Super cute place up on 4th floor. There's the world's slowest elevator that will take you there. Once up there you will be entering a super cute and comfortable space full of friendly people. The bar tender was Devin and she was fantastic! She was going all the things. There seemed to be tons of locals which speaks volumes. The menu is the same as the bowling alley on the first floor. There's something for everyone. We ordered fried pickles which are highly recommended. Then, ordered the bolognese and a burger. Subbed onion rings for the fries and there were tons! Everything was delicious. Burger was fresh and a great portion. Bolognese was also tasty. Impressive flavor and portions for the price! Super reasonable. Great value. Ordered spicy margarita which was great, a lemon martini (get this - amaretto added great flavor), and a Manhattan. Great bar!!! Would go again. Just great vibes, delicious food, great value, and super friendly employees.

First time here and on a Tuesday night. It's open mic/band night. This place is unique and a cool place to unwind after a day of work. A wide variety of bourbons, whiskeys, and a full bar. Getting great service and getting the low down to come back. There's entertainment every night they are open. Sidecar is open Tuesday through Saturday. You can go upstairs and outside if you want. It has a lighthouse feel to it.

First time here, never knew it existed!! Great location! Great vibe! Saw a post on FB that today they were serving brunch. Staff was warm, inviting and friendly! Today was day one of brunch and they have some Kinks to work out but I feel this could be a success! I ordered their avocado toast, constructive criticism from someone who loves avocado toast. Mash the avocado and spread on toast. Then top with the egg. Putting the sliced avocado on top of the egg makes for poor presentation. Smashing the avocado allows you to season it spread it on the toast then you can top that with diced tomato or an egg. Taste was great though. Peach mimosa was on point! I look forward to going back for drinks and snacks some evening! Again, wonderful establishment just some minor adjustments and you guys are well on your way!!

Great meet up ambiance! Good bar tenders and the food comes from downstairs. Go up top for cool views of Gorham from above.

I've been here a couple of times now, and the food and service have never disappointed. Today, the Cubano was juicy and flavorful, and the house fries are seasoned in a bistro rub that's salty and smoky, golden fried to perfection with a crunchy shell and a soft, pillowy center. This is elevated pub fare at its finest, with good portions, fair pricing and a great atmosphere in a restaurant that straddles the middle ground between the coastal towns around Portland and the start of the lakes region in Windham. This place is especially magical in the summer, when the greenery is back and the weather is consistently nice, but I expect it will get busier and busier at peak season, especially as word gets out... and why wouldn't it? Who doesn't want to grab a bite and a drink while soaking up the light reflecting off a lazy river ? The good news is, they are taking reservations, so you can always call ahead to lock in a table on the weekends. Aside from the riverside back deck, they have a full bar with seating, inside tables, and another outdoor patio area in the front along Main Street (aka River Road). Red City Ale House hits the mark for all occasions... I feel perfectly welcome and accommodated coming in to dine solo, I could easily see this being a casual date-night destination, and I could also see it accommodating families or larger groups. Whatever your occasion, RCAH is a road trip worthy destination.

She was friendly when taking our order, but when she dropped off our food, she immediately left. She didn't ask if we needed anything, or nicely tell us to enjoy our meal. We had to flag her down for a dipping sauce. After the second drop and run, she never came back again to check on us.

This time we had more time so we got to play some pinball, have some apps and some cocktails-and once again food and service was excellent (thank you Kate!!!)!! Over the course of approx 2 hours we tried the chicken fingers and the fried pickles, both were excellent-had a few beers and I even enjoyed their Aperol Spritz!! Of course we got our favorite entrees (The Jr Beef for her and the Steak and Cheese with Peppers and Onion for me) and I am happy to say they killed it again!!!!

Showed up before any sort of rush and snagged two seats at the bar. The overall vibes are great here with lots of interesting decor (lots of movie & horror themed things). The bartender greeted us and was willing to answer any questions we had and immediately got us glasses of water. We then decided on cocktails and she made great tasty drinks to our liking. My wife went with a Daiquiri and had just enough fruity/sweetness with a kick still. I got one of their bourbon drinks and it had a great kick to it. Food wise I ended up getting their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it was a delicious sandwich with juicy chicken. My wife got the Jr. Beef and enjoyed it but thought the sauce was a touch spicy (would likely pick another item next time) but very much enjoyed it and finished it still. We split an order of onion rings and they were outstanding, lightly battered but perfectly crispy. Due to sitting at the bar we had fantastic conversations with the bartender who made us feel welcome and provided great service. We talked about our love for animals, Maine and more. Really the perfect example of how the experience of sitting at a bar should be and why you'd return! Give George & Leon's a try if you haven't and if it's been awhile revisit!
