We stopped in for lunch and loved everything. I thought their IPA was amazing. Poutine is also worth getting and I loved the fresh haddock on my salad.

Nice brewery and restaurant in a beautiful summer day in Maine! I had the IPA flight and the hot fried chicken sandwich!

Was in town and popped in for lunch while running errands with my son and was really impressed. The main lot isn't very large but there is additional parking across the street. The space itself is pretty cool - it here's a good amount of seats but the tables are not on top of one another. You can see into the brewery portion where they make the beer too. We walked in without a reservation and got sat within 5 minutes. The service overall was great. For beer I had a pint of the Pale Ale. My son got the chicken tenders and fries and I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with the onion strings. Everything was REALLY tasty, but the onion strings were such a large portion. Would definitely recommend

Found this place with yelps help. Big open farm house kind of feel brewery. Had a bright and clean feel and I was expecting typical brew pub food but it was totally unexpected how good the food was. A lot of locally sourced ingredients and even the gin I ordered was local. Started with calamari and that was amazing! Highly recommend it! Had the fired chicken sandwich which came out moist and crispy, The mushroom pasta that had local mushrooms that was equally as delicious. The pasta was made with some sciracha infusion and it was cooked perfectly. Ended with a tiramisu that was as good as any italian restaurant. Servers were awesome and gave good suggestions! Wish I wasn't there just a night to try more dishes!

Stopped here after a long afternoon at the UNH graduation. Found through Yelp! This is definitely worth the visit even if it seems a little out of the way. It's actually only minutes from the Maine Mall. We stopped in at 7:30 on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Our server was Erik and he was attentive without being annoying and helpful when we said that we were first time visitors. We had the salt & vinegar French fries to start. I had the smokehouse burger with a salad for the side and my husband had the pulled pork bowl. Both were very good. The drinks were great as well. The open loft style building is a little loud, but is very beautiful. Would recommend especially for those who'll want craft beers.

This was my second time at Nonesuch. First time, I was at an event, and the food and drinks were excellent! This time, I went with my husband and a couple of friends for dinner and drinks. First off, the space is fantastic. Plenty of parking both in the front parking lot and across the street. Lots of room inside both upstairs and downstairs. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. For a drink, I had the winter sangria, which was delicious. Red wine and a cinnamon simple syrup made it taste very seasonal without being too sweet. I have to say I was a disappointed in the food this time. I had a bowl of the fish chowder and the Caprese appetizer. The chowder may have been the end of the pot, but it was extremely thick- and not in a good way. Think, a bowl of mashed potato texture. There was no soup to it and each spoonful left an empty spot in the bowl. Flavor was good, but texture was off quite a bit. The caprese was thinly sliced tomatoes, layered with a thinly sliced mozzarella cheese, crostinis, and a slight drizzle of balsamic glaze and basil. This would have been great, but the tomatoes were not ripe at all and had zero flavor. If you can't source quality, ripe produce in the winter, then please take an appetizer that depends on it off the menu until you can. I think I ate half of my meal and my husband picked at the rest of it. Very disappointed. In saying this, I have had the wings the last time I ate there and they were fantastic! My friends all had different salads and they looked really tasty. I regretted my decision not to try one. Nonesuch has a great selection of both beer and creative cocktails. Their food is hit or miss, but I will definitely be back to try it again.

THE ONION STRINGS!!!! Must have at Nonsuch! Super flavorful. The pre-teen girls passed the bowl from the other end of the table asking for a refill. Strong second: The ice cream sandwich (the cookie was warm and soft! What ice cream sandwich dreams are made of.) Third: The brussels with cranberry Super nice facility, love the chalet style and exposed wood. Large space with inside and outside being utilized. Smart design plan. Large parking lot- actually 2 parking lots (one across the street.) Kudos to None for being able to accommodate our party of 11 on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. Thanks! Our server was a little odd. He gave me a pushback when I asked to just order everything all at one. We had 6 kids with us (2 under 4)- this wasn't my first rodeo but I assume he didn't have kids based on his response. He finally gave in to me. We tried to be as helpful as possible ordering efficiently for him. He said he would bring my friend a sampler of a beer and brought him a large glass of beer? My only dislike was the pork in the poutine lacked flavor. The gravy was delicious but the pork was down right bland. Killed the whole poutine order for us. True score: 3.75

Amazing. Popped in while waiting for our hotel to be available. Great beer selection for a good price. Sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Fried pickles were great for an appetizer. Plenty of seating and cool vibes.

Our bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and chatty. That cruising the menu we settled on adult beverages,. Their IPA for me and my wife ordered their raspberry sour. I had a lot of hope for their IPA but unfortunately it was fairly pedestrian. That said, my lobster roll made up for it all! I decided on going for the max size. Though a little pricey, if you're hungry it's the way to go. With that I enjoyed a decent side Caesar salad. My wife ordered their French dip with tater tots. The sandwich smelled and tasted delicious. Unfortunately the tots could've used a few more minutes in the fryer. All said it was a good meal. Will be back? We'll see.

The soup came out hot with plenty of potatoes. There's is GF which is a plus for me. Disappointed because it didn't seem creamy enough, like there was no dairy at all. Plus, they put thyme in it. If you know about clam chowder, NE style does not have thyme in it, but Manhattan style does (the red one). South Portland's is better. Sorry! The Greek w/ chicken was excellent. Plenty of chicken, olives, etc. Just enough dressing. A large portion. Sea Dogs overall is ALWAYS a great option. Great staff, good food, lots of choices and fresh. The place is always clean. I typically eat at the bar since I'm by myself.

Lucky for me they had a special listed that night of something I had been craving for. A nice slice of Prime rib roast! I knew I was taking a risk since we had just arrived before dinner service was ending but we were greeted by the waitress who said the rib roast was still available. My husband had their Parmesan Crusted Haddock with a pretty decent looking Garden salad and Sweet potato fries. I asked if it was possible to get a piece of prime rib medium rare and they made it happen. Their sides of mashed potatoes and spears of broccoli was very generous and tasted delicious. The rib roast was moist and tender with a nice container filled with Au jus. The dining room area was practically empty so we had the space almost to ourselves. We happily inhaled our food and were given a nice period of privacy. 3 large screen TVs were on in this area so my husband enjoyed watching some games he had missed. The rib roast was just right and was very delicious. The setting is comfortable and a bit dark but the food presented was a real treat. It seems they are the hang out place of many locals and I can see why. You don't expect it but the outdoor seating area also includes a fire pit to enjoy on these cool nights. I can see why many locals and guests return. The wait staff attendant was busy cleaning tables and finishing up for the evening and looked in on us a couple of times only towards the end of our meal. Not as attentive as say other establishments but then again she looked like she was covering jobs of more than one person. Service can be affected in this regard but I'm not going to ding her for doing double duty and working so hard. The bar area looked well stocked and was attended by at least a couple of bar staff. The clientele looked like locals mixed with some who came from the nearby hotels in the area like us. The gatherings looked friendly and just enjoying time together. The outdoor seating area is well lit with a very nice seating area around a fire pit. Their listed specials looked very tempting and I'm just glad I got my hunk of prime rib to enjoy. Nicely done Coppersmith Tavern.
