I booked a limo $111.00 to be picked up at LAX Int'l terminal to Irvine, CA. On the website, the confirmation said pick up time is 1AM which I wanted and then I boarded my plane in Hong Kong. After arrived at LAX and reached the curve side around 12:50AM, no driver. I then checked my email confirmation sent by Shuttle2LAX, it said 10:10PM. How could that be????? Their website is all screwed up. I was really pissed. They credit me $107 instead of the whole amount. I total do not recommend to book with this company ever. Rent a compact car for one way and it is still cheaper. If i could rate 0 star, I would!!!!! read more

We recently used shuttle2lax and will NEVER use them again! They assigned us to Prime Time Shuttle and between the 2 companies we had a terrible experience. Shuttle2lax took our money, including a tip, and we we were FINALLY dropped off the driver kept telling us he didn't get a tip. The shuttle was an hour late picking us up and the driver almost got in 2 accidents and kept honking and getting angry at other drivers. read more

The service was very easy to schedule and the driver was on time. That is where the good stuff ended. The ride to the airport was actually extremely scary with the driver we had. One older gentleman in the back seat was actually cussing in fear and pain I believe. I was actually praying for traffic to slow this guy down for our safety. He could not even stay in the lane on the freeway. I should have read the reviews and I will choose someone else next time. read more

I booked the shuttle for 11:30AM pick up- the driver didn't show up till 12:30pm. Very disappointed and unprofessional service. I chatted with them at 10:15 am- to confirm. And they said that the driver had been dispatched. Very unprofessional and unreliable read more

I don't normally review services but people should be warned about this company. They are the same company as PrimeTime. Seems like the owner doesn't care about his business or customers. You save a couple of bucks with their "service" but will have added stress and hassle. I've only read a few reviews and they are mostly true to my experience. I booked this service for a roundtrip to LAX weeks beforehand. The first pickup was earlier than scheduled so we were not ready. I explained to driver that he was early and that we were not ready he said he couldn't wait for us and had to leave. So I told him fine because I was going to call customer service to let them know. Luckily he called back and was able to give me 10 extra minutes. Me and my family rushed as we want to avoid the headache of finding another driver and possible delay to our flight. The second part of the pick up was worst. When we arrived at the airport, I texted to confirm that we were ready as instructed. It took them 1hr and 30mins to pick us up. During the wait, I called for a status check on the driver and was told they do not have a driver with a vehicle big enough for our party of 6 enough though pickup was scheduled and confirmed weeks ago. Horrible experience and will not use again. read more

We reserved and paid for rides to LAX ($39 for two people), and then back home two weeks later. The ride there was fine. The van was about 20 minutes late, but we got a text notification 30 minutes ahead of time. Got to the airport right on time, tipped the driver and life is good. On the return, our flight to LAX was delayed 5 hours. We won't get in until midnight. Contact the company via their website (phone calls and texts were ignored) and live chat tells us they don't run after 11 pm. OK, cancel the ALREADY PAID FOR reservation. End of conversation. Looking for refund, less $4 cancelition fee, a week later, there is none. I contact the live chat again and am told cancellations within 6 hours of pick up will not be refunded. This may be spelled out in their legal mumbo jumbo, but the fact is the situation was out of our control and they did nothing to help us. I will never use this service again. read more

Awful service!! Had a pickup time waited for an hour no pickup at LAX. Don't use that shuttle not reliable!!!!! Had to use Uber to get home. They keep Saying they were contacting a driver over And over . read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked and then when I got to airport their website and app did not work so I could not find the shuttle. Everything else worked on my phone so just this companies stuff. I just cancelled my return shuttle that is 3 days from now and was charged a $5 cancellation fee. This company is a rip off!! Use uber instead, it cost $5 more than this company and didn't leave me stranded. read more

This a dishonest and totally unprofessional shuttle company entire USA. I booked a shuttle with them on Sep, 26,2018 to be picked up at 4 pm because my flight was at 7.40 pm. I live in Irvine and at 2.30 pm I received a call from them that the shuttle would be at my doorstep at 3 pm which means they wanted to pick me up one hour earlier with a short notice of half an hour!!! I was not ready and had not packed and asked them to be picked up the same time I had booked but they said they had no shuttle and they just simply canceled my booking!!!!!! On that day I couldn't get any other shuttle because there was no time for any booking and I had to drive to the LAX and finally I lost my flight which was at 7.40 to Phoenix!!!! This was the worst ever experience for me with an airport shuttle and I recommend everybody please BE CAREFUL WITH THIS NAME: "Shuttle2LAX" or "Shuttle2Anywhere" THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE. read more

Booked a 15min private fare from lax which cost $55. Driver showed up 2 hours late. Not what you want after almost 20hours travelling. Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with. Very slow at replying and seemed to talk off a script rather than actually answer a question asked. When driver appeared holding a home made sign with scribbling that was supposed to be my name on it, he brought us to car park across the street. He then proceeded to leave us on our own for another hour while he tried to remember where he parked. Never apologised, just walked off. Ended up hailing a cab ourselves. Refund and apology ever slower coming from customer service. Complete amateur attitude and service. Will never use again....yellow taxi fare actually worked out cheaper in the end! read more

My experience was a mixed bag. I made a reservation for December 30, but had to come back a day earlier and made a new reservation for the 29th and cancelled the one for the 30th well in advance of the pickup. The shuttle came on time with a robocall notice about an hour in advance, and then as the shuttle was arriving. Drive to the airport was uneventful. So far, great! But getting the refund for the cancelled portion, not so good. I went on their chat window, and was informed that there would be a $4.00 cancellation fee in spite of the fact that the cancellation was made well in advance. Yes, if you read the fine print, it is there. Then the chat lady said I would have to call the company to get the refund. Fifteen minutes on hold with customer service, then I was promised I would get the refund minus $4.00. The concept is good; sell empty seats at a discounted price, but the company is not ready for the real world yet. This many one-stars is not good. Also, keep in mind, any changes within 6 hours, and you're on the hook for the charge. Flight cancellations, family emergencies, etc--don't have them. read more

One Star Is Too Many!! The customer service is the worse than the banks, worse than your mechanic, worse than anywhere you can imagine. Not one ounce of professionalism. In fact, they act like they hate dealing with you. In the world of today, why not fire all these people and hire someone that wants the job and will treat customers with respect. Now we can get to the drivers. They are actually good. But when they set you up with a time to be picked up, just know they will call you at some ungodly hour of the night to change it so they can squeeze you in with more people on the earlier run. Then there is the call 90 minutes (not sure the exact time) before they pick you up to wake you and be sure you are ready. If I have a credit card, consider me an adult. If I can't find a way to get up and be ready, leave me. You aren't my mother. Nor do I need to be given a wake up call that early. Skip this company, don't fall for the $20 fee. You get what you pay for here. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Tried this service once...NEVER AGAIN! I even paid for the upgrade $69 each way for more express, thought that might ensure priority. Shuttle experience from LAX was a nightmare. Unorganized, frantic, and rude coordinator. I waited over an hour for an (express) prime time shuttle to finally show up. Then when I explain to the driver, he tells me that it gets even worse in the evening. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! We wish we could give zero stars to this terrible company - how are they still in business? Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I had a pickup scheduled for 8:55PM from OC to LAX for an international flight. At 8PM our driver texted me to say our pickup time had been changed from 8:55PM to 9:40PM. We called customer service immediately and they essentially said "we reserve the right to change the time within +/- 45 minutes, take it or leave it". Thinking there wouldn't be enough time to schedule another shuttle service, and that as long as we left by 9:40 we'd have two hours before our flight time, we took it. We were fools to believe they would actually show at their second time promised! We should have cancelled then and there. 9:40PM rolls around and customer services calls us to say the driver will only be another 10-15 minutes. 9:50 still no driver. 10PM still no driver. We were freaking out - this was our first vacation together and our experience with Prime Time was an unfortunate way to start the trip. Finally the driver gets to our apartment around 10:10. We figured he must have a full car from doing a bunch of other pickups ahead of us making him late, but no. there was only one other person in the car who was just as upset as we were about the driver being late for her pick up too. We asked the driver if he would be making any additional stops out of worry that we would miss a flight we'd paid so much for due to more stops. He was extremely rude to us and told us to "just relax or get out of his car". He came around to the door and opened it for us to let us out and was extremely hostile. He then proceeded to insult our apartment complex by saying that we must be overpaying for such a crappy living situation. We took the high road and stayed in the car for the sake of not having any other options and it being too late to get a different shuttle. My boyfriend was livid, I was just happy that we were finally on our way to the airport. Our nightmare doesn't end there...the driver was driving like a maniac! He SWERVED ALL OVER THE ROAD AND ONTO THE SHOULDER. I could have sworn he was on something with the way he was driving and treating us. My only hope is that others get on Yelp before booking with this company, we should have done the research and didn't. We will be taking Supper Shuttle for all future trips. Note: this booking was made through Shuttle2LAX and the Prime Time shuttle service is the company that picked us up. read more

The only one extremely worst experience in my whole live. I came out the airport at 11.30pm (exactly my pickup appointment. I called them after one hour waiting but they set as a message answering machine. Finally I spent $90.00 to rent a taxi back home at 1.30am . I called them next morning and they didn't say any reason and sorry . Just said credit to my next schedule. If I can give them negative star , I must give NEGATIVE 5 . read more

Shuttle2LAX - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Los Angeles, California

If the pick up was like the drop off it would be a 5 star BUT it was the exact opposite! So we have a Toyota Sienna and knew it would be too small for 3 adults, 2 kids in car seats, double stroller, and luggage for a week trip. So we pre paid for a private full size E350 van to take us to airport and pick us up on our return trip. To the airport the driver was on time and helped us load our things. It was a great experience. However when we get back the driver was 20 minutes late and had us after waiting go up to departures which is a little bit of a pain with the kids and stroller but not that big a deal. When we get there he's in a Toyota Sienna, we don't fit so he leaves as we are trying to get ahold of the company to get a bigger van. 30 mins on hold we finally talk to someone who insists that we should fit but then puts us on hold for 20 more mins then tells us that there are no available vans and will send a refund. This service is a joke stay away! read more

Being picked up from my home to LAX, was on time and got me to the airport in plenty of time, my nightmare began when I was coming home from LAX, I got off my flight at 3:55, was picked up at 5:25, I should have known to take a uber, but I didn't, was given a tour of Los Angeles, arrived home at 8:00pm, thank goodness I didn't need the bathroom, and had a snack, I wrote to Customer Service, but still have not heard back from them, I will never use this service again. read more

SHAMEFUL TERRIBLE AND HANDS DOWN THE WORST VAN SERVICE IN LOS ANGELES, I wish I could post NO stars, or negative five stars. Seven hours before my van was supposed to arrive I received a call at 11:30 at night, leaving a message that they are canceling my ride..... they didn't even offer a insincere apology or anything.... just due to "last minute booking" ( I booked the van online at 6pm .... a good 24 hours before my flight..... who would book a ride to the airport DAYS in advance ???) They then said they would refund my card.... (which has YET to happen by the way) Then hung up. I've used a lot of van services to LAX and "shuttle lax" Is by far the absolute WORST I will NEVER EVER even consider this horrible "business " ever again. And since I work in the film industry and often book rides not only for myself, but also for other members in my department I will see to it that NO ONE on any production I ever work on will EVER use this joke of a service Clearly I'm upset to be utterly abandoned so close to my flight time and STILL yet to get my refund Shameful read more

Great service. I was nervous after seeing all the bad reviews but I had a good experience. Apparently if there's only 1-2 passengers to be picked up they send a private car instead of the shuttle van. The private car arrived on time, we picked up one person and arrived at the airport on time despite LA traffic. The driver was polite, got off and helped with luggage. read more

I scheduled a return ride home on Shuttle2LAX from LAX in early March after a trip to Europe. I was traveling with friends and all of us live in different cities so rather than impose on anyone to drive me all the way home after a long flight, I booked a ride through Shuttle2LAX to take me home. The minute we landed, I received a text message that my scheduled ride home would be 1 hour late. Then about 5 minutes later, I received another text saying my ride home would now be 2 hours late. This was not acceptable. One of my travel companions did not want me to wait alone at LAX for 2 hours and insisted on driving me home, 50 miles out of his way. I accepted his offer, got in his vehicle and immediately called Shuttke2LAX to cancel my reservation (due to no fault of my own). They reluctantly agreed to refund my $24.95 charge saying I should have waited for my ride. After about 10 phone calls to the company over the last 3 months, I received lame excuses about their refund system not working, needless to say, I never received a refund--and I'm still waiting 3 months later. I know it's only $24.95 but to me it's the principle of the thing. They took my money, did not provide what was promised, and have yet to issue me a refund. Customers beware--Although their rates are cheaper than other more established shuttle services, I would urge you to think twice before booking with Shuttke2LAX since obviously they don't care about their customers!!! Update: I received a "fake" response from a Paul S. From Shuttke2LAX offering to resolve the problem. After calling and attempting to talk to him on 3 separate occasions, I realize he apparently is not a real person. Needless to say, I still haven't received my refund. The company is sketchy. Beware. read more

These crooks don't deserve any star. My parents booked with them on the internet to be picked up at 1:30 am. The shuttle service left a message at 8pm stating they would instead pick them up at 3:30am. My parents called them back insisting they stick to written confirmation as theirs was an international flight and wanted to be in LAX three hours prior to departure, but driver said he knew better. When parents wanted to cancel, company refused due to their 6 hour prior notice requirement. I ended up taking them to the airport (my parents wanted to avoid knowing I'd be driving back home alone at 2:30am) and company charged us anyway. read more

Great service! Second time I have used shuttle2 lax within a year and both times the driver was on time , courteous and not overly chatty ( who wants to converse at 5 am anyway). The actual shuttle bus that showed up was prime time - I could care less - as long as decent transportation shows up as scheduled and gets me to my destination on time I'm happy - I would highly recommend shuttle2lax -can't get a better deal anywhere ! read more

Do not used them. I make reservation on line, flight arrived a little over 12:00am, no one check us in, so we called and let them know that we're already at the station waiting, they said the van will be there soon. after a long long wait, van came but not to my area, so I call again, they said , sorry, no driver available, advise us to take a bus or taxi. OMG, that's almost 2am, waited there for almost 2 hours, they said no driver, and will do the refund . This company is not reliable, and do not use them unless you don't mind to wait all night at the airport until they find a driver for you in the morning. read more

Thanks again for another quick trip home! My flight was late but the shuttle was close by. Very good driver, clean van. Thanks Prime Time!

La Mirada to LAX on this Shuttle I took the shuttle because i had time and it was only $20. I was skeptical at first (assuming the shuttle wouldn't show up at the hotel) but i was pleasantly surprised. The confirmation came on email with a link, that link showed the current position of the van. I was able to track (and even call the driver to tell him where I'm in the hotel). It was only a few minutes late. Given the LA traffic, the driver's assessment of when we would get to the terminal was right on the spot. Besides being inexpensive, the driver was a very friendly gent (a Mass transplant, and i head many east coaster and california jokes and thoroughly entertained!). Another traveler joined the chat and made it a pleasant journey. There was one suit who was not interested (perhaps, he felt we are below his level) but that is ok since we always have a grumpy apple in every pile. I'd strongly recommend. Please be aware of LA traffic and don't blame the driver. read more

Aka Prime Time shuttle. Waited over an hour for the shuttle on a busy Friday night, have now been in the shuttle for 30 minutes and we are still at LAX because apparently they are required to do 2 laps. Absolutely the worst shuttle service I have ever experienced and I had a reservation. There was no serviceman at check-in. Our shuttle was over 30mins late. No driver. They left our whole family (3 generations) stranded late at night. Even though we received 2 text messages saying our driver was onsite, there was no driver. We called customer service, but they never answered (on hold for 30+ minutes). We also called the customer service for the company they subcontracted to for our pick up. They at least answered, but said "Sorry, we don't have a driver, and can't help you. You can request a refund." They were right, they were no help at all, and I am filing for a refund, in addition to writing this review. Do not use this "service" because they sure don't provide any service. read more

Never Again Do not be taken in by this "bargain" shuttle. Far better to pay a little more and get the reliable service you need and deserve. I paid in advance for shuttle rides with Shuttle2LAX. They evidently do not run their own vehicles, but "assigned" the job to Prime Time Shuttle. My airport pick up went well, but I noted that about ten other customers waiting for their van complained about the excessive delay. Another customer who complained had even contracted for a private car. The return trip was a complete NIGHTMARE! I waited outside of my pick up location but the van did not come. I telephoned them and was put on indefinite hold. I had to cancel my flight and rebook for the next day. The driver called 40 minutes late with a story about the dispatcher or whatever.... Again I attempted to talk with a live person but was again on hold. I emailed them but have not had a response. Today I finally did talk with someone who told me that my reservation had been invalidated as "No Show" and that the "management" would have to consider it. You get what you pay for. Oh wait! You may not get what you paid for with this outfit. read more

Insanely early pickup times. They changed our pickup from 3:25 am to 3:10 am for a 6:40 am flight at LAX. We put up with the 3:25 but the 3:10 change was a deal breaker. I tried to contact them by phone. Was told it would take 15 minutes to speak with a rep. After 30 minutes, and two promises that I was "next," they asked me to leave a message. I also tried using chat. This also was useless. After 10 minutes I gave up. They are obviously way undermanned. read more

Never use this company going from Lax to home. Nightmare they don't help you with your luggage and the rep that you checks you in with is rude and more worried about new bookings than your prepaid one.
