Worst service and will never use again. Paid for a private ride. The driver showed up over an hour after we needed AND stopped to get gas after he picked up our traveler. Minimal refund offered after I had to reach out several times to customer support. read more

Do not use this company. They made me wait at Burbank airport for almost 45 minutes before I had to text them to find out where they were. Then they texted me and said sorry their van broke down and I have to find another way home. Very inconvenient, horrible customer service, and when all said and done Lyft was cheaper and the service was great. read more

They are pretty good about being on time, being within the 30 minute window that they tell you to be ready in. They drive well, not all out of control. Easy to find and contact, nice drivers. read more

I've used shuttle2lax before but this time??? I'm giving them 2 stars though really this time they deserve a half a star. What should've taken an hour and a half is taking now over 2 1/2 hours! Our driver, too nice for his own good, waited excessively for people who were late and unapologetic about their tardiness, took routes that are notoriously horrible in rush hour and only when a native los Angeleno gave him an alternate route have we begun to actually make headway. Will I use them again? Doubtful. Uber is a better deal time wise! read more

Paul, thank you for the feedback. I will give your company one more try on the 19th as I am flying out of LAX again. Hopefully this time the experience will be good both ways. Will send you the info you have requested. read more

I just recently ordered for a shuttle to pick me up roundtrip. I did not receive a confirmation email and trying to get ahold of my itinerary information . I try to calling the phone number that they had on file on yelp. Everytime that i had tried to call them, the phone line was busy as if the phone was off the hook. I was a bit frustrated because i do not know if they are going to pick me up especially with not getting a confirmation email. read more

I used Shuttle2LAX last weekend when I flew out of LAX. They picked me up at nearly 3am. I was happy with their service and would use them again. The driver was alert and had control the whole time, I was happy because I just wanted to sleep. Shuttle2LAX has the best prices to and from LAX, their service was great, I would definitely use them again. read more

Only used the service to be taken to the airport, but our driver arrived within the window stated, I received 2 calls the morning of confirming status of, and the price was the lowest I found. I'd use them again. read more

Shuttle scheduled a bit early which is ok if they are picking up others And the ride takes a long time but in our case they rescheduled 20 min earlier then showed up another 20 min earlier. Now we are stuck here for 4 hours waiting on flight. My recommendation would be to say you fly a little later or personally request a later pickup if you've been to LAX before read more

95 degree and the driver refuse to turn on the AC... What the hell is that? You guys need to work on your service!

This company is a damn joke! All we did was drive around picking up rich brats from UCLA campus for 45 minutes! i almost missed my flight! TAKE A CAB! Such a waste of money and TIME. Its like riding the short bus, I was shocked at how slow it was read more

Horrible. Horrible. They made me wait for almost an hour with my tired and cranky toddler and still couldn't tell me when my shuttle would be there to pick me up. Thankfully super shuttle was right next to them and they quickly arranged for a ride home. To top it off they tried charging me a cancellation fee. Pay the extra $20 and use super shuttle. Much better service. read more

The worst company to deal with !!! We all need to complain and shut down this company ! Yesterday me and my Wife wait ed 3 hours at LAX terminal 2 to get ride home ! Book in advance ! Paid in Advance !! And Supervisor Rude !! I had to call Police !! One answer Do not ! Do not ! Use this Company !! Prime Shuttle should not be allow to conduct Business at Lax ! Please join me ! Horrible service!!! We checked in at the "Prime Time Shuttle" outside LAX & the man said shuttle shud arrive within 15 minutes but we waited literally over an hour & still waiting here. If I had taken uber or other service we would have been home by now. When I called the customer service to cancel the pick up to take a taxi instead, the response was I will loose my money that I already paid regardless if we don't take the shuttle. Never booking this crappy shuttle again!! read more

Extremely difficult to find the pickup location -- especially if new to LA and just arriving. Their customer service phone number stays on perpetual hold. Endless and unhelpful. I'll update after I actually get on a van. Waiting. Reservation, check. Paid for, check. UPDATE: after two hours waiting a van finally picked me up. It will likely be another 2+ hours to my destination downtown. The driver was shocked it took 2 hours to get a pickup. He said I should have called the office. I did but the line was no longer accepting calls. The customer service text line responded with this gem: "Sorry, we are currently not available to chat. We will get back to you as soon as possible" The company is a sham. DO NOT USE IT. Waste of money. It took 6 hours to fly across the country. It will have taken 4+ hours to cross LA (LA to downtown). Thanks Prime Shuttle. You have considerate employees on the front lines. Whoever runs the dispatch should be ashamed for letting them and their customers down. read more

Shuttle2LAX/Prime Time Shuttle left us totally high and dry! Pre-paid for NOTHING, ZIP, NO RIDE! Will NEVER use Shuttle2LAX/Prime Time Shuttle again! Our flight last Friday was delayed from Maui and I contacted them via text as directed in their confirmation email (to"start a chat") asking if there was anything I should do. Got NO RESPONSE by the time the flight boarded. Arrived at LAX Terminal 2 an hour later than originally expected. Checked my phone for a response as soon as we landed. NOTHING! Retrieved our luggage from baggage claim and headed directly outside. It was 11pm Friday night; no shuttle coordinator, no shuttle, just several passengers standing around the Prime Time sign. When a shuttle showed up a few minutes later, the driver told us he was going to Orange County and loaded up three of the waiting passengers, but would let Prime Time know their were others passengers waiting. Waited a couple of minutes after he drive off, then called and was told since it was after 11pm, there were no more shuttles and we could either get a refund or wait and see if one showed up and he hung up on me. What???? Requested an Uber and got a ride home. I don't know what the other folks waiting at the stop did after we left. Called Prime Time Shuttle the next morning and was assured we would get an email receipt shortly and a refund...that was over a week ago. So far, NOTHING! Would give them a big fat ZERO stars if it was an option! read more

think it's improving. Today's experience is great. on time!! clean mini van. driver is nice. App's function is better too.

Good luck getting picked up or to your destination on time. Also, the customer service associate when calling has no customer service skills. Not to mention on the ride to the airport the driver was speeding (85 in a 65) slamming on the breaks for anticipated red lights and traffic and slamming the gas peddle just to hit the breaks again. Very scary ride. Now I am trying to get my ride back which I paid for in advance and it is 6:00 and I was on a 5:40 shuttle and I still have not been assigned a driver. Choose any other shuttle service - such as supershuttle. read more

Used it from & to LAX. Got picked up & dropped off in Newport Beach. The driver was kind & friendly both ways. The only thing they could do better is having someone inside the baggage claim to tell you where to go, cause there's no sign or anything telling you were to go. But for $20 you can't go wrong. Will definitely use again! read more

Somehow they had me booked on the wrong day. When I called to fix it they wouldn't refund me the $. They take flight number and destination yet manager (if he really was notified) refused to be helpful. I wouldn't use this service again. read more

I booked a pick up from the airport home and was transferred to Prime Time Shuttle, which kind of put me off but okay I rolled with it. It was hard to contact this company once the plane landed but that payment came out of my account Immediately!!! Not good customer service in my opinion. My family has had a better experience being picked up from home so I give 2 stars. read more

It's prime time shuttle not shuttle2lax. Had a reservation at 3:30pm from the airport home, Didn't get on a shuttle til 4 & it's now almost 5:30pm and I'm still in the LA area and the driver is lost. read more

I wish there would be zero star! I reserved a shuttle from LAX to my home. The picking up time on the reservation is 7pm. I arrived at 6:20pm. Now is 7:49pm and I am still waiting! Extremely POOR service. Not only was the representative rude, our shuttle was extremely late. It was scheduled online a few days prior to our trip for 4:20pm pick up. It is currently 4:55pm as I'm writing this review, patently waiting for the shuttle to arrive. If you plan on getting a shuttle my suggestion is book as Super Shuttle 1(800) Blue Van. I hope this review helps. I would strongly suggest taking a Super Shuttle, Lyft, Uber, or a Taxi. read more

Don't use Suttle2LAX or Prime Time Shuttle to Redondo Beach area! What a nightmare! My booking reservation meant absolutely nothing. My trip was assigned to Prime Time Shuttle saying their van would be in the area ready to collect me within 15 minutes. Upon arrival at LAX they informed me it would about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes they said it would be at least another 20 minute wait but couldn't confirm it because there was no one else to combine for my direction (Redondo Beach). They didn't commit to their reservation and my flight was on time. My travel time to LAX was 15 hours so of course I was tired. Finally I ordered from them a private transport which cost me $ 66. A normal taxi without reservation would have been probably cheaper and easier. Their website is extremely misleading. read more

I purchased a round trip shuttle to and from LAX. The shuttle taking 3 passengers was great. We did not have any problems going to LAX. The driver was a great conversationalist going to LAX at 5 AM. I thought there would be no problems on our return flight. Seeing that I paid in advance for both ways. Well we arrived at LAX on our return trip and the flight was 20 minutes early and as instructed, I went to the app and advised them that my party had arrived to LAX. Thirty minutes went by so I went back to my app to advise them again that we had arrived. NO REPLY! After an hour I called the 800 number. Again NO ANSWER. Then I tried the chat portion of the app, and I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to chat with me. They told me that the driver was having car problems and they could not find an emergency driver to pick us up. They told me to find some other way to get home and they would refund me my money for that trip. WHY COULDN'T THEY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW SOONER. I told them that I did not have any way to get home which I live one hour away from the airport. I told them that if I took a taxi home would they reimburse me the difference for what I paid them. They told me they could only reimburse me what I paid Shutlle2LAX. I ended up downloading a LYFT app and they driver picked us up in less than 5 minutes. Do NOT ever book any shuttles with this company. They are NOT dependable and unreliable. read more

DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I just received a call at 2:17am telling me they cancelled my pick up at 4:15am to LAX airport. Two hours notice in the middle of the night. If you want reliable professional service this is not the company to use. You are better off hitch hiking. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow negative stars as they deserve -5 . Thanks for making travel more stressful. read more

They are the worst. I have tried them 2 times ..if you book and pay them if they cannot find someone else to go in the same direction ...they cancel it. Once they called 15 minutes before my departure to the airport then i had to just UBER it last minute ...once they didn't even call. ..once I called they said the driver just called dispatch and won't be driving. THEY ARE A SCAM BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SEND YOU THEIR CAR TO DRIVE YOU AND CHARGE YOU UBER RATES read more

Do not use this service under any circumstance! They do not honor pre-paid reservations made weeks in advance and then try to charge you for a direct ride home at twice the amount! Even then, their mobile app spent 30 minutes searching for the direct route driver and never came up with one. An hour and a half later their driver called after I had taken a Lyft to get home for less money! They are also known as PrimeTime Shuttle, Shuttle to Anywhere and who knows how many other names. In the end, they charged me a $25 cancellation fee for not providing any service and claiming they have no time obligation to provide a driver/ride! Really? Hours or days later is ok? Don't use them under any circumstances. You are likely to be left high and dry as I was and charged a cancellation fee as well! read more

Extremely bad service. Do not risk your flight with this It's a huge risk to opt for this service. I waited for 30min and the driver did not turn up. I wrote in the comments, "Room 111 for pick up. She needs help, disabled." And this guy calls me 20 minutes late (pick up was 4:40 am) asking me for a room number and his response when I told him was, "*sigh* oh my God.." This service deserves 0 stars. I had the worst experience and would not recommend Shuttle2LAX to anyone. Everything from beginning to end was unprofessional and the customer service was the worst part. I have never been more disappointed with a company. They are unreliable and take advantage of their customers. I feel robbed after paying this company for a service that was never even used. I could not believe that they even applied a tip to my non refundable charge, when the shuttle left me there stranded without a ride. read more

UPDATE: 7/19/17: This company credited cost of shuttle and tip. After numerous phone calls and emails reminding these folks about my situation and requesting to be reimbursed for having to call Lyft to get home from airport and come back next morning to catch a flight I missed because of their driver, they've agreed to reimburse me, minus tip, for Lyte from airport and back; however, they are deducting the cost of the shuttle ride and tip from the reimbursement. So they are making me pay for a shuttle ride and tip a driver that resulted in me missing my flight and arriving to my destination 12 hours late!!!!! So unfair and horrible customer service. This relationship could have been salvaged if they had better customer service. read more

I recently used Shuttle2LAX to the airport from my auntys house. We had the shuttle originally pick us up at 6:30a to go to the airport. The company texted me the night before saying they changed the time to 6:35a which was fine(5 minutes). I had my 3 yr old son and my 85 yr old grandma, which would take some time to get them ready. I set my alarm for 6:00a to wake everyone up and get them ready, the driver started texting me around 6:05a saying he's 5 minutes away, then when he was 2 minutes away, then he called me when he got outside around 6:12a. I told the driver that I'm getting everyone ready now and can be out around 6:30a. He started complaining to me saying that was the original time and there's always someone that has to mess up all the plans. Etc. he pretty much was being a Debby downer. I told him, why did your company text me last night saying they're going to be late and you come early. He then told me, weren't you getting my texts? I said I was, but I had to get my son and grandma ready. Why are you complaining, just wait! Never going to use that company again. read more

DO NOT use this company. Also called Prime Shuttle and Opoli. At pickup, was told NO driver available and would have to wait - up to a few hours. When told we were canceling the pickup, they said it would be shown as a "no show" and no refund given. Charges disputed, customer service did not care; then come to find duplicate charges on my credit card! Good luck getting that back! read more

They cancelled my shuttle 30 minutes before the agreed upon time. I was very stressed trying to find a new shuttle in a foreign country with only 3 hours before my flight. I was stuck paying $80 for an Uber instead of the $30 shuttle. It was completely unacceptable. read more

I will never ever use this company again, I booked a round trip, the driver was late picking us up but thankfully we made it on time for our flight, here's where the nightmare begins, we get a text telling us where to wait for pick up we go and check in, there was a man there who was very nice he checked us in and was able to tell us the status of driver, so we waited an hour passes the kios man tells us to call office so we call they tell us the driver had car problems so they are looking for another driver and it will be another 30 min. After another hour passes the kios man tells us we need to call office cause we are no longer showing on his tablet so we call the office and they tell us the second driver had an emergency and can't pick us up so we have to find another way home and they will refund our money so we waited for close to three hours for them to tell us sorry can't take you home my husband and I were so angry, tiered frustrated this was our first time using a shuttle service and thanks to this company we will never do this again, we ended up using an Uber, next time we will do what we always do park our car at an hotel or arrange for family and friends to pick us up. Gave them two stars only because we made it to the airport on time maybe they don't care how you get home, will give an update on how long it took for refund. read more

The van showed up two minutes early, as I had been advised it would by both email and phone message. The driver was charming and friendly.
