Hugo and team restored our deck, benches, and boat dock back to life. They did an amazing job in repairing our deck that is at least ~20 years old. It was showing it's age--cupping, and some of the boards had dry rot. Yes, you can definitely see the difference from the old boards in comparison to the new ones that were changed out, but it was also prefaced by Hugo in setting expectations. He also helped us in selecting the perfect stain color (i.e., Redwood Natural tone). Overall, we're just happy to be able to use our deck for the next several years while we save up to rebuild. Hugo has been doing my deck over 10 years. ALWAYS does a great job, makes color recommendations and is very trustworthy. My deck is in the direct sun, so I was having it refinished every year. He suggested another treatment, so it only needs to be done every 3 - 4 years and it lasted. Not only did it look great, it was quite a cost savings. He refinished my deck a few weeks ago and it looks new. I was traveling the week he was going to do the work and I gave him a key to let himself in. That's how wonderful IDeckPro is. We had a old and tired looking deck that needed a major facelift and I could not be any happier with the work from IDeckPro. Hugo was a great communicator as we messaged back and forth a few times about details and his estimate for the work was within the range of other estimates I received, but his included a sanding of the deck, while others just a power wash. Their price was very fair and their work was incredibly good.They refinished 3 decks and re-built a 4th, replacing dry rot as needed. Hugo was professional and clear, explaining everything step-by-step. Jesus was here everyday, all day, with both crews. He was a good communicator and incredibly efficient. There was a lot of work to be done and the workers were diligent in completing everything. There were no hidden costs and everything was done on time. I was so pleased, I had them do the painting of my house, too! It is a multi-leveled home and required scaffolding. Again, this was a big job but the guys went above and beyond my expectations. We just got a new 800+ sq.ft. deck from iDeckPro. Raised multi-level construction on a very steep-sloped backyard, so a pretty challenging and massive project. They were fantastic! Tight-knit, well-coordinated operation by genuine craftsmen working shoulder to shoulder in perfect unison. Almost like watching a ballet as the superstructure rose and took shape. They also demolished and hauled away our old deck, which was at the end of its lifespan. Seamless demolition and disposal of tons of old timbers, beams, planks and stairs. Not a nail left behind. They swept the ground with magnets to capture all debris. Finished work product is simply gorgeous. Beautiful fit and finish, really added value and charm to our property.
