    the menu for the restaurant

I took my wife and daughter here this weekend and found the experience to be quite good. All three of us got a version of bun. The meat was flavorful and well cooked. The noodles and veggies were fresh. Overall the food quite good as well as the service. My only complaint would be that some of their COVID prevention was lacking in some areas. All of the silverware, chopsticks and condiments for a days worth of customers were in a common tray on each table. So, when you grabbed your items, you were touching everything that everyone else would use later that day. Not sure why 15 settings of silverware needs to be on each table for everyone to handle. As my wife said, that is kind of unsanitary under normal circumstances but even more so now.

Finally checked out this long standing downtown Biddeford establishment, and can't wait to go back! The food was super fresh and flavorful, and they piled on the ginger when I asked. Very nice people with a large menu of Vietnamese and Thai appetizers and entrees. Very small restaurant, so not really good for larger groups, but they do plenty of takeout business!

I'm trying really hard to be a more adventurous eater, so when we didn't feel like cooking tonight I decided it was finally time, after 2 1/2 years of living in Biddeford to try this place. I've also been sick, so a nice flavorful bowl of soup sounded amazing. We ordered the beef pho in the larger size, and it was more than enough for the two of us. We also ordered the beef teriyaki, chicken satay, and crab rangoons. The beef teriyaki was so much more flavorful and tender than I've ever had. The chicken satay was nice and juicy with a great flavor. The crab ragoons were amazing and crisp and the dipping sauce was fresh and cool tasting. The pho itself was great as well. The meat wasa little rare for my taste, but since we orderd takeout I just tossed it in a pot and heated it a bit. The only reason for one less star is because none of the sprouts, basil, or lime that was supposed to come with the pho was included in our take out bag, and this is a huge pet peeve of mine. Sides and sauces are an essential part of the meal, and it always bums me out when a restaurant forgets to include them. We will definitely try this place again!

Went out for dinner here last night. We both ordered the chicken pho ga soup. SO GOOD! Other things to note in regards to COVID 19, they are wearing masks, stay apart, and there is hand sanitizer at the table. I'm eating the left over soup today for lunch. Still good!

I got pho and it tasted pretty good. The price was fair and the owner was nice and friendly

I usually love going to this restaurant because they have one of the best pho's, but after I finished most of my meal I found something small floating in my soup. It was a maggot and my boyfriend and I told the employee at the restaurant and one of the cooks came out and yelled "it's just bean sprout"... when I never even put bean sprouts in my soup. It definitely was a maggot and she was trying to lie and make me think it was just part of a bean sprout.

This place really knocked my socks off! I've been living in Biddo for a year now and always had Que Huong on my list but never made it by. Finally went in today to try it out. First of all, this is a small restaurant that is seemingly family-owned. There were only 2 employees working both the kitchen and front of house, so be prepared for things to be a little on the slower side but trust me it is worth the wait. When my server took my order, I asked for a Sapporo, water, and Pho Tai. I worked on my Sapporo and water while waiting for the pho to be up. Once I got the pho, I dug in. The toppings (bean sprouts, basil, etc.) were plentiful and the bowl of pho itself was a good portion. The broth was what really stood out to me here. It was so flavorful and delicious! I had quite a bit of broth left after eating the meat and noodles, so I asked for extra noodles to add to my broth. Overall, for the bowl of pho, extra noodles, and Sapporo, my check total was $17. I left full and satisfied after my experience here and can't wait to give Que Huong another visit soon.

Sooooo aromatic!! Best pho in Maine hands down!!! Came here…read morefor some comfort foo. The pho broth is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I spoke with the owner, her broth is simmered for 24hrs like my vietnamese mother's broth. She uses an abundance amount of beef bones and beef, you can taste it in every sip of the pho soup. The rice noodles were cooked to perfection. The meatballs and thin tai beef is delicious. The food came out quick. The restaurant is cozy. Parking is a bit difficult to find if the front street parking is full during the winter. My daughter loves the chicken pho!

Never again. 1. &…read more2. Takeout is cold. According to the owner it is supposed to be that way so it has to be reheated at home. Seriously? The point of take out is so you don't have to cook. She spent a few minutes lecturing me on why it is served cold and why I have to reheat it. Seriously??? 3. & 4. I ordered a large pho, got barely a medium pho. I brought it back. Owner was eating food at the table, took my order but on the way to the kitchen the phone rang, she set it on the counter and took an order with bare hands touching pens and tablets etc, then in the kitchen could see her using her bare hands, unwashed, handling my food, putting more food in my container with bare unclean hands and handed it back to me. I said what about the broth. She said that 1 cup of broth is a large. I said at all other pho restaurants a full quart of broth is a large, not one cup. She said that is what it is. I said I did not want the order. I could no longer stomach the idea of eating food so mishandled and low quality. She said she could not refund me. I called Door dash and they refunded me. Never again. How do they get such high ratings? I am a foodie. I LOVE good food! I hate paying for bad food and/or bad food experiences and feeling obligated to just take it and eat it anyway. Ugh! I don't know about you, but I work hard for my money and I like to choose the delicousness I spend it on. I wish certain restaurant owners would understand that and take their business more seriously. Maybe they would have a different perspective on how they treat their food and the experience they give their customers. And then they would have a raving cult of food fans they couldn't get rid of. Seriously! i know! Happy fooding.

We have had really good food at times and not great in our last order. I had a chicken broccoli…read moredish that I couldn't eat. The dish had a burned oil smell and taste. We had to throw it out. The fresh spring rolls are always very good. Most dishes we have ordered do not have enough sauce We love that everything is fresh and not gloppy but a bit more sauce would be great. We aren't giving up on you, more consistency would be great.

This restaurant is located 7 minute drive from the UNE campus (basically the closest restaurant to…read morethe campus)...very convenient if you're there for a sports events, and need to pick up dinner. Food was good! I tried the fresh garden roll, the crispy veggie spring rolls, and 3 bubble drinks. The fresh garden roll was amazing. Filled with tons are tightly rolled veggies and fresh herbs and just the right amount of vermicelli rice noodles. They came with a Thai sweet chili dipping sauce and peanut sauce. Both sauces were good, but the peanut sauce was a little too thick...it didn't work to dip the roll into it...you have scoop it on the roll, but it tasted delicious. The crispy veggies spring rolls were perfectly slim, and fried to perfection. The sweet chili dipping sauce was perfect for these. Again, just the right amount of rice vermicelli noodle, and lots of veggies. I tried 3 flavors of bubble tea...a lavender milk tea, mango tea and a strawberry tea. All were very good. The amount of tapioca pearls was a little disappointing...could have added a bit more, but despite that, they were delicious. The atmosphere is a casual take out restaurant. There are 2 tables, and a counter that runs along the windows with stools, so one could eat in if you wanted to. There are also a limited amount of Asian groceries on shelves next to the counter...actually a good selection of pantry basics one might need. There is a well stocked bottled drinks cooler as well for picking up drinks along with the take-out. The service was friendly. A teenager boy worked the counter, and lots of people seemed to be working in the kitchen. It definitely felt like a family run restaurant. I placed my order at the counter and was told it would take about 10 minutes. I sat at a table while I waited for the food. I didn't see a sign for a restroom, so I asked where it was. I was told it was the door that says "employees only". The bathroom was clean. When my food was ready, the boy brought the bag to the table where I was sitting, and put the 3 drinks in a cardboard drink holder to make it easier to carry. So nice. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes next time.
