Misinformation was fed to the tenant and property manager. For example, an excuse for being unable to clear the line was that it was not properly sloped. This line was sloped, but simply was not to code with 4 foot gaps between the supports when installed. Excuses are like the sludge they failed to clear. They also left behind unsanitary conditions and damages with an inflated bill. Do not use them unless you want sewer drainage left in your carpets, sewage handprints on your walls, and sewer backsplash on your cupboards.

They advised me to call and have them come back and jet the drainfieldand then come then cover the system back up. It had been left open for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and surprise surprise after the drainfield was jetted the system was working fine, so now five months later it's running like a top and I'm surprised to see that I get a letter from the Pierce County health department that I was turned in for a violation reason Septic failure. The guy who told me all the stuff about it failing videoed it before it was jetted when it wasn't quite up to par.
