Omg the food here was so good. It's a really interesting layout too, it's all bar with only a couple tables and a booth. There was also a guy singing and playing the guitar. Fries - kinda basic Bao buns with shrimp - the shrimp is perfectly crispy and seasoned. Just a little bit of a kick. Onigiri - its like a deconstructed onigiri with a solid amount of fish on top. And a massive pile of tobigo. Poke - beautifully presented and so fresh. A pretty massive pile of fish. Wagu burger - omg the flavor is so good and it's so juicy! It's was huge as well!

This place is definitely a must try and not just for the area but I would put this up against areas that have much deeper culinary options. The flavors, presentation and overall taste of this food amazing. We had the Gyoza, which has depth of flavor and even with being in a light sauce still holds its crispiness. The crab ragoons were next and were the best I have had, especially since most are more like just cream cheese filling and this was far from that and had fresh crab on top. My daughter had the burger and my wife and I both tried and will be back for this, flavored well, very fresh and overall just incredible. My wife and I had the bang bang shrimp which was fresh with greens that were lightly dressed perfectly and complimented the shrimp and rice base. We were also able to watch the kitchen staff that you could just see take complete pride in everything they do and was a pleasure to observe. Our server Laru was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and was just another great addition to our experience. If you are on the fence about trying this place do yourself a favor and just try it.

This place is amazing! We have a home near by. Are thrilled to learn the brick and mortar of street eats has opened in Bridgton . For starters, don't let the cute but small purple exterior mislead you. Upon entry, a large multi faceted bar area is beautifully lit and appointed. Table seating as well. We actually were just planning to "check it out" on our way elsewhere, but stayed. Lovely Asian fusion menu and beer, wine cocktails. We had an espresso martini and a gimlet. So good. Our bartender was spot on! Then we had the peeptoe crab toast. To die for, so good. We will definately be back, I want to try everything!

Gyoza dumplings, Bang bang shrimp, Steamed bao buns and Kosho hamayaki were all really good. My only complaint is that all the seating is barstool height chairs

Delicious food. We spent $120 (with tip) and it included 2 cocktails ($13/each), 1 hard seltzer ($7-8ish), spicy pork fries ($13 + $5 for the pork), 6 dumplings ($14), and bao buns (comes with 3 for $21 but they can up charge you $7 so you have 4). The hard seltzer they offered was okay. I've definitely had better. My boyfriend thought his mule drink was delicious. The food was delicious and flavorful. The fries were just the right amount of spicy. We went home with 2 bao buns and fries so it was plenty of food. Would definitely eat there again and recommend giving them a try.

Terrible service- had a reservation that we were seated late for, and then waited 90 minutes before walking out without getting any food

Incredible food, ambience and service. It's rare to find a gem like this in such a rural area. Strongly recommend.

The menu had many good options and the prices were decent. There was ample parking. They serve Asian street food which includes noodles, rice bowls, and Asian fusion. Inside it is a self serve restaurant. You pit the order at register and find yourself an empty table. When the food is ready they bring it over. Their menu had lots of interesting items. I ordered the combo starter that came with delicious crab rangoon and crispy quality rolls. The beef bun was amazing, full of ingredients in the middle. It was almost impossible to fold the bun and take bites. The red curry was such a fantastic dish. Soft chicken, fried egg, cucumber served with flavorful red curry on top of rice. I thoroughly enjoyed all the items. The dishes were served within a short time. The staff checked on us multiple times. Overall we loved the dinner experience here.

Maybe the lights were a little harshly bright, but otherwise a fine place to dine. We didn't get too many things, as we stopped in more for a finisher for the evening than full meal (we'd come from a party with small foods). We ordered a shoyu ramen and a dragon roll. Interesting note on the dragon roll, it has a sweet potato interior. This led to a distinct flavor from other rolls I've had in the past, and a smooshier texture, but a good roll nonetheless. The ramen was mostly a delight. Sumptuous broth, the egg was not too hard nor soft, and almost all the ingredients were perfect. Which I usually avoid that word because it's too subjective, but it seems to fit here. Major exception is the chashu pork. It was overcooked to the extreme. No other word for it, these dried out circles of meat were thick and chewy, and soaking them in the broth couldn't save them. Sad. Otherwise, some of the best ramen I've had since leaving Japan. The only other note I'd have is I just wanted some tea, and had to order a weird tea concoction to get it. Sometimes you'd just like an oolong tea, nothing fancy. I recommend this restaurant, overall, and hope you enjoy it too.
