This is an overdue post! We loved working with Troy and his team. They were very prompt, responsive, on time and within budget. We had a pretty sizable project and Troy was able to coordinate with the engineer and city for permits. He helped us select a wood alternative because we wanted low maintenance. We went with Timbertech and it was gorgeous! Troy was able to repurpose most of our old glass for the new railing and helped design the artificial grass area and decorative wall that was previously covered in ivy. Troy and his crew did an excellent job on a deck for us. We were very weary of hiring a fence company because they all say "yeah, yeah, we also do decks". Those companies are a dime a dozen and their work generally is worth the same. When we met Troy and saw his portfolio we knew he was legit -- a real craftsman who doesn't cut corners, pun intended. Siddall did a great job building our redwood deck. It looks beautiful, and the construction is rock solid; it's on a fairly steep hill, so they sunk massive concrete piers, much larger than what our old deck had. They also built a nice privacy wall around our hot tub. Troy, the owner, visited the site almost every day and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening. It was a pretty straightforward design, but he offered some suggestions that really made the details turn out nicely. The crew were friendly and skilled. Cost-wise, their estimate was closer to the high end of the bids we got, but not the highest. I definitely recommend Siddall for any deck project. read more

I called and he apologized, saying he'd written down the wrong date on his end. We made an appointment and he came out. He said he'd get me a quote in a week. It never came. That was May.
