both were mostly milk instead of chai. Parking at this Starbucks is horrendous!!!! it's not that it's hard to find parking, it's just that you cant get out once you park. Drive thru is long too and the line blocks you in if you park. The amount of traffic this starbucks get is like double anywhere else in the area. Its best if you go during NONE peak hours so you can get out. Average time at this starbucks is also longer. If you go here in the morning, be prepared to either wait 10-15 minutes in the drive-through OR park at one of the other fast food restaurants nearby and walk over here. When the sun goes down...THEY BLAST THE AC! This place has the dumbest heating/cooling system I have ever encountered. I study here for hours and within the first hour I have to put on a jacket. A north face jacket. This place is freaking freezing. Maybe its a ploy for people to buy more coffee or not stick around for too long, but regardless... its dumb.
