Called this company yesterday for the first time and the owner answered while in his car. Since he was on a speaker, it was a little hard to understand each other but later in the day Gary called me to confirm our appointment for today (Thursday). At 9-9:15 he showed up in a big clean truck, took all my boxes out of my van and proceeded to shred them. No fuss, no mess, no problems. One check later and Gary was on his way! Not sure, anyways, they scheduled me two days later and a gentleman named Daniel came to the office and began to work. Friendly, positive attitude, very professional. He arrived and his immediately began working. Giving me a rundown on what he's going to do and how it works. He was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes or so. I am so glad that this business was recommended to me. I needed 5 boxes of records shredded. I am on the 2nd floor, the only access is stairs. I am disabled and could not carry 5 full boxes down the stairs. I called Shred Wise and they told me that they will indeed carry the boxes downstairs. Called and spoke to Sherry. Set up appt for two days out. Miguel called ahead and showed up in the time window we were told. We had worked to remove metal and plastic, and the staples and small clips didn't matter. Was great fun to see the large plastic bin packed full of paper ride up to the top of the shredder and then watch it feed in to be shred on the video display. Whole effort took fifteen minutes and couldn't be more pleased. This was the least expensive service we could find that had big company feel. Saved a significant amount over larger companies and by the pound shredding. They made the process easy and I don't have to worry about boxes of sensitive information being stored around the house or in the garage.
