Below is what we ordered for food. Pepita crusted haddock- really y risotto and the fish was delightful. Nice large portion. Special/squash ravioli- it was really nice and tasted like fall. Ooo and the corner with all the clowns! Drinks are strong and cheap. The bartenders are friendly. There's a patio, but it's a bit small. There are plenty of comfy chairs/couches. They have live music pretty often, so if that's your thing, you'll be happy there on weekend nights. The only thing is the space is kind of small for live music, so it can get really loud. This is an excellent chill option if you're in Hallowell and want to skip bars that tend to get a bit fratty like The Quarry Taproom. Highly recommend!

The fries were great. Fresh, cut thick, and cooked crispy. So good. The hot dog and chili were just ok. The drinks are tall and reasonably priced. They have an extensive selection of whiskey, scotch and bourbon, including flights in case you want to try a few. The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable inside. Someday I would love to try their tiny raw bar...which is on the middle floor, between the first and second floor and has 2 bar stools and a 2 person high top table...that is all there is room for in this tiny space. On the roof top bar they serve the otherwise nice craft cocktails in small plastic cups instead of glasses. It's hard to pay $16 for a nice drink out of a 6 ounce plastic cup. The bigger issue was I ordered the Cobb Salad and was only told after it was delivered that they were out of avocado (a main ingredient in a Cobb Salad?). The waitress apologized for not telling me in advance, which was a little weird as it meant she knew when I ordered they were out. She did take 20% off the cost of the $20 salad but if she had told me in advance I would have ordered something else. Also you can add chicken to the salad which I did and asked for "buffalo" chicken expecting some fried tenders in buffalo sauce. The plate came with a few very small strips of grilled chicken breast drizzled in buffalo sauce. Grilled chicken with buffalo sauce? That just seems weird to me. Anyways nice atmosphere, some nice staff, $200 before tip for four people? There's a lot of competition in that area so we will probably go back for a patio beer sometime and maybe an appetizer but not a full dinner at that price.

I had a lobster roll here as they offer it warm with butter and not with mayo. You actually had the choice of cold with mayo or the correct way (warm with butter). It was $19 which was lower than other spot's market price and while it was maybe smaller than some, it was the perfect size for me. It really was well done. The roll was warm, buttery & toasted to have enough crisp. The lobster was cooked to perfection. My dinner companion got muscles in broth and was also a big fan.
