I didn't get any with toppings on them. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. A good temperature inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. It's better a little chilly than hot. It was not very busy inside. Service - Just saw one employee. The service here was quick. Order and pay at the counter. Self seating. Parking - Surface parking lot. Ordered online which was easy to do and the order was ready right away. My daughter walked in and it was ready to go and on the counter. We tried the cookie dough, a brownie with cream cheese frosting, a chocolate chip cookie and a blueberry pie cinnamon roll. So glad we decided to try a cinnamon roll - absolutely delicious!! Walked into Cinnaholic and almost called 911, not for me but for my tastebuds because they nearly died of happiness. The smell hits you like a sugar freight train and suddenly you're drooling like Pavlov's dog. The cinnamon rolls? Absolute madness with frosting, toppings, cookie dough, the whole dessert circus. The only time I've ever had these amazing cinnamon rolls is back when there was an event at the Corona, CA location. It was from that moment on that I never looked back and thought about the other guys (you know who I'm talking about --- they have "bun" at the end of their name, lol)! This experience was no different. The roll was served fresh and I could still feel the warmth just holding the box. This has got to be one of the most indulgent desserts everrrrrrrr!!! It's my fault here for not reading that they are a vegan establishment. So all of the sweets just taste super off, kind of like a mix of cardboard dipped in pesticide but what do you expect. They don't use eggs and although their baked gods sure are pretty, you just can't make a decent brownie without eggs. So if you are like me, a connoisseur of fine baked goods this is probably not the place for you. If you are like my sister who lives in Portland, go figure, and you are a huge fan of flavorless baked goods then this place is probably right up your alley. read more

I don't live in this area but my best friend does and I saw this place on the way to her house for a visit! The store is located in a new shopping center, so it's all fresh and clean! Parking lot was easy to navigate! We stopped by and I was SO happy with the customer service provided by Eliana (I probably got the spelling wrong on her name but hopefully she sees this and knows it's her!) She was SUPER sweet and wanted to make sure the buns we ordered were up to their standards. When they came out a little small, she told us what happened and offered to make us a new one and wait or get a partial refund, and we opted to wait! It was getting busy as this time too, but she still remained sweet and kind through all the customers! If she was overwhelmed, she didn't let it show unto the customers! She was fabulous. I am giving this a 2 star rating because the service was good and the young lady that helped me was very nice. It was my first time going into Cinnaholic and I had heard so many good things about the product. As a chef and restaurant consultant myself I was excited to check out this 100% plant based location. No I'm not vegan but I'm always open for trying good food. I love cinnamon rolls and have enjoyed making them and trying them all over the globe. The cinnamon roll itself was great. However, the frosting (almond & cream cheese) was horrible. There is this artificial aftertaste that lingers for a very long time afterwards. That killed the experience off back. In addition, I would provide a bit of advice when it comes to the fruit, in particular apples, that is added on the rolls. To have a cooked apple in cinnamon and sugar with a hint of vanilla would go so much better with the cinnamon rolls over the raw diced apples that they are topped with. It would allow the flavors to meld together and create for a hell of an experience eating it. I'm going to give them another try and I'm hoping some of the suggestions are taken in. The aftertaste however, I'm not sure what they are going to do about it. read more
