I was at another store and noticed Cinnaholic next door. I decided to go over there to see what it was. It's basically a Cinnamon bun shop that lets you customize your Cinnamon bun. You can add as many toppings and frostings as your heart desires. The more you add the more it costs, so keep that in mind. I didn't get any with toppings on them. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. A good temperature inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. It's better a little chilly than hot. It was not very busy inside. Service - Just saw one employee. The service here was quick. Order and pay at the counter. Self seating. Parking - Surface parking lot. Same as it ever was! I was shocked but pleasantly surprised to see a Cinnaholic in Queen Creek! The only time I've ever had these amazing cinnamon rolls is back when there was an event at the Corona, CA location. It was from that moment on that I never looked back and thought about the other guys (you know who I'm talking about --- they have "bun" at the end of their name, lol)! This experience was no different. The roll was served fresh and I could still feel the warmth just holding the box. This has got to be one of the most indulgent desserts everrrrrrrr!!! Overpriced, day old cinnamon rolls that aren't more than slightly above room temp when complete. We ordered 5 specialty (not make your own) cinnamon rolls. They tasted fine for the most part and were nothing more special than a basic cinnamon roll. The container, coupled with the fork and knife's flimsyness make it extremely hard to cut into manageable bite sized pieces and the toppings make eating as a whole difficult without wearing them all. For atmosphere, there were enough chairs for us to sit, but we're split into small two-person tables. The floors were sticky and dirty with food and trash in the main area and restroom. I don't live in this area but my best friend does and I saw this place on the way to her house for a visit! The store is located in a new shopping center, so it's all fresh and clean! Parking lot was easy to navigate! We stopped by and I was SO happy with the customer service provided by Eliana (I probably got the spelling wrong on her name but hopefully she sees this and knows it's her!) She was SUPER sweet and wanted to make sure the buns we ordered were up to their standards. When they came out a little small, she told us what happened and offered to make us a new one and wait or get a partial refund, and we opted to wait! It was getting busy as this time too, but she still remained sweet and kind through all the customers! If she was overwhelmed, she didn't let it show unto the customers! She was fabulous.
