I come here often, although I will never call it a venti because it isn't, it is a medium. I love Starbucks in general. Even if I am a tight budgeter, spending under $5 for lunch, I will gladly shell out the same $5 for your bevande;) I signed into Yelp to speak on the Uni-bathroom concept. I am aware how it started and good for you, HOWEVER, I don't know one woman that desires to go in the men's room, for many reasons. All of which I experience 3 times a week at this location. Men leave the seat up so I have to touch it to put it down.... tolerable for the cause. Statically men do not wash their hands as much as women, maybe that is why your restrooms have NO soap OR towels in them RIGHT now. Being a facilities manager I am also aware that men make bigger messes in, on and around the potty, which I have to avoid, clean off or look at EVERY time I visit. And it may not be fair to blame the men for all the trash on the floor but it adds to the overall nastiness of the restroom. Address this and you are just perfect! read more

Took quite a bit of time to get a latte. It seems the drive through Christmas as really taking time away from the in store customers. Food and coffee was good, however this low rating is due to the extremely cold temps in the location. I also just heard a neighboring table ask them to adjust the temperature and they said that they could not. Very disappointing. read more

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks ever. They consistently eff up my order, they're consistently rude, and it's consistently packed. You could come here 5 minutes before closing and the place is jam packed. They literally get my order wrong every. Single. Time. Always. The Starbucks inside Targets makes drinks better. The parking lot is a disaster. The drive thru intersects with the parking spaces so it's a nightmare to get in and out. I always end up parking next door at the gas station and walking over. Will avoid this location al all costs. Also, my clothes always smell weird after being inside this place. Not sure why but it's a very strong, unpleasant scent. read more

I just started going to the Starbucks on my way to work as I just found out how close it was, well I've decided that i won't be going here anymore .. why? Because I get the same exactly thing as I do from the Starbucks by my house in flower mound and they make it perfect but this one can never seem to get it right. So I recently went to this location for the first time (drive thru) and let me tell you... the lady at the drive thru was super friendly. My pup just had, had a bad experience and she gave him a 'Pup Cup'. It was his first time having one and he was in love although the he was growling while eating it. Full disclosure, I visit Starbucks everyday and have been to many many stores. Until today I have never left without even offering a drink. Stood at the counter for five minutes and received no service. A total of five employees and I was the only person in line! Two employees were dealing with the drive through and the other three saw me and did not even acknowledge my presence. Sadly I am starting to see huge cracks in Starbucks service. Especially in DFW. Don't even think about coming through here in the morning. It is packed and you could wait 20 or more minutes. The drive-thru was poorly designed and there is not a lot of parking. I have gotten stuck at the window because the line wrapped around the building blocking the exit and other drivers would try to go against traffic. So I generally don't write reviews based on staff at standalone drive thrus. However my most recent trip to this Starbucks was exemplary. The wait was quite long but due to being in a mini business park the line tends to be longer than in the city. When I arrived at the order menu the girl on the other end was not only friendly but quick and informative. Her use of colorful vernacular made my day a little better and let me know it was Friday and I was allowed to have a little fun. After fileing in to the pick up window instead of the usual closed window the nice young girl handed me my drink and asked how my day was going. While efficiently handing us our drinks she managed to keep us entertained and kept an interest in how our day was actually going, instead of the usual hand the food over and shut the window. After all this incredible customer service our cold drinks were cold, our hot drinks were hot, and our food was fresh. Not only did this Starbucks give exactly what we needed to push through the next 8 hours but did it with pazzaz and fun. Thank you so much Jacqline and Barbara! The only bad part of the trip was the people attempting to learn how to drive for what i assume was the first time in a congested parking lot (not Starbucks fault). If you are going to a drive thru maybe don't try and reverse once you back yourself into a corner. read more

Won't even let you finish your sentence even when it's their confusing receipt you need an explanation on. You're better off going to race trac next door. This is by far one of the worst Starbucks around. Parking is impossible to find. You end up having to park by the Jimmy Johns next door and walking over. Ordered over app today. When I got to the location my cup was half filled. So I asked the lady to fill it up. She said she couldn't take the cup back because I had touched it. I said okay thats fine but my cup is half filled. She then goes to blame me saying I should have never ordered extra whipped cream and next time my cup would be filled if I do not order that way. At this point I was fed up. I had to asked for a supervisor 3 times before she got one. She was slamming cups and rolling her eyes at me. Then the supervisor comes over and acted as if she didn't care. I usually do not come to this location because I've had issues in the past with half filled cups and there was a fly in my drink but the other times they fixed it with no issues. After I left I called and spoke to the manager and she was nice but I told her, if the lady wasn't so dang rude this call would have never happened. Ill never be back to this location nor another Starbucks again. We as customers pay too much money for this coffee to be treated this way. Its absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed in how slow the drive through took, waiting more than 15 minutes in line, and there were only 4 cars in front of me. I normally can overlook a long drive through line when I am greeted by a pleasant and apologetic Starbucks barista, but this evening at 5:30 PM I had no such luck. This location is always busy. Especially morning and lunch hours. Good thing is they are able to quickly get these people through the drive thru. Rarely is there an issue with orders and they are prompt at correcting any mistakes. Whenever ordering inside though I sometimes wonder if it would have been quicker to go through the drive thru as it seems they pay more attention in completing their orders than normal.
