We recently held my husband's 40th surprise birthday party at Queen's Head Pub and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere and vibe were just right, and the entire staff made the night so special. A huge shoutout to Lindsey, the event coordinator--she was truly a dream to work with. She brought my vision to life effortlessly and made the planning process so smooth and stress-free. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Bridgton and honestly gives Portland a run for its money. From the custom signature drinks to the beautiful event signage and all the little thoughtful touches, everything left a lasting impression. Lindsey was incredibly responsive, helpful with all my questions, and made every guest feel welcome--she was so amazing that she's now got an open invite to our family Thanksgiving! Thank you to everyone at Queen's Head Pub for making this event so memorable. I can't wait to host another one here!

We decided to have some lunch here today with a friend. The interior is dark so we opted to eat on the porch which is by the river and quite lovely. The only con is the road traffic. Our waitress was both attentive and friendly. We shared artichoke spinach dip, delicious and plenty of chips, and each enjoyed a bowl of chowdah. Looks like quite a bag of mixed reviews but we luckily had a fine experience.

I got the Queen's Short Ribs and they were delicious. My kids both got the fish sandwich and said that it was great. My wife got the Smash burger and enjoyed it very much. Service was great and extremely pleasant. Will be back again.

Terrific addition to the expanding Bridgton food scene! Had a great lunch with the family -- burgers (double smash cheeseburgers) were really good- my late teen kids loved them - super juicy!; my fish and chips were excellent; and my wife's kale Caesar with falafel was very good too. Service was warm and attentive - really impressed. Modern, roomy and comfortable, the space has a great design - and the bar area is very cool (and big). Looking forward to trying for dinner ... and the rooftop tiki bar! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Beautiful seating out on the patio, the water is so pretty and relaxing! Our server, Beth, was absolutely amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The bartender made us some delicious cosmopolitans and the food was spectacular! Can't wait to visit again!

Great location and food. Had the smash burger and Greek salad at an outside table overlooking the creek. Great service too.

The staff were so pleasant and attentive, ESPECIALLY our server. Honestly the service was the best I've experienced while dining out in quite some time. On top of the wonderful experience, the food was just as great. The stars of our meal (though everything was delicious), were the Duck & Sweet Corn Wontons, the Thai Chili Cauliflower, and the Crème Brûlée donut. OMG the donut. If you get nothing else, GET THE DONUT!!! All in all, definitely worth the visit!!

I got the crab Parmesan truffle carbonara (need I say more) and my husband got the lamb shank over risotto. Both were 12/10. Then for dessert (even though we were so full from the meal) we got the flourless chocolate cake and the CRÈME BRÛLÉE FILLED DONUT. Yes you read that right. Skip the chocolate cake and just get a dozen of the donuts. Krispy cream could NEVERRRR. I'm literally waddling out of here with the biggest smile on my face. Anyone in previous reviews that was complaining about price doesn't understand value. It was worth every freaking penny.

The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and made us feel like old friends. I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you head up to the slopes at Sunday River. I went there with a group of 4 of us and every dish was excellent and reasonably priced. I ordered a Caesar Salad and the Brick Chicken. The salad was very well prepared and had a very light Caesar dressing that picked up the flavor from the lemon garnish and bite-sized garlic toast croutons. The Brick Chicken was a perfectly prepared and succulent piece of chicken with crispy skin that was served on a bed of rice with lime and orange garnishes. The other dish I tasted was the Vegetable en croute, which was an eastern European style vegetable dish with a phyllo dough crust. This dish was good, but not great. I would go with the brick chicken if you are deciding between the two options. However, you won't be going wrong with either choice. My other friends ordered the Pork Osso Bucco and the Steak frites and had great things to say about both of these dishes as well. If you are looking for a more upbeat ambiance you can find that downstairs in the suds pub. This place looked really fun and has live music. It also worth noting that you can order the pub food in the bistro as well if you are looking for that type of fare in a mellower ambiance. We also ate at the Black Diamond Steakhouse while we were in town. Everyone agreed that Bistro 151 is a superior restaurant all around from a both a service and food perspective.

That was a little disappointing, though she didn't mind because she was experiencing some neck pain and just wanted a drink and meal then go home to rest. But speaking of drinks, the bar seemed slow though we were one of the few tables there at 4:30pm or so. I would give them 4 stars, but all of us loved our food! Even picky 9 year olds! Ha! That almost never happens! Now, one did forget her apple juice and cried because we were going to go back and get it (as she realized when we got back to the hostess station), but daughter said they cleared the table as soon as we all got up. One might thought our server would have said something, but no. As well, they couldn't find our loyalty rewards number when we were getting our checks. Overall, the 5 stars are for the chefs/cooks. My whisky lemonade was very weak, and my husband's Jamison pour seemed short too. It will be a while we return.
