First time here since the new owners and rebranding occurred…read more I love that they open at 4 AM!!! I tried both their blueberry cake and maple & bacon bar. The donuts were fresh and slightly warm. The bacon pieces were cooked nicely with a crunch. The blueberry cake donut was extremely moist and just enough vanilla glaze not caked on heavily; like most places do. Unfortunately because it was literally 4 AM I didn't take any pictures. The pictures do not do the donuts justice. Love that they have a larger staff to serve customers. They serve a lot of the typical breakfast sandwiches and boba drinks. The service was quick and friendly. One menu item that intrigued me is their Cambodian Coffee. Evidently it is very similar to Vietnamese Coffee. I will definitely come back, just for that.

This place seems very small town mom and pop - - the kind of thing you find up in Pinetop or Snowflake. They've added some of the plastic greenery panels and a lovely light fixture to give it a little flair on one side but the other side has shelves with T-shirts, crafts, jewelry and those little signs with clever sayings. When we arrived there were quite a few people, both in line and waiting for their orders. I think they had received a lot of online orders because the line was backed up and quite slow while the girl caught up with making orders. There was only her and a young man making food. When we finally got up to the counter, we had to wait a bit before she came to take our order. We ordered an iced latte, an iced white mocha, and a chocolate croissant. The coffee here is really, really good. The croissant was not really a croissant as I know it--it was more bread-y than light and flaky, and the chocolate was more like a ganache instead of the chocolate you usually get. It was good, just different. A second girl had come, and we got our order really quickly. This is the kind of place that the locals gather. There was one table with a group of old veterans having their coffee and breakfast.

I went into this establishment midday on Sept. 22 and ordered some mini cookies (6, to be exact),…read morebut then changed my mind and asked to pay the difference for the large cookies (same order, but full-size). Zoey told me I couldn't pay the difference, but they would refund my $17.38 from the first order and place a new order for $25.00 for the large version of my original order. Why I was made to go through this convoluted process is beyond me...I digress. I was assured by Zoey that she would give my information to this imaginary manager who wasn't on-site, and that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. So, to check on my refund, I called the store on Sept 25th and spoke to Carter, who said he was not aware of my refund request that Zoey so eloquently wrote in highlighter, which should have been a red alert at that point. He then made sure to let the manager know about my refund, and again I should get my $$ back in 3-5 days. It is now the 30th of September, and what do you know... NO REFUND in sight. I am pissed at this point because I now know these imbeciles were just giving me lip service and NEVER intended to give me my money back. Guess what, I will be at that location this morning for MY $$$$. So, I hope this manager they speak of is present, or I am not going to be a happy camper! I will NEVER spend another dollar at this shiesty establishment; the cookies aren't that good, and the customer service is even worse! To be lied to twice is just unacceptable and poor business practice. Save your money and go elsewhere, people. Just a quick note: I have Chase, and I also received a refund for overpayment from Sirius XM. They made the mistake on the 28th, and I received my money back on the 29th. They too said it would be 3-5 business days. So, with that being said, if the store actually processed my refund, I would have gotten it within a day! Chase doesn't play, baby...SMH

I was going…read moreabout 2 to 3 times a week and spending more then 20 dollars each time on drinks but after the second time an employee argued with me over something I have decided to spend my money elsewhere. What started this was I wanted a mango milk tea that I was told was on the menu but never was. I ordered it more than 5 times over the last few months. Not an issue that I can no longer get it but when I was in drive thru two of the blended drinks came out of the holder they handed me and went all over destroying my very expensive purse. The cashier barely said sorry and when I called the manager the next day all she gave me was one free drink of the mango milk tea. My complaint went to corporate and then they told them to inform me that they could no longer make them. I am fine with that. It was the attitude that was given to me. I am a very calm and understanding person since rules are rules but it is the attitude of the staff that is making me upset. I am not going to make them pay for the messed up purse but just giving me A few napkins and then closing the window in drive through on me is very poor customer service. They need to do better because they just lost a customer. It is sad how customers are being treated.

I didn't know what the big deal was. Now I know! I ordered three types (2ea) of Conchas. They were the most flavorful moist Conchas I ever had. I also ordered her dessert empanadas. They were very tasty as well. This self-taught baker knows what she's doing and can teach the other bakers a thing or two. She has such a wide assortment of baked goods to choose from on her menu. She even takes orders to bake cakes for special occasions. Her cakes looks amazing! In fact I just ordered one, The Emma, which is her version of a German Chocolate Cake. I can't wait to see my wife's reaction after I present her with the cake. It's a surprise!
