I called this company due the reviews. they came promptly and proceeded to pump my septic tank, which I admit was overdue. when that didn't seem to fix the problem they Hydro jetted the main drain. Having told me on the phone that theyWould jet the drainfield I was surprised that he decided to leave the tank excavated with the lid off to supposedly save me money when I had to call them back because my system was failing. Being a senior citizen and a widow I felt I was being treated this way because I wouldn't know any different. I consulted some friends that have had a lot of issues with their Septic system. And they were shocked to hear they left it excavated and with all the rain. It was first of February. They advised me to call and have them come back and jet the drainfieldand then come then cover the system back up. It had been left open for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and surprise surprise after the drainfield was jetted the system was working fine, so now five months later it's running like a top and I'm surprised to see that I get a letter from the Pierce County health department that I was turned in for a violation reason Septic failure. The guy who told me all the stuff about it failing videoed it before it was jetted when it wasn't quite up to par. And of course he did not come with the guys He sent to do the job so he did not observe the fact that it was running fine. There's so many five star views on this company. I'm sorry to have to say this these things, but I am in the middle of trying to prove that I don't need $30,000 septic system at this time. I'm sure drain beast isn't gonna help me pay for it! very unethical considering I should've been notified in advance not get the letter five months later. From the Pierce County health department I believe this is the drain beast that's from the Puyallup area. It was Harmon I talked to on the phone. I had already purchased both items so it was just installation. I needed someone same day due to work schedule commitments and non of the big plumbing companies would even come and look at the job until after the weekend or a week later. Some also wanted to charge $70 to give me a quote. Armando messaged me through yelp and then via text. He said the job would be $350 to $450. It ended up being $386 including tax. Armando was on time. Said he would be there between 11 and noon and texted me at 11 to say he should be there by noon then updated me further when he set off from his first job. Arrived promptly at 11:55. He made sure to put booties on his shoes cleaned up after himself and did a thorough job. Everything works as expected and the whole process took under 2 hours. Armando provided me with a business card (he doesn't have a website or any advertising on his truck etc.) He told me he could only warranty the labor since I purchased the parts. Very understandable. I would very much recommend Armando. He is polite, knowledgeable, efficient, turns up on time, charges you a reasonable rate, and cleans up and respects your home. Also licensed, bonded and insured.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been one of the worst service experiences I…read moreever had in my life! Aqualine was assigned to me by American Home Shield for warranty repairs. Aqualine Plumbing didn't even do the most basic parts of their job: showing up for their appointments, communicating with the customer, following up, ordering parts, nor scheduling the actual repair work. Total failure in every way. They failed to show up for the first appointment on 7/26/2024 scheduled between 12-2pm and I had to call them several times to find out if and when they would be arriving as it got closer to 2pm and beyond saying they would be there. When I made my last call I made to the around 4pm they that their service tech was still on his first call of the day and they wouldn't be coming. The office rescheduled for 7/27 and told me I would be their first call of the day and the tech would arrive between 9-9:30am. I informed them I had plans later and had to leave by 11am. I was texting the tech in the morning when he said he was on the way and reiterated that I needed to leave by 11am. Their tech showed up at 11:15am and I had to alter my plans. When the tech arrived I asked if I was his first appointment of the day and he confirmed that was true. Given that I had communicated my schedule with the office and with him, I asked why he was so late. Basically, he had no valid excuse and clearly decided to sleep in and show up whenever he wanted. I had six plumbing issues. They fixed one (reseated the toilet)and took pictures of everything else to order parts and schedule the next repairs. I didn't hear back from Aqualine and had to call them to try and determine when they would be scheduling their visit for the repairs. I called four separate times and each time they said they would get back to me but never did. They also said that they showed the repairs were completed in their system, which is as not true. I explained we were waiting on parts and still needed to schedule the repair appointment. I spoke to their office manager, yet again, on 9/5 who said the manager would be contacting me on 9/6 or 9/9 at the latest. No one ever called me back. I called spoke to Aqualine again on 9/16 and the office manager said the Manager would contact me but never did. It's now been almost 2 months and my repairs still are NOT completed. I had to contact American Home Shield to have another plumber assigned. The new contractor got me scheduled right away and said they strive to complete all repairs the same day with limited exceptions. That's what anyone would want or expect from a plumbing contractor when they are having plumbing issues. Aqualine can't even do the most basic things any company should do. Don't use this company unless you want to be frustrated, waste your time and still have plumbing issues that never get fixed. They don't have their act together.

Then starting 11/14/24 - 4/28/25 countless calls were made and never returned. Finally on 4/29/25 I received an email from Ryan stating as of 4/4/25 they no longer do electrical and they could no longer help us. So now we are having to have the work done by a different company. I requested to be refunded but I have not gotten a response to my email. Aqualine was paid in full for a job which essentially is not complete after almost 4 years. Horrible customer service and communication.
