I want to start by saying how sad I am with how bad my experience has been lately. This place used to be extremely quick, friendly, and tasty but it has been going down hill for a while. I order some chicken tenders today and waited 20 minutes before asking if it was almost ready, turns out they just forgot my order and gave a bunch of other people their food first. So many different options, they even have little Jamaican beef patties, spinach and artichoke pizza, and bbq chicken pizza just out for slices. Buyer beware! The menu prices is not what it says. I asked for a large specialty pizza priced $21.99, was told for take out they only do extra large for $27.50 after tax. Not sure why the menu board listing prices isn't transparent with the price. They are super duper friendly and go above and beyond with their friendliness but be aware of price swaps and being taken advantage of. I left really duped but already in the mall I didn't want to go find another pizzeria in the area. I get it its a small business but at least be honest about price transparency and don't take advantage of people like that. Honest businesses are hard to come by these days. I had a five-star experience here. I realize there are a lot of negative reviews of this establishment, but my experience there was anything but negative. Several Fridays ago, me and some friends went to see a movie at Regal. When we got out towards the tail end of the evening, we were looking for somewhere in the food court to get a quick bite to eat. This was one of the few places open and we are glad we stopped by. They were about to close, so they couldn't cook any new pizza for us; however, the team member was kind enough to offer us as much of the pizza slices that we wanted in the display window to us for a markdown price. She ended up heating up over 20 slices and about a dozen garlic knots for about $40! The pizza was great and flavorful and I would gladly go back there the next time I'm in the food court at the The Shops at Ithaca Mall. read more

I was buying some cleaning supplies at target and suddenly felt hungry so i decided to grab a slice from this place to hold me over. BAD IDEA, this pizza was dry and bland. There was barely any sauce or cheese. It doesn't look fresh. I will never eat from There again. I know it's not New York City but come on, they have got to do better they only get business because they are located in the mall However the manager should be ashamed of charging that price for such sub par food. There's a reason I'm the first person drafting a review of this place: it's located in the center of the mall. Nobody wants to carry a pizza through a mall, that is if you're the type of person who also thinks wearing sweatpants in public is a crime against man. I did this the first week I came to school a few years ago, and I suppose the pizza was okay. It is really cheap, so it got that going for it. There's nothing else redeemable about this place. This place used to be awesome when a guy named Norm used to work there and make the food and serve it. He left about 2 years ago and I've slowly watched this place go way down hill. The food is pretty much the same as always, but the service is god awful. For instance I went there today and it will be my last time, the woman working behind the counter dropped the sauce for my Calzone. I watched it open up, she literally picked it back up and put it back on my tray. They also have some fear of food trays too. You can order four plates of food and they expect you to carry it with all eight of your arms or something. You have to always ask for a tray, when they give you one it's just plain filthy. If you complain they get all pissed and offended. Just ridiculous, don't go there, take a short drive down to Ned's for better service. If you really want good pizza in Ithaca go to Napoli. read more

The staff were so friendly and the Sicilian slice (with vegan cheese) was outstanding! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and the crust was amazing. I'll definitely be going back. It's the only place I can eat in the mall food court as a vegan. read more

Waited for 30 minutes to get out pizza. Say 20 feet from the counter and watched as they served while pizzas to everybody else but not us. They took a long time to get us out food, and served people who has been there for 5 minutes food before we even got ours. The pizza was good, but not great. The employee who dropped it looked to see if I had noticed, picked it up, and tried to serve it to me. I asked him if this was the calzone he had just dropped on the floor. OK. My top 2 pics for pizza in Ithaca is this place and Sal's downtown. Sicilian Delight has been around since the inception of the mall and they offer a great tasting pie, Very reliable and quick. They do call in and pick up. I think if they existed in Ithaca and had a sit down, it would thrive. As the first review pointed out, who wants to lug a pizza box or boxes through a mall? Also parking and then the walk in and out through the mall is a disadvantage as well. This one is a good pizza house though and they are nice people who take pride in their product. read more

Great if you want cold pizza. This used to be my favorite place to go for pizza but it's really gone downhill in the past year or two. I can't remember the last time I had anything hot there. Last night I ordered a pizza and some garlic knots, it was close to closing time and I understand that feeling of "ugh I really don't want to do this right now" a half hour before closing, but I paid for a service and I should have gotten a good one. First of all, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got charged accordingly however when looking at my pizza when I got back to my house it was a cheese pizza, and the garlic knots were old and flavorless. I was very unhappy. I tried calling and asking for the manager but they were "too busy" to speak with me, I assume when I told them why I was calling they just didn't want to have to deal with it. This place is not nearly as good as it used to be and most of the staff is rude and clearly doesn't care what your pizza looks like as long as you get it. I know it seems conventient because it's right in the mall but seriously just save yourself the trouble... I've had the last 6 ordered screwed. Burnt Pizza for a low price of $20. I went back to return it, the older gentlemam had offered to make more but i was so grossed out i declined.
